Designing flexible free-standing air-electrode with efficient OER/ORR performance is of vital importance for the application of Zinc-air batteries in flexible ***,a flexible free-standing electrode(Ni/Fe-NC/NCF/CC)is sy.thesized by.in-situ coupling of binary.Ni/Fe-NC nanocubes and N-doped carbon nanofibers(NCF)rooted on carbon *** highly.dispersed binary.Ni/Fe-NC sites ensure excellent ORR activity.and create efficient OER active sites relative to Ni-NC and *** in-situ coupling of Ni/Fe-NC and NCF constructs a 3D interconnected network structure that not only.provides abundant and stabilized reactive sites but also guarantees fast electron transfer and gas transportation,thus achieving efficient and fast operation of ORR/***,Ni/Fe-NC/NCF/CC display. a much positive potential(0.952 V)at 4.0 mA cm^(-2)for ORR and a low OER overpotential(310 mV)at 50 mA cm^(-2).The Zinc-air battery.with Ni/Fe-NC/NCF/CC air-electrode exhibits excellent battery.performance with outstanding discharge/charge durability.for 2150 *** flexible Zn-air batteries with foldable mechanical properties display.a high power density.of 105.0 mW cm^(-2).This work widened the way.to prepare flexible bifunctional air-electrode by.designing composition/structure and in-situ coupling.

The elbow erosion seriously.jeopardizes the safe and stable operation of water–slag discharge pipeline of the coal gasification *** work simulated water–slag elbow characteristics with various slag injection positions by.simulating five simplified and representative erosion categories,including A-ty.e horizontal-vertical elbow with an upstream flow,B-ty.e horizontal-vertical elbow with a downstream flow,C-ty.e vertical-horizontal elbow with an upstream flow,D-ty.e vertical-horizontal elbow with a downstream flow and E-ty.e horizontal-horizontal *** with the C/D-ty.e elbow,where particles were injected uniformly.the A-ty.e elbow and E-ty.e elbow were found to increase erosion rate,while the B-ty.e elbow decreases erosion *** interesting discovery.is that the elbow erosion rate is relatively.low for small particles when particles are injected from the middle and bottom positions of the inlet section of the *** on the observation,a novel preceding rotating sheet structure was developed to regulate the particle injection *** shows an excellent anti-erosion performance by.reducing the maximum erosion rate of particles with diameters of 50,100,and 200μm by.23%,35%,and 43%,respectively.

H13 tool steel was successfully.prepared by.selective laser melting(SLM)*** effects of heat treatment on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and tribological properties of SLMed H13 steel were *** heat treatment process involved a solution treatment and a double aging treatment of the deposited H13 tool steel prepared by.*** aim is to optimize the microstructure and mechanical properties of SLMed H13 *** to the rapid heating and cooling effects of SLM,carbide precipitation in the deposited H13 steel was not uniform and residual stresses were *** purpose of the solution treatment is to dissolve the solution at a high temperature to eliminate the residual stresses and defects introduced by.the SLM-forming *** solution treatment and first aging treatment produced the precipitation of small carbides at the grain boundaries and inside the cry.tals,which increased the hardness of SLMed H13 *** hardness increased from 538±4.0 HV of the as-deposited sample to 548±5.8 HV of samples after the first aging ***,the ultimate tensile strength and the elongation at break decreased from 1882 MPa and 11.5%in the as-deposited sample to 1697 MPa and 7.9%in those after the first aging treatment,***,the friction coefficient and wear rate in the as-deposited sample decreased from 0.5160 and 2.36×10^(–6)mm^(−3)N^(−1)m^(−1)to 0.4244 and 1.04×10^(–6)mm^(−3)N^(−1)m^(−1),***,the distribution of carbides inside the cry.tals was not *** second aging treatment adjusted the morphology.of carbide precipitation and made it more uniform,but the precipitation of carbides grew and settled at the bottom of the grain *** hardness decreased to 533±6.7 HV compared with that with the first aging treatment,but the ultimate tensile strength and plasticity.reached a balance(1807 MPa,14.05%).Accordingly.the friction coefficient and wear rate also showed a stable and decreasin

It has been a common method to improve the mechanical properties of metals by.manipulating their microstructures via static recry.tallization,i.e.,through heat ***,the knowledge of recry.tallization and grain growth is critical to the success of the *** the present work,by.using in-situ high temperature EBSD,the mechanisms that control recry.tallization and grain growth of an extruded pure Mg were *** experimental results revealed that the grains of priority.for dy.amic recry.tallization exhibit fading competitiveness under static *** is also found that grain boundary.movement or grain growth is likely.to show an inverse energy.gradient effect,i.e.,low energy.grains tend to swallow or grow into high energy.grains,and grain boundaries of close to 30°exhibit superior growth advantage to *** finding is that{10-12}tensile twin boundaries are sites of hardly.observed for recry.tallization,and are finally.swallowed by.adjacent recry.tallized *** above findings may.give comprehensive insights of static recry.tallization and grain growth of Mg,and may.guide the design of advanced materials processing in microstructural engineering.
