To the Editor:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is an aggressive malignancy with poor long-term prognosis[1].Liver cancer stem cell(CSC)can drive the metastasis,drug resistance,and recurrence of HCC[2].The regulatory mechanisms about liver cancer stemness have been investigated,which encouraged the identification and characterization of novel prognostic and therapeutic strategies for HCC[3].

10 kV线路配电网中大量的感性负荷需要从电网吸取大量的无功功率,导致线路的功率因数较低,末端电压质量较差。通过对柱上一体化电容器开发设计,并针对10 kV线路负荷和电压无功需求波动数据分析,制定了10 kV线路无功补偿多分组自动投切的解决方案,实际应用成效表明,该方案解决了10 kV线路末端电压低、功率因数较差、补偿设备故障率高的问题。

Visual representation learning is ubiquitous in various real-world applications,including visual comprehension,video understanding,multi-modal analysis,human-computer interaction,and urban *** to the emergence of huge amounts of multimodal heterogeneous spatial/temporal/spatial-temporal data in the big data era,the lack of interpretability,robustness,and out-of-distribution generalization are becoming the challenges of the existing visual *** majority of the existing methods tend to fit the original data/variable distributions and ignore the essential causal relations behind the multi-modal knowledge,which lacks unified guidance and analysis about why modern visual representation learning methods easily collapse into data bias and have limited generalization and cognitive *** by the strong inference ability of human-level agents,recent years have therefore witnessed great effort in developing causal reasoning paradigms to realize robust representation and model learning with good cognitive *** this paper,we conduct a comprehensive review of existing causal reasoning methods for visual representation learning,covering fundamental theories,models,and *** limitations of current methods and datasets are also ***,we propose some prospective challenges,opportunities,and future research directions for benchmarking causal reasoning algorithms in visual representation *** paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of this emerging field,attract attention,encourage discussions,bring to the forefront the urgency of developing novel causal reasoning methods,publicly available benchmarks,and consensus-building standards for reliable visual representation learning and related real-world applications more efficiently.

A resolved CFD-DEM method is proposed to simulate the fluid-particle interaction for large complex *** airflow in a vertical sinter fixed bed is numerically studied using this *** multi-sphere clumped method is used to create irregular sinter particles in *** immersed boundary method and dynamic cell refinement are applied to describe the fluid flow around particles with higher resolution,by which the fluid-particle interaction can be simulated more *** simulation results presented the packing voidage distributions and the airflow fields in the sinter beds of different single and mixed particle size *** bed pressure drops were simulated and the results were compared with the corresponding experimental *** good agreement indicated that the proposed resolved CFD-DEM method is an effective tool to model the fluid-particle interaction for irregular large granules in the gas-solid multi-phase systems.

In this study,La_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles were introduced into the tungsten(W)matrix to optimize the microstructure and properties of pure *** W-La_(2)O_(3)composites with different mass ratios of La_(2)O_(3)were manufactured by selective laser melting(SLM).The result showed that the average grain sizes for W-1 wt%La_(2)O_(3)and W-2 wt%La_(2)O_(3)were reduced by more than 51.3%compared with that of pure W,and the defects obviously *** microhardness and compressive strength of the SLM W-2 wt%La_(2)O_(3)sample reached 455 HV and 2194 MPa,*** toughness of the SLM W-2 wt%La_(2)O_(3)sample also improved *** main reason was that the La_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles provide many heterogeneous nucleation sites to refine the *** other main reason was that La_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles formed into dislocation loops,which hindered the movement of dislocations and then increased the strength *** research provided a new method to improve the mechanical properties of SLM W by introducing La_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles to achieve fine-grains strengthening and Orowan strengthening.

A designed Mg_(88.7)Ni_(6.3)Y_(5)hydrogen storage alloy containing 14H type LPSO(long-period stacking ordered)and ternary eutectic structure was prepared by regulating the alloy composition and *** hydrogen storage performance of the alloy was improved by adding nano-flower-like TiO_(2)@C *** decomposition of the LPSO structure during hydrogenation led to the formation of plenty of nanocrystals which provided abundant interphase boundaries and activation *** nanoscale TiO_(2)@C catalyst was uniformly dispersed on the surface of alloy particles,and the"hydrogen overflow''effect of TiO_(2)@C accelerated the dissociation and diffusion of hydrogen on the surface of the alloy *** a result,the in-situ endogenous nanocrystals of the LPSO structure decomposition and the externally added flower-like TiO_(2)@C catalyst uniformly dispersed on the surface of the nanoparticles played a synergistic catalytic role in improving the hydrogen storage performance of the Mg-based *** the addition of the TiO_(2)@C catalyst,the beginning hydrogen desorption temperature was reduced to 200℃.Furthermore,the saturated hydrogen absorption capacity of the sample was 5.32 wt.%,and it reached 4.25 wt.%H_(2) in 1 min at 200℃and 30 bar.

Perovskite oxides with diverse composition and structure have exhibited grand advances in boosting the oxygen reduction and evolution reaction（ORR/OER）,which are essential for the reversible protonic ceramic electrochemical cell（R-PCEC） toward the sustainable hydrogen production and ***,enhancement of their activity and stability remains ***,we develop the Ta-regulated BaCo0.7Fe0.3O3-δperovskite oxygen electrode(Ba(Co0.7Fe0.3)1-xTaxO3-δ)with abundant oxygen defects and achieve the simultaneous enhancement in the electrocatalytic activity and stability toward ORR and ***-fabricated R-PCEC with(Ba(Co0.7Fe0.3)0.9Ta0.1O3-δ)（BCFT10） oxygen electrode performs high power density of 1.47 W·cm-2at 650℃ in fuel cell mode,and the current density is up to-2.11 A·cm-2at 1.4 V at 650℃ in electrolysis mode,as well as the good stability in both the fuel cell and electrolysis ***,the cell also demonstrates a stable cycling operation between fuel cell and electrolysis mode,suggesting a great potential of BCFT10 as oxygen electrode material for R-PCECs.

So far,a clear understanding about the relationship of variable energy band structure with the corresponding charge-discharge process of energy storage materials is still ***,using optical spectroscopy(red-green-blue(RGB)value,reflectivity,transmittance,UV-vis,XPS,UPS)to studyα-Co(OH)_(2) electrode working in KOH electrolyte as the research object,we provide direct experimental evidence that:(1)The intercalation of OH-ions will reduce the valence/conduction band(VB and CB)and band gap energy(Eg)values;(2)The deintercalation of OH-ions corresponds with the reversion of VB,CB and E_(g) to the initial values;(3)The color of Co(OH)_(2) electrode also exhibit regular variations in RGB value during the charge-discharge process.
