The fuel consumption associated with some interplanetary transfer trajectories using chemical propulsion is not affordable. A solar sail is a method of propulsion that does not consume fuel. Transfer time is one of the most pressing problems of solar sail transfer trajectory design. This paper investigates the time-optimal interplanetary transfer trajectories to a circular orbit of given inclination and radius. The optimal control law is derived from the principle of maximization. An indirect method is used to solve the optimal control problem by selecting values for the initial adjoint vari- ables, which are normalized within a unit sphere. The conditions for the existence of the time-optimal transfer are dependent on the lightness number of the sail and the inclination and radius of the target orbit. A numerical method is used to obtain the boundary values for the time-optimal transfer trajectories. For the cases where no time-optimal transfer trajectories exist, first-order necessary conditions of the optimal control are proposed to obtain feasible solutions. The results show that the transfer time decreases as the minimum distance from the Sun decreases during the transfer duration. For a solar sail with a small lightness number, the transfer time may be evaluated analytically for a three-phase transfer trajectory. The analytical results are compared with previous results and the associated numerical results. The transfer time of the numerical result here is smaller than the transfer time from previous results and is larger than the analytical result.

The Yangtze River is the mother river of *** promote the aquatic ecosystem protection of the great river,the Project of Yangtze Fisheries Resources and Environment Investigation(2017-2021)supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,*** carried out by 24 institutes and universities that located in the Yangtze River basin surveys the status of(1)fish species composition and spatial distribution,(2)current fish abundance,(3)endangered fishes,(4)Yangtze finless porpoise,(5)aquatic eco-environments,(6)water-level fluctuation areas,(7)capture fisheries and recreational fisheries of the Yangtze River mainstream and 10 of its main tributaries,including Yalong River,Heng River,Min River(including Dadu River),Chishui River,Tuo River,Jialing River,Wu River,Han River,Dongting Lake and Poyang *** results showed that there were 443 fish species(belonging to 163 genus,37 families,and 18 orders)before 2017,but only 323 fish species(including 15 new recorded exotic species)were recorded in the project of *** them,Cyprinus carpio,Carassius auratus,Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,Coilia brachygnathus,Silurus asotus,Saurogobio dabryi,Ctenopharyngodon idellus,Pelteobagrus nitidus,Hemiculter leucisculus,Siniperca chuatsi,Coreius heterodon,Culter alburnus,Parabramis pekinensis,and Aristichthys nobilis were the dominant species across the whole Yangtze River *** is estimated that there were 886 million individuals weighing 124.8 million kg,merely equivalent to 27.3%of the resources in 1950s,30.9%of the resources in 1960s,or 58.7%of the resources in *** the new list of protected fishes that recorded in the Yangtze River system,only 15 of 29 were collected in this project of *** gladius has been affirmed to be Extinct by International Union for Conservation of Nature(IUCN).The wild individuals of Tenualosa reevesii and Luciobrama macrocephalus have disappeared for many years and maybe have been extinct

Monkeypox is a zoonotic *** the first human monkeypox case was detected in 1970,it has been prevalent in some countries in central and western *** May 2022,monkeypox cases have been reported in more than 96 non-endemic countries and regions *** of September 14,2022,there have been more than 58,200 human monkeypox cases,and there is community *** cessation of smallpox vaccination in 1980,which had some cross-protection with monkeypox,resulted in a general lack of immunity to monkeypox,which caused global concern and *** of Sep-tember 14,2022,there are four monkeypox cases in china,including three in Taiwan province and one in Hong Kong *** foreign studies have shown that children are vulnerable to monkeypox and are also at high risk for severe disease or *** order to improve pediatricians'understanding of monkeypox and achieve early detection,early diagno-sis,early treatment,and early disposal,we have organized national authoritative experts in pediatric infection,respiratory,dermatology,critical care medicine,infectious diseases,and public health and others to formulate this expert consensus,on the basis of the latest"Clinical management and infection prevention and control for monkeypox"released by The World Health Organization,the"guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of monkeypox(version 2022)"issued by National Health Commission of the People's Republic of china and other relevant *** the development of this consensus,multidisciplinary experts have repeatedly demonstrated the etiology,epidemiology,transmission,clinical manifestations,laboratory examinations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment,discharge criteria,prevention,disposal process,and key points of prevention and control of suspected and confirmed cases.

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a public health disaster that has not been encountered for a hundred *** January 12,2020,the World Health Organization(WHO)confirmed and named the coronavirus which caused unexplained pneumonia as 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV).Since then,the disease caused by this virus had been named as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).On February 11,2020,the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses announced that the English name of the novel coronavirus was severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)[1].At present,SARS-CoV-2 infection is still rampant *** of September 10,2021,there were about 222 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 and more than 4.5 million deaths worldwide[2].According to the American Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,by July 29,2021,4.19 million pediatric COVID-19 cases had been reported in the United States。

原发性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)中少见但至关重要的危重出血事件,给患者的预后、生活质量和治疗决策带来严重影响。尽管有一些研究探讨了ITP中与危重出血相关的风险因素,但目前尚缺乏大样本数据、大规模多中心研究结果以及针对ITP患者致命出血事件的预测模型。本研究首次采用国际血栓与止血学会新提出的ITP致命出血标准,利用大样本数据开发了首个基于机器学习的在线应用,用于预测ITP患者的致命出血.研究中,我们使用中国各地大型多中心数据进行开发,并对全国39家医疗中心进行为期一年的外部测试,得到了较好的训练、验证和测试数据集预测能力该基于新算法的便捷网络工具能够快速识别ITP患者的出血风险,辅助临床决策,有望未来降低不良事件的发生。

At present,natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)has attracted more and more attention worldwide,because of its great advantages including minimal cutaneous trauma and post-operative pain,fast post-operative recovery,short hospital stay,and positive psychological ***,NOSES for the treatment of gastric cancer(GC)is still in its infancy,and there is great potential to improve its theoretical system and clinical ***,several key points including oncological outcomes,bacteriological concerns,indication selection,and standardized surgical procedures are raised with this innovative ***,it is necessary to achieve an international consensus to regulate the implementation of GC-NOSES,which is of great significance for healthy and orderly development of NOSES worldwide.

2005年是中国承诺碳减排目标的基准年份,因而也是中国城市碳减排战略制定和近中期低碳转型的基准年份和对照年份。中国城市2005年CO_2排放数据的一致性、全面性和精准性对于中国所有城市和每个具体城市的目标考核和评估都有重要意义。基于中国高空间分辨率网格数据(CHRED 2.0)、城市层面统计数据以及大量现场调研和走访,建立2005年中国城市CO_2排放数据集,包括工业能源排放、工业过程排放、农业排放、服务业排放、城镇生活排放、农村生活排放、交通排放7个部门的直接排放数据和间接排放数据。该数据集的建立汇总了86名研究人员的工作成果,在企业、城市不同行业与部门、城市工业和城市总化石能源等不同层面进行了大量的交叉验证和数据分析,有效保障了数据的精确性和准确性。结果显示,2005年中国城市碳排放呈现出较大的体量差异和空间格局差异。排放前10的城市几乎比排放后10的城市的排放量高出两个数量级。高排放城市基本都是城市群的核心城市。东部城市直接排放占全国直接排放比例最高,达到44.59%,其次是西部城市21.76%,中部城市22.70%,东北城市10.95%。
