There are no approvedtherapeuticdrugs for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)due to the many bottlenecks,including the lack of preclinical animal models that can perfectly mimic human NASH features,such as systemic metabolic disorders,hepatic steatosis,intense liver inflammation and fibrosis,liver tumorigenesis,and cardiovascularcomplications.i,2"Pigment"epitheliumderived factor(PEDF)is a lipid metabolism regulator with high expression in the liver,and its reduced expression in the liver is closely related to the development of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).

Broadband electroluminescence based on environment-friendly emitters is promising for healthy lighting yet remains an unprecedented challenge to progress.The copper halide-based emitters are competitive candidates for broadband emission,but their high-performance electroluminescence shows inadequate broad emission bandwidth of less than 90 nm.Here,we demonstrate efficient ultra-broadband electroluminescence from a copper halide(CuI)nanocluster single emitter prepared by a one-step solution synthesis-deposition process,through dedicated design of ligands and subtle selection of solvents.The CuI nanocluster exhibits high rigidity in the excitation state as well as dual-emissive modes of phosphorescence and temperature-activated delayed fluorescence,enabling the uniform cluster-composed film to show excellent stability and high photoluminescent efficiency.In consequence,ultra-broadband light-emitting diodes(LEDs)present nearly identical performance in an inert or air atmosphere without encapsulation and outstanding high-temperature operation performance,reaching an emission full width at half maximum(FWHM)of~120 nm,a peak external quantum efficiency of 13%,a record maximum luminance of~50,000 cd m^(−2),and an operating half-lifetime of 137 h at 100 cd m^(−2).The results highlight the potential of copper halide nanoclusters for next-generation healthy lighting.

Objective: The open-label, phase Ⅱ RATIONALE-209 study evaluated tislelizumab(anti-programmed cell death protein 1 antibody) as a tissue-agnostic monotherapy for microsatellite instability-high(MSI-H)/mismatch repair-deficient(dMMR) tumors.Methods: Adults with previously treated, locally advanced unresectable or metastatic MSI-H/dMMR solid tumors were enrolled. Patients received tislelizumab 200 mg intravenously every 3 weeks. Objective response rate(ORR; primary endpoint), duration of response(DoR), and progression-free survival(PFS) were assessed by independent review committee(Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors v1.1).Results: Eighty patients were enrolled and treated; 75(93.8%) patients had measurable disease at baseline. Most had metastatic disease and received at least one prior therapy for advanced/metastatic disease(n=79; 98.8%). At primary analysis(data cutoff July 8, 2021; median follow-up 15.2 months), overall ORR [46.7%; 95% confidence interval(95% CI), 35.1-58.6; one-sided P<0.0001] and ORR across tumor-specific subgroups [colorectal(n=46):39.1%(95% CI, 25.1–54.6); gastric/gastroesophageal junction(n=9): 55.6%(95% CI, 21.2-86.3); others(n=20):60.0%(95% CI, 36.1-80.9)] were significantly greater with tislelizumab vs. a prespecified historical control ORR of 10%; five(6.7%) patients had complete responses. Median DoR, PFS, and overall survival were not reached with long-term follow-up(data cutoff December 5, 2022; median follow-up 28.9 months). Tislelizumab was well tolerated with no unexpected safety signals. Treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs) of grade ≥3 occurred in 53.8% of patients; 7.5% of patients discontinued treatment due to TRAEs.Conclusions: Tislelizumab demonstrated a significant ORR improvement in patients with previously treated,locally advanced unresectable or metastatic MSI-H/dMMR tumors and was generally well tolerated.

In order to utilize petroleum resources efficiently and greenly,and solve the problems of high coke yield,highsulfur coke utilization,and environmental protection concerns in China’s refineries,a resid contact cracking and coke gasification integrated technology is being developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing(RIPP).Based on the three technical characteristics including thin films cracking,partial oxidation,and rapid cracking,this technology not only can reduce the production rate of coke and dry gas formed during the process,but also can increase the liquid yield.Moreover,the in-situ low-temperature gasification technology is used to solve the clean utilization of high-sulfur petroleum coke,which can play the role of“Utility Island”and is a green and low-carbon technology for low-quality heavy oil upgrading.

目的通过对美国食品药品管理局(FDA)不良事件报告系统(FAERS)挖掘阿普米司特的风险信号,为临床使用的安全性提供参考依据。方法采用报告比值比法(ROR)和贝叶斯可信区间递进神经网络(BCPNN)对美国FAERS数据库中2014年第1季度—2023年第3季度阿普米司特相关不良事件(ADE)进行数据挖掘和分析。结果共检索出阿普米司特相关ADE报告70 075份,以女性病例(61.4%)为主,年龄主要集中18~65岁(34.6%);上报国家主要以美国(96.5%)为主;经筛选出阳性信号70个,涉及12个系统器官(SOC);挖掘出的信号提示阿普米司特相关ADE报告主要集中在胃肠系统疾病、各类神经系统疾病、精神病类、感染及侵染类疾病,频数发生较多的PT主要是腹泻、恶心、头痛、腹部不适等;信号较强的PT主要是紧张性头痛、腹泻、排便频率增加、粪便松软、腹部不适等;新的风险信号有38个,包括潜伏性结核、病毒性胃肠炎、耳部感染、上呼吸道充血、痛风等。结论使用阿普米司特应在治疗期间,重点关注患者的胃肠道反应,同时评估患者的精神状况,监测有感染、肾脏不全功能患者的使用,以保证治疗的安全性。

为明确香榧根腐病病原菌的种类,本研究采用常规组织分离法分离纯化病原菌,根据柯赫氏法则对病原菌进行致病性检测,通过形态学和分子生物学鉴定确定病原菌种类。对香榧病株进行常规组织分离,分离纯化得到12个菌株,经分子生物学鉴定将这12个菌株归为10类,分别用ZJ-1至ZJ-10表示;将ZJ-1至ZJ-10进行致病性检测,根据柯赫氏法则,证实ZJ-10是香榧根腐病的病原菌;结合菌株形态学特征和ITS rDNA序列,可将ZJ-10菌株鉴定为腐皮镰孢菌(Fusarium solani)。即香榧根腐病的病原菌是腐皮镰孢菌。

本研究基于Wnt-β-catenin通路探讨丹参素增强丙泊酚对小鼠缺血再灌注肾损伤的保护机制。本研究将96只健康雄性小鼠按照随机数字表法分为空白对照组(C组)、假手术对照组(S组)、缺血再灌注组(IR组)、缺血再灌注前进行丙泊酚处理组(IRP组)、缺血再灌注前进行丹参素处理组(IRS组)、缺血再灌注前进行丙泊酚联合丹参素处理组(IRPS组),每组16只。C组正常处理,S组仅游离双侧肾脏,IR组建立小鼠缺血再灌注模型,IRP组于小鼠缺血损伤前30min给予丙泊酚处理,IRS组于小鼠缺血损伤前30min给予丹参素处理,IRPS组于小鼠缺血损伤前30 min给予丙泊酚和丹参素处理,其余处理均与IR组相同。手术2 d后,收集小鼠血清和肾组织,检测血清中肌酐(Cr)和尿氮素(BUN)含量,检测肾组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性;HE染色观察肾脏病理学变化;检测肾脏组织Wnt4、β-catenin、Lrp-6的mRNA和蛋白表达水平。结果表明,IR组、IRS组、IRP组、IRPS组的Cr、BUN、MDA水平显著高于C组和S组,且IRPS组的Cr、BUN、MDA水平显著低于IR组、IRP组和IRS组,差异均有显著性(P <0.05);IR组、IRS组、IRP组、IRPS组的SOD活性显著低于C组和S组,且IRPS组的SOD活性显著高于IR组、IRP组和IRS组,差异均有显著性(P <0.05);IR组、IRS组、IRP组、IRPS组的HE染色肾损害程度显著高于C组和S组,且IRPS组的肾损害程度显著低于IR组、IRP组和IRS组,差异均有显著性(P <0.05);IR组、IRS组、IRP组、IRPS组的Wnt4、β-catenin、Lrp-6的mRNA和蛋白水平显著高于C组和S组,IRP组、IRS组、IRPS组的Wnt4、β-catenin、Lrp-6的mRNA和蛋白表达水平显著高于IR组,且IRPS组的Wnt4、β-catenin、Lrp-6的mRNA和蛋白水平显著高于IRP组,差异均有显著性(P <0.05)。丹参素可增强丙泊酚对小鼠缺血再灌注肾组织损伤的保护作用,减小肾组织损伤,其机制可能是通过上调Wnt-β-catenin通路达到肾保护作用。

The fast proliferation of edge devices for the Internet of Things(IoT)has led to massive volumes of data explosion.The generated data is collected and shared using edge-based IoT structures at a considerably high frequency.Thus,the data-sharing privacy exposure issue is increasingly intimidating when IoT devices make malicious requests for filching sensitive information from a cloud storage system through edge nodes.To address the identified issue,we present evolutionary privacy preservation learning strategies for an edge computing-based IoT data sharing scheme.In particular,we introduce evolutionary game theory and construct a payoff matrix to symbolize intercommunication between IoT devices and edge nodes,where IoT devices and edge nodes are two parties of the game.IoT devices may make malicious requests to achieve their goals of stealing privacy.Accordingly,edge nodes should deny malicious IoT device requests to prevent IoT data from being disclosed.They dynamically adjust their own strategies according to the opponent's strategy and finally maximize the payoffs.Built upon a developed application framework to illustrate the concrete data sharing architecture,a novel algorithm is proposed that can derive the optimal evolutionary learning strategy.Furthermore,we numerically simulate evolutionarily stable strategies,and the final results experimentally verify the correctness of the IoT data sharing privacy preservation scheme.Therefore,the proposed model can effectively defeat malicious invasion and protect sensitive information from leaking when IoT data is shared.
