In this paper,an integrated substrate gap waveguide(ISGW)filtering antenna is proposed at millimeter wave band,whose surface wave and spurious modes are simultaneously suppressed.A secondorder filtering response is obtained through a coupling feeding scheme using one uniform impedance resonator(UIR)and two stepped-impedance resonators(SIRs).To increase the stopband width of the antenna,the spurious modes are suppressed by selecting the appropriate sizes of the ISGW unit ***,the ISGW is implemented to improve the radiation performance of the antenna by alleviating the propagation of surface *** an equivalent circuit is investigated to reveal the working principle of *** demonstrate this methodology,an ISGW filtering antenna operating at a center frequency of 25 GHz is designed,fabricated,and *** results show that the antenna achieves a stopband width of 1.6f0(center frequency),an out-of-band suppression level of 21 dB,and a peak realized gain of 8.5 dBi.

This paper proposes a Real-Valued Time-Delay Recurrent Radial Basis Function (RVTDRRBF) model suitable for dynamic modeling of the strongly nonlinear behaviors of the Doherty Power Amplifiers (DPAs). This model has four Tapped Delay Lines (TDLs), which account for the memory effect of the DPA. The structure of the RVTDRRBF model is simpler than the traditional FeedForward Neural Networks (FFNNs) model. Weights and centers of the proposed model can be resolved by the Orthogonal Least Square (OLS) and Singular Value De-composition (SVD) algorithm. A three-carrier Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) signal is taken as the test signal. The simulation results in frequency-domain and time-domain for a DPA with 51 dBm output illustrate a good agreement between the RVTDRRBF model and measurement data. Moreover, comparing the Normalized Mean Square Error (NMSE) of RVTDRRBF model, memory polynomial model and RVTDRBF model, it can be noticed that the proposed RVTDRRBF model is more accurate than the RVTDRBF model and the memory polynomial model in modeling the strong dynamic nonlinearity of the DPAs.

In this paper, the synchronous concurrent dual-band RF signal is used to drive the RF Power Amplifier (PA). The nonlinear characterization of a concurrent dual-band RF PA is discussed while two band signals in the dual-band are modulated by CDMA2000 and WCDMA signals. When the two band signals in the dual-band of the PA are modulated with the same signals, it is found that the nonlinearity of the PA can be expressed by any of the two corresponding baseband data. On the other hand, when the two band signals in the dual-band of the PA are modulated with two different signals, the PA nonlinearity cannot be characterized by any of the two corresponding baseband data. In this case, its nonlinearity has to be denoted by a composite signals consisting of the two baseband signals. Consequently, the requirements for the speed of the A/D converter can be largely reduced. The experimental results with CDMA2000 and WCDMA signals demonstrate the speed of the A/D converter required is only 30 M Sample Per Second (SaPS), but it will be at least 70 M SaPS for the conventional method.

In this paper,a tri-band circularly polarized antenna design for GNSS applications is *** order to cover three frequency band of GPS/CNSS,the design uses multilayer stacking *** specifically,the antenna is composed of three *** bandwidth of the proposed antenna is around 500 MHz;hence the antenna covers three of frequency bands of GNSS:L2 band（1227 MHz） of GPS,B2 band（1207 MHz） and B3 band（1268 MHz） of ***,simulation results show that,in three working frequency bands,the antenna gain is larger than 0 d Bi and the axial ratio is less than 3 d B,which meet the requirements of GPS and CNSS application requirements.

Transient Characteristics and Accommodative Current Limiting Strategy for Bidirectional Interlinking Converters in Hybrid AC/DC Microgrids

A novel two-state Markov channel model is proposed, which assumes that the envelope of the received signal subjects to Riciean distribution for an ideal channel state while the envelope of the received signal Corazza ’s channel model for a non-ideal channel state. The comparative results of the cumulative distribution, the level-crossing rate as well as the average duration of fades of simulation and measurement show that the assumption is simple, reasonable and useful in practice.

Bidirectional interlinking converter(BIC)is the core equipment in a hybrid AC/DC microgrid connected between AC and DC ***,the variety of control modes and flexible bidirectional power flow complicate the influence of AC faults on BIC itself and on DC sub-grid,which potentially threaten both converter safety and system *** study first investigates AC fault influence on the BIC and DC bus voltage under different BIC control modes and different pre-fault operation states,by developing a mathematical model and equivalent sequence ***,based on the analysis results,a general accommodative current limiting strategy is proposed for BIC without limitations to specific mode or operation *** amplitude is predicted and constrained according to the critical requirements to protect the BIC and relieving the AC fault influence on the DC bus *** with conventional methods,potential current limit failure and distortions under asymmetric faults can also be ***,experiments verify feasibility of the proposed method.
