目的 :研究非意愿妊娠高危人群紧急避孕知识水平、态度及其相关因素 ,同时分析紧急避孕行为的影响因素。方法 :以美国Kaiserfamilyfoundation紧急避孕调查表为基础设计问卷 ,对 4 6 8例非意愿妊娠高危者进行横断面调查。结果 :紧急避孕知晓率为 88.5 % ;如果知道在无避孕措施的性行为或避孕套破裂 72h内可以应用紧急避孕药来防止妊娠 ,95 .7%的调查对象表示愿意使用紧急避孕药 ;紧急避孕知识平均得分 12 .72± 4 .6 5 ,紧急避孕态度平均得分为 2 5 .88± 4 .2 2 ,二者呈正相关关系 (r =0 .345 ) ;流产次数、职业、文化程度及紧急避孕知识等是采用紧急避孕措施的主要影响因素。结论 :为提高育龄妇女紧急避孕措施的使用率 ,必须加强紧急避孕知识的宣传 ,尤其是对紧急避孕法的安全性、有效性以及正确的使用时间的宣传。

Systemic corticosteroids represent the standard treatment for autoimmune pancreatitis with IgG4-associated *** steroid-dependent disease,azathioprine has been used for maintenance of *** mofetil has been used for transplant immunosuppression and more recently for autoimmune hepatitis;however,there are no case reports to date on the use of mycophenolate mofetil in adult patients with autoimmune pancreatitis.A patient with IgG4-mediated autoimmune pancreatitis and IgG4-associated cholangitis refractory to steroids and intolerant of azathioprine was treated with mycophenolate mofetil,which inhibits de novo guanosine synthesis and blockade of both B and T lymphocyte *** of mycophenolate mofetil and uptitration to 1000 mg by mouth twice daily over a treatment period of 4 mo was associated with improvement in the patient's energy level and blood glucose control and was not associated with any adverse *** patient was managed without a biliary ***,there was a return of symptoms,jaundice,increase in transaminases,and hyperbilirubinemia when the prednisone dose reached 11 mg per *** the first report of mycophenolate mofetil use in an adult patient with IgG4-associated autoimmune pancreatitis and IgG4-associated cholangitis,the introduction of mycophenolate mofetil was safe and well-tolerated without adverse events,but it did not enable discontinuation of the *** mofetil and other immunomodulatory therapies should continue to be studied for maintenance of remission in the large subset of patients with refractory or recurrent autoimmune pancreatitis.

A 70-day feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of Chlorella vulgaris supplementation in diets of giant freshwater prawn(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)post *** of the prawns against Aeromonas hydrophila and several immune parameters(total hemocyte count and prophenoloxidase activity)were also assessed in the ***-nitrogenous,iso-lipidic,and iso-caloric prawn feeds were prepared utilizing a fishmeal based positive control diet(f0)and four dietary treatments with *** inclusion levels of 2(f2),4(f4),6(f6),and 8(f8)%.Post larvae of *** were stocked randomly(mean initial body weight of 0.39�0.38 g)in fifteen net cages(8.1 m�8.9 m with an average depth of 1 m)in an earthen pond for the assessment of growth *** growth indices for prawn fed Chlorella containing diets were enhanced in comparison to the control *** fed diets with Chlorella showed significantly higher(Pfindings demonstrated that inclusion of 4%,6%,and 8%*** in prawn diets provided optimal growth rates and improved immunity of the post larvae.

Background: Evidence indicating the limited amount of hands-on experience in the current era of medical training has raised concern regarding students’ development and potential deficiencies in the performance of basic procedural skills. Studies have demonstrated the value of surgical workshops for medical students;however evaluation of improved student performance during future clerkships or residencies has yet to be assessed. We initiated and evaluated a resident-led surgical skills workshop for students through the Department of Dermatology. Methods: Participants received instructions on surgical tools/techniques followed by hands-on practice. Anonymous surveys administered to 24 medical and physician assistant students assessed their skill level, confidence level, and likelihood of using surgical skills in future practice preand post-workshop using a 1 - 5 Likert scale. Overall experience was also assessed. Non-parametric bivariate tests were used for analysis to account for non-normal distribution of the data. Results: There was a statistically significant change in skill (p = 0.0001) and confidence (p = 0.0001) level post workshop. There was no significant difference in utility. There were also no statistically significant differences based on the year of medical student training, medical student versus physician assistant student responses, or number of procedures performed prior to the workshop. Estimated cost per participant was $5.65. Conclusions: Research supports our finding that workshop learning experiences increase students’ ability to perform common procedural skills, their confidence, and desire to practice such skills. further studies are necessary to determine the impact of these skills workshops on long-term clinical performance in future clerkships and residencies.

The R-spondin family of proteins are Wnt agonists, and the complete embryonic disruption of Rspo2 results in skeletal developmental defects that recapitulate the phenotype observed with Lrp5/6 deficiency. Previous work has shown that R-spondin-2(Rspo2, RSPO2) is both highly expressed in Wnt-stimulated pre-osteoblasts and its overexpression induces osteoblast differentiation in the same cells, supporting its putative role as a positive autocrine regulator of osteoblastogenesis. However, the role of Rspo2 in regulating osteoblastogenesis and bone formation in postnatal bone has not been explored. Here we show that limb-bud progenitor cells from Rspo2 knockout mice undergo reduced mineralization during osteoblastogenesis in vitro and have a corresponding alteration in their osteogenic gene expression profile. We also generated the first Rspo2 conditional knockout(Rspo2 floxed) mouse and disrupted Rspo2 expression in osteoblast-lineage cells by crossing to the Osteocalcin-Cre mouse line(OcnCre + Rspo2 ^(f/f)). Ocn-Cre + Rspo2 f/fmale and female mice at 1, 3, and 6 months were examined. Ocn-Cre + Rspo2 f/fmice are decreased in overall body size compared to their control littermates and have decreased bone mass. Histomorphometric analysis of1-month-old mice revealed a similar number of osteoblasts and mineralizing surface per bone surface with a simultaneous decrease in mineral apposition and bone formation rates. Consistent with this observation, serum osteocalcin in 3-month-old Ocn-Cre +Rspo2 f/fwas reduced, and bone marrow-mesenchymal stem cells from Ocn-Cre + Rspo2 f/fmice undergo less mineralization in ***, gene expression analysis and immunohistochemistry of mature bone shows reduced beta-catenin signaling in Ocn-Cre +Rspo2 f/f. Overall, RSPO2 reduces osteoblastogenesis and mineralization, leading to reduced bone mass.

Objective： Probe-based confoeal laser endomicroscopy （pCLE） technique may improve the diagnosis of gastric mucosal lesions allowing acquisition of high-resolution in vivo images at the cellular and mierovaseular levels. This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of pCLE for the differential diagnosis of non-neoplastic and neoplastic gastric ***： Twenty gastric mucosal lesions from 10 patients were evaluated during endoscopic procedure and were examined by pCLE. Diagnostic pCLE was followed by biopsies or endoscopic resection of suspected lesions. A senior pathologist evaluated the specimens and was blinded to the pCLE ***： Patients＇ mean age was 68.3 （range, 42-83） years and six were men. Thirteen suspicious flat or elevated lesions （classified as 0-Is, 0-IIa or 0-IIa ＋ IIc） and seven pre-malignant lesions （atrophy and intestinal metaplasia） were evaluated. One patient was studied during his long-term follow-up after partial gastrectomy and presented severe atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, and xanthomas at the stump mucosa. The location of gastric lesions was in the body （n=10 lesions）, the antrum （n=9） and the incisura angularis （n=1）. All neoplastic lesions and all but one benign lesion were properly diagnosed by pCLE. pCLE incorrectly diagnosed one small antrum lesion as adenoma, however the final diagnosis was intestinal metaplasia. The final histological diagnosis was neoplastic in 9 and benign lesions in 11. In this small case series, pCLE accuracy was 95% （19/20 lesions）.Conclusions： pCLE is accurate for real time histology of gastric lesions, pCLE may change the management of patients with gastric mucosal lesions, guiding biopsies and endoscopic resection, and avoiding further diagnostic workup or unnecessary therapy.

基因表达的转录后调控的一个主要机制是通过microRNA (miRNA)实现的。单个的miRNA可以在多种生物学过程中发挥关键作用,如细胞增殖和分化、凋亡和癌变。然而,由哪些特定miRNA可能调节羽毛色素沉着尤其是黑色素生成的机制仍然在很大程度上难以捉摸。因此,本研究旨在比较研究鸭黑色背羽和黑白色背羽二者黑色羽球的miRNA表达与鸭白色背羽和黑白色背羽二者白色羽球的miRNA表达,这些鸭分别是Cui Hei鸭、改鸭、纯系连城鸭和一个改鸭-连城鸭的f2群体。我们运用了Solexa测序、生物信息学和实验方法初步筛选了与鸭子羽毛色素沉着相关的miRNA。主要结果如下：(1)利用MiRDeep2软件鉴定了129个miRNA,其中121个与已知的鸡的miRNA相近,8个为新的miRNA。另外,使用DEGseq软件还在这两种组织中鉴定出了五个显著差异表达的miRNA,即miR-204-5p、miR-204-3p、miR-144-3p、 miR-2188-3p和miR-130a-5p。值得注意的是,miR-204最主要在黑色羽球中表达。(2)为了进一步验证测序数据,完成了10个序列已鉴定的miRNA的茎环qPCR实验。三个miRNA (miR-204-5p、miR-30e-1-5p和miR-10b-1-5p)在黑色羽球中显著差异表达,差异结果分别为miR-204-5p (Pf基因突变的3'非编码区,MITf基因突变的3'非编码区是利用XhoI和NotI两种酶克隆到psiCHECK-2双荧光素酶报告载体中,然后将其导入BHK细胞验证miR-27-3p是否能够与推测的MITf mRNA 3'UTR位点结合。随后进行了双荧光素酶试验和Western blot实验。我们发现当miR-27与MITf的3'UTR(野生型)共转染时,双荧光素酶的活性显著降低。Western blot的结果同样表明当miR-27b而不是阴性对照转染细胞时MITf的表达下降。这项研究首次评估了鸭的黑色羽球和白色羽球中表达的miRNA。此外,为后续对这类在转录后基因调控并与羽毛色素沉着相关联的miRNA的实际作用的研究奠定了基础。

Many species of soil-inhabiting fungus fusarium, cause severe yield loss in many crops. Experiments were conducted in net house condition with complete randomized block design to determine the individual effect of different in-oculum levels of root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita, Race-2 and fusarium oxysporum f sp. lycopersici on plant growth parameters viz., Plant length, fresh and dry weight and number of fruits of tomato var. P21. The experimental results showed that both the pathogens cause significant reduction in plant growth parameters. However, the fungus was not much effective on plant growth parameters in comparison to root-knot nematode. Greatest reduction in plant growth parameters was recorded in plants inoculated with 8000 J2/Kg soil of Meloidogyne in-cognita race 2. The threshold level of root-knot nematode was 1000 J2/kg soil while threshold level of fusarium was @ 1 g/Kg soil. Inoculum level of fusarium oxysporum f sp. lycopersici and Meloidogyne in-cognita race-2 was pathogenic and caused significant reduction at and above 1 g/kg soil and 1000 J2/Kg soil respectively.
