Big data is usually unstructured, and many applications require theanalysis in real-time. Decision tree (DT) algorithm is widely used to analyzebig data. Selecting the optimal depth of.DT is time-consuming process as itrequires many iterations. In this paper, we have designed a modif.ed versionof.a (DT). The tree aims to achieve optimal depth by self.tuning runningparameters and improving the accuracy. The ef.iciency of.the modif.ed (DT)was verif.ed using two datasets (airport and f.re datasets). The airport datasethas 500000 instances and the f.re dataset has 600000 instances. A comparisonhas been made between the modif.ed (DT) and standard (DT) with resultsshowing that the modif.ed perf.rms better. This comparison was conductedon multi-node on Apache Spark tool using Amazon web services. Resultingin accuracy with an increase of.6.85% f.r the f.rst dataset and 8.85% f.r theairport dataset. In conclusion, the modif.ed DT showed better accuracy inhandling dif.erent-sized datasets compared to standard DT algorithm.

Aim： To assess laminin levels in the seminal plasma of.inf.rtile and f.rtile men, and to analyze the correlation of.laminin levels with sperm count, age, sperm motility and semen volume. Methods： One hundred and twenty-f.ve recruited men were equally divided into f.ve groups according to their sperm concentration and clinical examination： f.rtile normozoospermia, oligoasthenozoospermia, non-obstructive azoospermia （NOA）, obstructive azoospermia （OA） and congenital bilateral absent vas def.rens （CBAVD）. The patients＇ medical history was investigated and patients underwent clinical examination, conventional semen analysis and estimation of.seminal plasma laminin by radioimmunoassay. Results： Seminal plasma laminin levels of.successive groups were： 2.82 ± 0.62, 2.49 ± 0.44, 1.77 ± 0.56, 1.72 ± 0.76, 1.35 ± 0.63 U/mL, respectively. The f.rtile normozoospermic group showed the highest concentration compared to all inf.rtile groups with signif.cant dif.erences compared to azoospermic groups （P 〈 0.05）. Testicular contribution was estimated to be approximately one-third of.the seminal laminin. Seminal plasma laminin demonstrated signif.cant correlation with sperm concentration （r = 0.460, P 〈 0.001） and nonsignif.cant correlation with age （r = 0.021, P = 0.940）, sperm motility percentage （r = 0.142, P = 0.615） and semen volume （r = 0.035, P = 0.087）. Conelusion： Seminal plasma laminin is derived mostly f.om prostatic and testicular portions and minimally f.om the seminal vesicle and vas def.rens. Estimating seminal laminin alone is not conclusive in diagnosing dif.erent cases of.male inf.rtility.

A new chemically modif.ed carbon paste electrode f.r cesium(I) ion determination based on potassium zinc hexacyan-of.rrate (PZHCf. as an ionophore was prepared. The electrode exhibits a Nernstian response f.r Cs(I) ions over a wide concentration range f.om 1 × 10-6 to 1 × 10-1 mol·L-1 with a slope of.58 ± 0.5 mV·decade-1. It has a response time of.about 35 s and can be used f.r a period of.3 months with good reproducibility. Detection limit obtained in the optimal conditions was 3 × 10-7 mol·L-1. The potentiometric response is independent of.the pH of.the solution in the pH range 4.0 - 8.0. The electrode possesses the advantages of.low resistance, f.st response over a variety of.other cations. The proposed electrode is applied as a sensor f.r the determination of.Cs(I) ion concentration in dif.erent samples solutions. The results showed a good correlation with the data obtained by atomic absorption spectrometric method.

Amphidinium species are amongst the most abundant benthic dinof.agellates in marine intertidal sandy *** of.them are able to produce a variety of.bioactive compounds that can have both harmf.l ef.ects and pharmaceutical *** diversity of.Amphidinium in shallow waters along the Chinese coast was investigated by isolating single cells f.om sand,coral,and macroalgal samples collected f.om 2012 to *** morphologies were subjected to examination using light microscopy(LM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).A total of.74 Amphidinium strains were morphologically identif.ed,belonging to 11 species:***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,as well as an undef.ned *** last seven species have not been previously reported in Chinese *** carterae subcladesⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅣwere f.und in the South China Sea,while subcladeⅢwas only f.und in the Yellow *** body scales were observed on the surf.ce of.subcladesⅢ and Ⅳ,supporting the idea that *** might contain several dif.erent *** subunit ribosomal RNA(LSU rRNA)sequencesbased phylogeny revealed two groups(GroupsⅠandⅡ)within Amphidinium,which is consistent with the relative position of.sulcus(in touch with cingulum or not).In addition,large dif.erences in morphology and molecular phylogeny between ***(the type species of.Amphidinium)and other species,suggest that a subdivision of.Amphidinium might be *** pigment prof.les of.all available strains were analyzed by high perf.rmance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Eleven pigments,including peridinin,diadinoxanthin,diatoxanthin,pheophorbide(and pheophorbide a),antheraxanthin,β-carotene,and f.ur dif.erent chlorophylls were *** high pheophorbide/pheophorbide a ratio in Amphidinium implies that it may be a good candidate as a natural source of.photosensitizers,a well-known anticancer drug.

Ice cream manuf.ctured using a substantial amount of.pumpkin pulp (PP) and carrot pulp (CP) has a high organoleptic acceptability. PP and CP were added to typical control ice cream (TC) up to 20%. Through adding PP and CP, natural f.avor, unique color, and health-promoting constituents were presented. The resultant ice cream was subjected to chemical, rheological, nutritional, and organoleptic properties investigation. Results revealed that dry matter especially SNf.in both PPand CP-ice creams were increased signif.cantly. Accordingly, ash, f.ber, and available carbohydrates contents were signif.cantly increased whereas opposite result was recorded f.r crude protein as a result of.PP and CP substitution. The ice cream containing high PP and CP contents had higher melting resistance and lower overrun %. Health benef.cial phytochemicals such as carotenoids, f.avonoids (Tf., f.avonols (Tf.), and vit. C were commonly detected in PP and CP-ice creams, ref.ecting the attributes of.PP and CP ingredients. PP and CP-ice cream had the valuable content of.TPC, vit. C and antioxidant capacity. However, only ice cream made with 15% of.PP and CP was highly accepted than others. Theref.re, it is possible to use a substantial amount f.om PP and CP to produce ice cream up to 15% with retained much of.natural color, unique vit. C, TPC, carotenoids, Tf. Tf. contents as well as valuable antioxidant capacity. Health benef.cial compounds and organoleptic attributes of.prepared ice cream f.rmulas were encouragingly the commercial possibility of.using PP and CP f.r scaling up f.rther.

Pumpkin contains considerable amounts of.bioactive compounds which hardly valorized in dairy products. This study aims to investigate the chemical, nutritional, rheological, and organoleptical properties of.prepared stirred pumpkin-yoghurt. Stirred yoghurt with three dif.erent pumpkin varieties pulp [American (AP), Domestic (DP), and Indian (IP) pumpkin] at 15% was prepared and stored at 5°C ± 1°C up to 14 d. The chemical properties of.yoghurts include protein, f.t, crude f.ber, and available carbohydrates were signif.cantly af.ected by adding pumpkin without remarkable change in caloric value. Addition of.pumpkin pulps decreased the pH and increased the acidity of.stirred pumpkin-yoghurt signif.cantly (P -1 in all stirred yoghurts af.er 1 d. Af.er that, it was increased without notable ef.ect of.adding pumpkin pulps, and with slight simulation in LAB, growth was noticed in DP and IP yoghurts. Total phenolic compounds (TPC), total f.avonoid (Tf., total f.avonols (Tf.), carotenoids contents, and antioxidant capacity of.pumpkin-yoghurts were signif.cantly increased. f.rtif.ing yoghurt with pumpkin pulp was associated with a statistically signif.cant ef.ect on sensory parameters such as f.avor, color, and overall acceptability. Scores of.AP yoghurt showed the highest score which signif.cantly dif.ered f.om CY. It is obviously showed that panelists were f.vored the prepared stirred pumpkin-yoghurt. Thus, it is recommended that adding pumpkin pulps increases yoghurt health benef.ts and could be scaled up f.rther.

f.equent item sets mining plays an important role in association rules mining. A variety of.algorithms f.r f.nding f.equent item sets in very large transaction databases have been developed. Although many techniques were proposed f.r maintenance of.the discovered rules when new transactions are added, little work is done f.r maintaining the discovered rules when some transactions are deleted f.om the database. Updates are f.ndamental aspect of.data management. In this paper, a decremental association rules mining algorithm is present f.r updating the discovered association rules when some transactions are removed f.om the original data set. Extensive experiments were conducted to evaluate the perf.rmance of.the proposed algorithm. The results show that the proposed algorithm is ef.icient and outperf.rms other well-known algorithms.
