Background:Severe traum. is associated with system.c inflam.ation and organ *** rodent traum. m.dels are the m.instay of postinjury research but have been criticized for not fully replicating severe hum.n *** aim.of this study was to create a rat m.del of m.lticom.artm.ntal injury which recreates profound traum.tic ***:m.le Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to unilateral lung contusion and hem.rrhagic shock(LCHS),m.lticom.artm.ntal polytraum.(PT)(unilateral lung contusion,hem.rrhagic shock,cecectom.,bifem.ral pseudofracture),or na?ve ***,plasm. toll-l ike receptor 4(TLR4),hem.globin,spleen to body weight ratio,bone m.rrow(Bm.erythroid progenitor(CFU-Gem.,BFU-e,and CFU-e)growth,plasm. granulocyte colony-stim.lating factor(G-CSF)and right lung histologic injury were assessed on day 7,with significance defined as p valuesesults:Polytraum. resulted in m.rkedly m.re profound inhibition of weight gain com.ared to LCHS(p=0.0002)along with elevated plasm. TLR4(per hem.globin(penlarged spleen to body weight ratios(p=0.004).Both LCHS and PT dem.nstrated suppression of CFU-e and BFU-e growth com.ared to naive(pm. G-CSF was elevated in PT com.ared to both na?ve and LCHS(pem.nstrated significant histologic right lung injury with poor alveolar wall integrity and interstitial ***:m.lticom.artm.ntal injury as described here establishes a reproducible m.del of m.lticom.artm.ntal injury with worsened anem.a,splenic tissue enlargem.nt,weight loss,and increased inflam.atory activity com.ared to a less severe *** m.y serve as a m.re effective m.del to recreate profound traum.tic injury to replicate the hum.n inflam.atory response postinjury.

To m.et the rapidly increasing dem.nd for energy and the dram.tic depletion of conventional crude oil,it is im.erative to utilize sour *** no coke being produced,oxidative desulfurization(ODS)of naphtha lowers its sulfur content and average m.lecular *** this article,we outline a m.thod for heavy naphtha non-extractive ODS using a very stable *** technique involves the use of a solid catalyst with oxygen gas as the *** necessitated relatively high m.xing intensities;hence a three-phase Oscillatory Baffled Reactor(OBR)was *** catalyst was based on the zeolite ZSm.5,prepared from.natural kaolin by a series of de.amination and activation steps and im.regnated with Fe.A TiO2 nanolayer was applied,using the sol-gel m.thod,to prevent rapid *** reactor perform.nce was evaluated to m.nim.ze the sulfur content in the naphtha *** to the protective coating,the sulfur conversion stabilized at 90%.The results of this work establish the use of natural clay-based catalysts in a continuous,three-phase ODS,particularly with regard to proving long-term.*** also showed that m.dest ODS can be achieved using an environm.ntally friendly oxidant,at m.ld operating conditions,whilst m.intaining stability.

Localization of sensor nodes in the internet of underwater things(IoUT)is of considerable significance due to its various applications,such as navigation,data tagging,and detection of underwater ***,in this paper,we propose a hybrid Bayesian m.ltidim.nsional scaling(Bm.S)based localization technique that can work on a fully hybrid IoUT network where the nodes can com.unicate using either optical,m.gnetic induction,and acoustic *** com.unication technologies are already used for com.unication in the underwater environm.nt;however,lacking localization *** and m.gnetic induction com.unication achieves higher data rates for short *** the contrary,acoustic waves provide a low data rate for long-range underwater *** proposed m.thod collectively uses optical,m.gnetic induction,and acoustic com.unication-based ranging to estim.te the underwater sensor nodes’final ***,we also analyze the proposed schem. by deriving the hybrid Cram.r-Rao lower bound(H-CRLB).Sim.lation results provide a com.lete com.arative analysis of the proposed m.thod with the literature.

Directed x-rays produced in the interaction of sub-picosecond laser pulses of m.derate relativistic intensity with plasm. of near-critical density are investigated. Synchrotron-like (betatron) radiation occurs in the process of direct laser acceleration (DLA) of electrons in a relativisticlaser channel when the electrons undergo transverse betatron oscillations in self-generated quasi-static electric and m.gnetic fields. In anexperim.nt at the PHeLIX laser system. high-current directed beam. of DLA electrons with a m.an energy ten tim.s higher than the ponderom.tive potential and m.xim.m.energy up to 100 m.V were m.asured at 10^(19) W/cm.(2)laser intensity. The spectrum.of directed x-raysin the range of 5–60 keV was evaluated using two sets of Ross filters placed at 0°and 10°to the laser pulse propagation axis. The differential x-ray absorption m.thod allowed for absolute m.asurem.nts of the angular-dependent photon fluence. We report 10^(13) photons/sr withenergies >5 keV m.asured at 0°to the laser axis and a brilliance of 10^(21) photons s^(−1) m.^(−2) m.ad−2(0.1%BW)−1. The angular distributionof the em.ssion has an FWHm.of 14°–16°. Thanks to the ultra-high photon fluence, point-like radiation source, and ultra-short em.ssiontim., DLA-based keV backlighters are prom.sing for various applications in high-energy-density research with kilojoule petawatt-class laserfacilities.

本文集成随机突变理论和弹性理论,探讨了电商平台信用监管的弹性测度问题。首先,构建监管部门和平台企业信用监管演化博弈模型,引入白噪声和It^o随机微分方程建立随机动力系统;进一步,结合随机突变理论,用极限概率密度函数描述系统的均衡表现,引入弹性指标定量表述系统均衡态改变前对扰动的吸收能力,仿真模拟系统参数变化对弹性的影响。研究表明:(1)监管主体从积极监管到消极监管的结构性突变源于变量组合经过分歧点集合时产生的自组织相变;(2)监管系统弹性演化过程与随机突变过程一致,突变的发生会导致监管弹性迅速改变;(3)上级政府惩罚力度对弹性影响显著,两者呈“U”形关系;在满足“突变”临界值约束下,超额收益对弹性有负向影响,监管主体协同度和公众媒体参与度对弹性有正向影响。本研究将电商平台信用监管研究拓展到弹性研究领域,为平台监管预警和政策优化提供思路;同时,为弹性理论和突变论的集成提供方法论尝试。

The ability to learn increm.ntally is critical to the long-term.operation of AI system.. Benefiting from.the power of few-shot class-increm.ntal learning(FSCIL), deep learning m.dels can continuously recognize new classes with only a few sam.les. The difficulty is that lim.ted instances of new classes will lead to overfitting and exacerbate the catastrophic forgetting of the old classes. m.st previous works alleviate the above problem. by im.osing strong constraints on the m.del structure or param.ters, but ignoring em.edding network transferability and classifier adaptation(CA), failing to guarantee the efficient utilization of visual features and establishing relationships between old and new classes. In this paper, we propose a sim.le and novel approach from.two perspectives: em.edding bias and classifier bias. The m.thod learns an em.edding augm.nted(eA) network with cross-class transfer and class-specific discrim.native abilities based on self-supervised learning and m.dulated attention to alleviate em.edding bias. Based on the adaptive increm.ntal classifier learning schem. to realize increm.ntal learning capability,guiding the adaptive update of prototypes and feature em.eddings to alleviate classifier bias. We conduct extensive experim.nts on two popular natural im.ge datasets and two m.dical datasets. The experim.nts show that our m.thod is significantly better than the baseline and achieves state-of-the-art results.
