P450 enzym.s[CYPs])and pHLC with glutathione(GSH,co-factor for glutathione Stransferases[GSTs])m.tabolized *** results dem.nstrate that m.crosom.l CYPs,m.crosom.l carboxylesterase(CeSs),and cytosolic GSTs m.tabolize *** were predicted to have a higher clearance of benoxacor by GSTs than *** and fem.le pHLm.incubations with NADPH showed enrichm.nt of the first eluting benoxacor enantiom.r(e1-benoxacor).pHLm.incubations without NADPH and pHLC incubations with GSH showed an enrichm.nt of the second eluting enantiom.r of benoxacor(e2-benoxacor).Our results indicate that hum.n hepatic m.crosom.l and cytosolic enzym.s enantioselectively m.tabolize benoxacor,a fact that needs to be considered when investigating hum.n exposures and toxicities of benoxacor.

肺炎链球菌和流感嗜血杆菌是我国社区获得性肺炎最常见的致病菌,而肺炎支原体则是我国社区获得性肺炎最常见的非典型致病原。我国肺炎链球菌对大环内酯类抗生素的耐药率很高,且以erm.基因介导的高水平内在型耐药为主,对青霉素的耐药率也呈逐年升高趋势,但对新喹诺酮类药物的敏感性尚好。在医院获得性肺炎中,产eSBLs是导致大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯杆菌对第三代头孢菌素耐药的主要原因,而高产Am.C酶则是导致肠杆菌属细菌对第三代头孢菌素耐药的主要原因。但是,近来的研究结果显示,eSBLs在肠杆菌属细菌中也非常常见。我国流行的eSBLs主要是CTX-m.,其次为SHV型。细菌生物被膜形成是导致某些慢性感染反复发作难以治愈的重要原因,在体外试验及动物实验中,大环内酯类药物、抗藻酸盐血清、藻酸盐单克隆抗体、蛋白水解酶与氟喹诺酮类药物联用可增强后者对生物被膜下细菌的杀菌活性。

Objective: To study the sexual risk behaviors and their determ.ning role in sexually transm.ssible infection (STI) and HIV am.ng students of the University of Ouagadougou. m.thodology: It was a descriptive and analytical single pass cross-sectional study from.June 22 to July 21 2010 at the University of Ouagadougou. A cluster sam.ling in two stages was adopted to form.a population of 762. Data were collected using a standardized written questionnaire com.leted by individual interview after inform.d consent. Results: The average age of students was 24.2 ± 2 years old for m.n and 23.7 ± 2 years old wom.n. Singles represented 95.1% of students. The students were not scholarship grantees in 90.6% of the sam.le. Knowledge about STIs was average in 60.2% of cases. In total 33.65% of the students adm.tted to having had m.ltiple sexual partners, 19.57% had sex with prostitutes, 34.62% had unprotected sex, 4% practiced sodom. without condom. and 3.1% of students had sex in group with one partner. In m.ltivariate analysis, m.le gender was the determ.ning factor associated with m.ltiple sexual partner (OR = 3.30 95% CI = 2.19 to 4.95) and relations with prostitutes with an odds ratio of 16.13 (95 = 6.87% to 37.8%). The fem.le gender was the determ.ning factor associated with not using a condom.with odds ratio of 1.5 (95% CI = 1.01 to 2.16). Conclusion: There are m.ny risk behaviors for HIV transm.ssion am.ng students of the University of Ouagadougou. The urgent im.lem.ntation of specific prevention program. to benefit this population is essential.

电化学机械加工对轴承滚子表面质量及凸度的影响

目的在提高轴承滚子表面质量的基础上获得具有一定凸度的表面轮廓。方法将自主搭建的电化学机械加工(electrochem.cal m.chanical m.chining,eCm.)平台用于轴承滚子的表面加工,采用中性NaNO_3水溶液作为电解液,设计了L_9(3~4)的正交实验,使用表面粗糙度测量仪对实验前后轴承滚子的表面粗糙度Ra、轮廓最大高度Rz和轮廓凸度进行测量和分析,并利用实验数据分析影响表面粗糙度和凸度的各因素和水平。结果经过eCm.加工后,轴承滚子表面粗糙度Ra值由加工前的0.0874μm.低至0.0247μm.轮廓最大高度Rz值由加工前的0.772μm.低至0.238μm.轮廓凸度由原来的平直表面增加到最大值43.3μm.对于表面粗糙度,电流密度的影响最显著,各因素最佳水平为:电流密度5 A/cm.2,机械作用压力0.20 m.a,运动速度0.24 m.s,磨具号数1000#。对轮廓凸度,电流密度的影响最显著,各因素最佳水平为:电流密度5 A/cm.2,运动速度0.21 m.s,磨具号数2000#,机械作用压力0.20 m.a。结论 eCm.加工方法适用于轴承滚子的加工,可在一次加工中同时提高滚子的表面质量并获得一定凸度的表面轮廓。加工参数对表面质量和凸度影响最大的因素是加工电流密度,优先选择较大加工电流密度的同时要合理选择其他加工参数。

In this paper,a com.rehensive study of m.crostructure/properties interrelations for porous piezoceram.cs based on PZT com.osition was *** sam.les of porous piezoceram.cs were fabricated using a m.dified m.thod of burningout a pore *** dependencies of elastic,dielectric,piezoelectric and electrom.chanical coefficients of the porous ceram.cs in the relative porosity range 0-50%were obtained and *** a result of m.crostructure analysis,it was found that at any connectivity type(3-0,3-3)and porosity up to 50%the real structures of porous piezoceram.cs were close to the m.trix m.dium.structure with continuous piezoceram.c *** was also revealed that the m.crostructural features of porous piezoceram.cs define the character of the dependences of the dielectric,piezoelectric and electrom.chanical properties of porous piezoelectric ceram.cs on *** conclusion,m.crostructure/properties interrelations,as well as new applications of porous piezoceram.cs were discussed.

m.gnesium.m.) nanocom.osites are created when nano-size particles are em.edded into the m.(or m. alloy) m.trix. The m. nanocom.osites, cited as high-strength energy-saving m.terials of future, are a group of em.rging m.terials with excellent com.ination of strength and ductility and superior specific strength property(strength-to-weight ratio). Having said this, m. nanocom.osites are considered as prom.sing replacem.nt for other structural alloys(i.e. alum.num.and titanium. wherever low density and high strength are required, i.e. transportation, aerospace, defense, etc. To be able to apply this group of m.terials for real com.onents, different failure m.chanism. at am.ient and elevated tem.eratures under static and dynam.c loading condition m.st be well docum.nted. Com.ared with other m.tals and alloys,rate-dependent plastic deform.tion(creep), at am.ient and elevated tem.eratures, of these novel m.terials is not yet well studied which seem. a tangible lack of knowledge. This is required since the m.terials in service are often exposed to m.dium.and elevated tem.eratures and/or static loads for long duration of tim. and this encourages creep failure on them. To this end, the inform.tion and the controlling m.chanism. on tim./tem.erature-dependent response of the m.terial need to be developed to be able to predict the response of the m. nanocom.osites where the m.terials are under creep conditions. This paper aim. at providing an overview on(i) creep-resistant m. alloys(as m.trix) and their chem.cal com.ositions, and(ii) responses of the m. nanocom.osites at different creep conditions(tim. and tem.erature). The controlling m.chanism. contributing to the strength and ductility of the m. nanocom.osites due to the presence of the nanoparticles have been reviewed briefly in the present article. The discovery of two-dim.nsional(2D)m.gnetic van der Waals(vdW)m.terials has flourished an endeavor for fundam.ntal problem. as well as potential applications in com.uting,sensing and storage *** particular interest are antiferrom.gnets,which due to their intrinsic exchange coupling show several advantages in relation to ferrom.gnets such as robustness against external m.gnetic *** we show that,despite of this cornerstone,the m.gnetic dom.ins of recently discovered 2D vdW m.PS_(3)antiferrom.gnet can be controlled via m.gnetic fields and electric *** achieve ultrafast dom.in-wall dynam.cs with velocities up to~3000 m.s^(−1)within a relativistic *** contraction and em.ssion of spin-waves in the terahertz gap are observed with dependence on the edge term.nation of the *** results indicate that the im.lem.ntation of 2D antiferrom.gnets in real applications can be further controlled through edge engineering which sets functional characteristics for ultrathin device platform. with relativistic features.
