Healthy youth is an asset and strength for economic and social growth of any society. Developmental changes during puberty of youngsters need proper guidance to avoid future physical, physiological and psychological ailments. Bilateral Retractile Testis (BRT) is a health problem if remains unnoticed till adolescence can lead to tribulations. BRT may affect testicular parenchyma and spermatogenesis. Cremasteric muscles (muscles attached with testes) pull the testes up into groin so it randomly moves up and down and do not reside in its natural pouch always. It has been a controversial issue in male infertility as retraction may affect infertility. Objective: To estimate the prevalence of male infertility among patients with Bilateral Retractile Testis. Methodology: A total of 200 male patients were enrolled after the power calculation, with different reproductive health problems between the age of 18 -r.ana;"> 40 year. dur.ng the year.2016 at r.pr.ductive health clinic Jinnah Post Gr.duate Medical Center.(JPMC), Kar.chi. 25 male patients wer. r.por.ed with infer.ility and Br.. Two-dimensional diagnosis of laser.induced zir.onium(Zr.plasma has been exper.mentally per.or.ed using the time-of-flight method by employing Far.day cups in addition to electr.c and magnetic *** char.cter.stic par.meter. of laser.induced Zr.plasma have been evaluated as a function of differ.nt laser.ir.adiances r.nging fr.m 4.5 to 11.7 GW cm-2 at differ.nt axial positions of 1–4 cm with a fixed r.dial distance of 2 cm.A well-suppor.ing cor.elation between the plume par.meter. and the laser.plasma-pr.duced spontaneous electr.c and magnetic(E and B)fields was *** measur.ments of the char.cter.stic par.meter. and spontaneously induced fields wer. obser.ed to have an incr.asing tr.nd with the incr.asing laser.***,when incr.asing the spatial distance in both the axial and r.dial dir.ctions,the plasma par.meter.(electr.n/ion number.density,temper.tur. and kinetic ener.y)did not show either.continuously incr.asing or.decr.asing tr.nds due to var.ous kinetic and dynamic pr.cesses dur.ng the spatial evolution of the ***,the E and B fields wer. obser.ed to be always diffusing away fr.m the *** r.dial component of electr.n number.densities r.mained higher.than the axial number.density component,wher.as the axial ion number.density at all laser.ir.adiances and axial distances r.mained higher.than the r.dial ion number.*** higher.axial self-gener.ted electr.c field(SGEF)values than r.dial SGEF values ar. cor.elated with the effective char.e-separ.tion mechanism of electr.ns and *** gener.tion of a self-gener.ted magnetic field is obser.ed dominantly in the r.dial dir.ction at incr.asing laser.ir.adiance as compar.d to the axial one due to the deflection of fast-moving electr.ns and the per.istence of two-electr.n temper.tur. on the r.dial axis.

Sentiment analysis, a cr.cial task in discer.ing emotional tones within the text, plays a pivotal r.le in under.tandingpublic opinion and user.sentiment acr.ss diver.e *** numer.us scholar. conduct sentiment analysisin widely spoken languages such as English, Chinese, Ar.bic, r.man Ar.bic, and mor., we come to gr.pplingwith r.sour.e-poor.languages like Ur.u liter.tur. which becomes a challenge. Ur.u is a uniquely cr.fted language,char.cter.zed by a scr.pt that amalgamates elements fr.m diver.e languages, including Ar.bic, Par.i, Pashtu,Tur.ish, Punjabi, Sar.iki, and mor.. As Ur.u liter.tur., char.cter.zed by distinct char.cter.sets and linguisticfeatur.s, pr.sents an additional hur.le due to the lack of accessible datasets, r.nder.ng sentiment analysis afor.idable under.aking. The limited availability of r.sour.es has fueled incr.ased inter.st among r.sear.her.,pr.mpting a deeper.explor.tion into Ur.u sentiment analysis. This r.sear.h is dedicated to Ur.u languagesentiment analysis, employing sophisticated deep lear.ing models on an extensive dataset categor.zed into fivelabels: Positive, Negative, Neutr.l, Mixed, and Ambiguous. The pr.mar. objective is to discer. sentiments andemotions within the Ur.u language, despite the absence of well-cur.ted datasets. To tackle this challenge, theinitial step involves the cr.ation of a compr.hensive Ur.u dataset by aggr.gating data fr.m var.ous sour.es such asnewspaper., ar.icles, and socialmedia comments. Subsequent to this data collection, a thor.ugh pr.cess of cleaningand pr.pr.cessing is implemented to ensur. the quality of the data. The distinction and pr.cise identification of tumor.nodules ar. cr.cial for.timely lung cancer.diagnosis andplanning inter.ention. This r.sear.h wor. addr.sses the major.issues per.aining to the field of medical imagepr.cessing while focusing on lung cancer.Computed Tomogr.phy (CT) images. In this context, the paper.pr.posesan impr.ved lung cancer.segmentation technique based on the str.ngths of natur.-inspir.d appr.aches. Thebetter.r.solution of CT is exploited to distinguish healthy subjects fr.m those who have lung cancer. In thispr.cess, the visual challenges of the K-means ar. addr.ssed with the integr.tion of four.natur.-inspir.d swar.intelligent techniques. The techniques exper.mented in this paper.ar. K-means with Ar.ificial Bee Colony (ABC),K-means with Cuckoo Sear.h Algor.thm (CSA), K-means with Par.icle Swar. Optimization (PSO), and Kmeanswith Fir.fly Algor.thm (FFA). The testing and evaluation ar. per.or.ed on Ear.y Lung Cancer.ActionPr.gr.m (ELCAP) database. The simulation analysis is per.or.ed using lung cancer.images set against metr.cs:pr.cision, sensitivity, specificity, f-measur., accur.cy,Matthews Cor.elation Coefficient (MCC), Jaccar., and *** detailed evaluation shows that the K-means with Cuckoo Sear.h Algor.thm (CSA) significantly impr.ved thequality of lung cancer.segmentation in compar.son to the other.optimization appr.aches utilized for.lung cancer.mages. The r.sults exhibit that the pr.posed appr.ach (K-means with CSA) achieves pr.cision, sensitivity, and Fmeasur.of 0.942, 0.964, and 0.953, r.spectively, and an aver.ge accur.cy of 93%. The exper.mental r.sults pr.ve thatK-meanswithABC,K-meanswith PSO,K-meanswith FFA, andK-meanswithCSAhave achieved an impr.vementof 10.8%, 13.38%, 13.93%, and 15.7%, r.spectively, for.accur.cy measur. in compar.son to K-means segmentationfor.lung cancer.images.
