In large spatial,temporal,and spatio-temporal databases,the concept of dimensions–time and space–is central and their efficient processing has always been a great concern.A Geographic Information System(GIS)is widely known for its efficient and sophisticated handling of the spatial databases;however,integration of the time domain introduces additional *** research is ongoing in this *** numerous approaches have already been proposed in the literature to address the time-related challenges in GIS community,such as the development of temporal GIS data models,this study contributes to these ongoing efforts through extensions to the Parametric Data *** database approaches(Parametric Data Model)have been developed to handle dimensional data such as space,time,belief,*** this study,the time dimension is of specific interest and we propose the integration of parametric approaches to GIS to absorb the temporal *** temporal processing of the data is done using parametric approaches that address the limitation of GIS to support temporal queries and temporal analysis of *** the AutoConViz tool,developed for spatio-temporal data modeling and visualization,results can be directly integrated into standard GIS software programs such as ArcGIS and further processed seamlessly along with and in a similar manner to other attributes.

Objective:To monitor the pathological alterations in pancreas of rat during experimental fluorosis. Methods:Sixty Sprague Dawley albino rats of both sexes were divided into 12 experimental groups and one control *** rats of control group were administered subcutaneously double distilled water 1 mL/kg bw *** experimental groups were injected with 30,45,and 75 mg NaF/kg bw/*** experimental period was divided into 4 phases at interval of 15,22,30,and 36 *** were sacrificed from each group at the end of 16,23,31,and 37 ***: The following changes were observed in this study:(1) Pathological examination of pancreas after 15 days of fluoride treatment revealed:hypertrophy of acini,leucocytes infilteration and pycnouc nuclei due to necrosis of acini in group 1;uremic alterations,invulsion and infoldings of reticular layer of islets of Langerhans in group 2;and a decrease in number of acini and interlobular connective tissues resulted in an increase in intercellular spaces in pancreas of rats in group 3.(2)Hyalinization and hypertrophy in the lobules of acini and hyperplasia and hypertrophy in intercalated duct with mucinous secretion in pancreas of rat of group 4;squamous metaplasia of pancreatic duct,adenoma of pancreas,hemorrhagic necrosis in group 5;and hyperplasia of acini and reduction in number of pancreatic islets in group 6.(3) Disorganization and atrophy of pancreatic lobules and presence of vacuoles in a group of six were visible in pancreas of rats in group 7;acute pancreatic and lamellated inflammatory cells in test rats of group 8;and islet adenoma and decrease in number of islets cells,and exudation in acini were noticed in experimental rats of group 9.(4) In the last phase of experimentation,atrophic alterations in pancreatic acini,invulsions,and necrosis was prominent in group 10,deep inflammation and proliferation of connective tissue of pancreas in experimental group 11,and periodical fibrosis, hyperplasia of acini,degener

In recent years,large multifaceted spatial,temporal,and spatio-temporal databases have attained significant popularity and importance in the database *** order to perform preliminary investigation,exploratory visual analysis of such data-sets is highly *** facilitate the convenient and efficient visualization,scientists and practitioners often need to convert the spatial component of the data-set into a more usable *** among the various formats available today in spatial data science community,Geographical Markup Language(GML)adheres to its central position and is of our interest in this *** development of a tool to satisfy the spatial format conversion needs tailored to every user’s needs from scratch is difficult,time-consuming,and requires skills not easy to *** developed Auto-ConViz,to solve the issue stated *** accepts the spatial component in GML format,converts that into shapefile format,and facilitates informative and automated interaction with the *** supports basic query and geospatial analysis and visualization tasks and offers functionalities such as zooming,panning,and feature ***,our software leverages navigation to classical ArcGIS software interface for users interested in more intensive *** serves both the database and geographical information system communities to explore insights of spatiotemporal databases and will help to further geospatial research and development.

Friction stir processing(FSP)is an emerging solid-state technique for preparing surface composites using various *** and metallic particles are easily reinforced in a matrix by this *** composites made from an LM24 alloy reinforced with graphite and tin,with good wettability and material flow owing to the low melting point of tin,were fabricated by FSP at two rotational speeds of 1,400 and 1,000 *** its low hardness,the graphite/LM24 surface composite fabricated at a higher rotational speed of 1,400 rpm exhibited better wear ***,its frictional behavior was not significantly affected by the *** fabricated surface composites with graphite and tin reinforcement as well as graphite-only reinforcement exhibited contradicting behaviors under sliding wear *** post wear analysis indicated that abrasion,adhesion,layer formation,and delamination occurred on the composite surfaces.

Paleoproterozoic Bijawars of the Sonrai basin consists of(a) Sonrai(mostly carbonate carbonaceous shale and phosphatic breccia) and(b) Solda Formations(commonly chloritic and ferruginous shale) with well-developed clay-organo-rich facies,often marked with hydrothermal *** studies revealed abundance order of kaolinite> chlorite> illite> smectite;and kaolinite> illite> chlorite in clay(0.2-2.0 μm) fractions separated from the Sonrai and Solda Formations,*** understand atomic substitutions and trace elemental concentrations,clay minerals were analyzed by fusion ICPMS and *** normalized data plots show U,Th,Rb,Ba,Pb Sr,and large-ion lithophiles enrichment,whereas,Bandai sandstone and Rohini carbonate clays show HREE enrichment with asymmetrical patterns,similar to those reported from the well-established McArthur River,Cigar Lake,and Sue UTUD of *** Rohni carbonate,chondrite-normalized REE data plots revealed M shape REE patterns,ascribed to Gd-Tb-Dy-Ho tetrad effect and anomalous Y,Zr,and Hf *** to HREE incorporation in the clay inter-layers,linear and flattened REE trends were *** REE patterns associated with the highly altered chlorite and illite represent negative Eu anomaly related to the dilational nature of the uraninite structure and is suggestive of anoxic conditions.

Mesenchymal stem cells(MsCs)play diverse roles ranging from regeneration and wound healing to immune *** investigations have indicated the crucial role of these multipotent stem cells in regulating various aspects of the immune *** express unique signaling molecules and secrete various soluble factors that play critical roles in modulating and shaping immune responses,and in some other cases,MSCs can also exert direct antimicrobial effects,thereby helping with the eradication of invading ***,it has been demonstrated that MSCs are recruited at the periphery of the granuloma containing Mycobacterium tuberculosis and exert"Janus"-like functions by harboring pathogens and mediating host protective immune *** leads to the establishment of a dynamic balance between the host and the *** function through various immunomodulatory factors such as nitric oxide(NO),IDO,and immunosuppressive ***,our group has shown that *** uses MSCs as a niche to evade host protective immune surveillance mechanisms and establish *** also express a large number of ABC efflux pumps;therefore,dormant *** residing in MSCs are exposed to a suboptimal dose of ***,it is highly likely that drug resistance is coupled with dormancy and originates within *** this review,we discussed various immunomodulatory properties of MsCs,their interactions with important immune cells,and soluble *** also discussed the possible roles of MsCs in the outcome of multiple infections and in shaping the immune system,which may provide insight into therapeutic approaches using these cells in different infection models.

Strict enforcement of government policies to integrate high generation share from renewable energy sources(RES)like wind and PV would create inevitable operational challenges for the utilities to deliver Frequency Response(FR)*** RES generation characteristics would worsen the situation for SO,to detain initial frequency deviation following the largest generation *** necessitates investigation of optimal generator combination for securing PFR adequacy with simultaneous characterization of *** this regard,this paper proposes a novel Modified Interval(MI)based optimal generation mix formulation for operation cost minimization and FR *** uncertainty is characterised by forecasted upper and lower bound,while hourly ramp needs are based on the net load *** model is assessed on one area IEEE reliability test *** of change of frequency(ROCOF)and frequency deviation are considered as network security limits to obtain optimal generation *** obtained provide,overall cost performance,PFR and optimal generation mix,without violating system security *** model would certainly assist SO,to enhance system’s inertia and PFR adequacy at short-term system operations and could be extended for long-term planning framework.
