In recent years,many researchers focused on unsupervised learning for network anomaly detection in edge devices to identify *** deployment of the unsupervised autoencoder model is computationally expensive in resource-constrained edge *** study proposes quantized autoencoder(QAE)model for intrusion detection systems to detect *** is an optimization model derived from autoencoders that incorporate pruning,clustering,and integer quantization *** autoencoder uint8(QAE-u8)and quantized autoencoder float16(QAE-f16)are two variants of QAE built to deploy computationally expensive Al models into Edge ***,we have generated a Real-Time Internet of Things 2022 dataset for normal and attack *** autoencoder model operates on normal traffic during the training *** same model is then used to reconstruct anomaly traffic under the assumption that the reconstruction error(RE)of the anomaly will be high,which helps to identify the ***,we study the performance of the autoencoders,QAE-u8,and QAE-f16 using accuracy,precision,recall,and F1 score through an extensive experimental *** showed that QAE-u8 outperforms all other models with a reduction of 70.01%in average memory utilization,92.23%in memory size compression,and 27.94%in peak CPU ***,the proposed QAE-u8 model is more suitable for deployment on resource-constrained IoT edge devices.

Software testing plays a pivotal role in entire software development *** provides researchers with extensive opportunities to develop novel methods for the optimized and cost-effective test suite Although implementation of such a cost-effective test suite with regression testing is being under exploration still it contains lot of challenges and flaws while incorporating with any of the new regression testing algorithm due to irrelevant test cases in the test suite which are not *** kinds of irrelevant test cases might create certain challenges such as code-coverage in the test suite,fault-tolerance,defects due to uncovered-statements and overall-performance at the time of *** this objective,the proposed a new Modified Particle Swarm optimization used for multi-objective test suite *** experiment results involving six subject programs show that MOMPSO method can outer perform with respect to both reduction rate(90.78%to 100%)and failure detection rate(44.56%to 55.01%).Results proved MOMPSO outperformed the other stated algorithms.

Objective:To investigate the effect of oxidized transitional metal（ferric and cupric） ions on the amino ***:25 mmol/L hydroxyproline and 25 mmol/L histidine were incubated with 50μL Fe3+ and Cu2+ ions at pH 7.4 and 37℃for 30 mins in separate test *** 500μL of 1% thiobarbituricacid（TBA） was added to the incubated amino acids followed by addition of 500μL of glacial acetic *** resultant mixture was vortexed and heated at 100℃for 30 *** readings were noted after cooling to room *** experiment was repeated in the presence of various reagents,like hydroxyl radical scavengers,antioxidant enzymes,and reducing agents and metal ion ***:The pink chromogen formed with the absorbance maxima at 524 nm,AND shifted to 560 nm in alkaline *** absorbance was expressed as TBAadduct in MDA *** TBA-adduct decreased in the presence of reducing agents and metal ion *** enzymes and hydroxyl radical scavengers did not show any effect. Conclusion:Transitional metal ions in their oxidized state showed significant damage to amino acids,hydroxyproline and *** results indicate the possible role played by high-valent oxo-iron species,ferryl and perferry radicals in damaging biomolecules.

Now a days,MOS Current Mode Logic(MCML)has emerged as a better alternative to Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor(CMOS)logic in digital *** works have only traditional logic gates that have issues with information *** logic is incorporated with MOS Current Mode Logic(MCML)in this proposed work to solve this problem,which is used for multiplier design,D Flip-Flop(DFF)and *** minimization of power and area is the main aim of the *** reversible logic,the count of outputs and inputs is retained as the same value for creating one-to-one mapping.A unique output vector set can be generated for each input vector set and information loss is also *** reversible MCML based multiplier,reversible logic full adder is utilized to minimize the area and power.D flip-flops based on reversible MCML are often designed to store information that is then combined to form a reversible MCML based *** proposed reversible MCML multiplier attains average power of 0.683 mW,Reversible MCML based DFF achieves 0.56μW and Reversible MCML based 8-bit register attains 04.04μ*** result shows that the proposed Reversible MCML based multiplier,Reversible MCML based D flip-flop and ReversibleMCML based register achieves better performance in terms of current,power dissipation,average power and area.

A rudimentary aspect of human life is the health of an individual,and most commonly the wellbeing is impacted in a colossal manner through the consumption of food. The intake of calories therefore is a crucial aspect that must be meticulously monitored. Various health gremlins can be largely circumvented when there is a substantial balance in the number of calories ingested versus the quantity of calories *** food calorie estimation is a popular domain of research in recent times and is meticulously analyzed through various image processing and machine learning techniques. However,the need to scrutinize and evaluate the calorie estimation through various platforms and algorithmic approaches aids in providing a deeper insight on the bottlenecks involved,and in improvising the bariatric health of an individual. This paper pivots on comprehending a juxtaposed approach of food calorie estimation through the use of employing Convolution Neural Network(CNN)incorporated in Internet of Things(IoT),and using the Django framework in Python,along with query rule-based training to analyze the subsequent actions to be followed post the consumption of food calories in the constructed webpage. The comparative analysis of the food calorie estimate implemented in both platforms is analyzed for the swiftness of identification,error rate and classification accuracy to appropriately determine the optimal method of use. The simulation results for IoT are carried out using the Raspberry Pi4B model,while the Anaconda prompt is used to run the server holding the web page.
