Clinical Application of Circulating Tumor Cells in Evaluating the Effect of Chemotherapy in Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To explore the value of circulating tumor cells in evaluating the effect of chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung ***:Sixty-two patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who received chemotherapy in the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research *** positive rate of CTCs after two weeks of chemotherapy and four weeks of chemotherapy as well as the evaluation of imaging efficacy were observed and ***:Based on the clinical data of the patients,the positive rate of CTCs in male patients was 77.78%,that in female patients was 80.77%,that in patients≥60 years old was 78.13%,that in patients<60 years old was 76.67%,that in squamous cell carcinoma was 79.31%,that in adenocarcinoma was 78.79%,and that in highly differentiated,moderately differentiated,and poorly differentiated+undifferentiated CTCs was 66.67%,84.21%,and 90.91%,respectively;there was no statistical difference in the general *** positive rate of CTCs was 88.71%before chemotherapy and 66.13%after two weeks of chemotherapy,in which the difference was statistically significant;the positive rate of CTCs four weeks after chemotherapy was 59.68%,which was statistically significant compared with that before chemotherapy;however,there was no significant difference between two weeks after chemotherapy and four weeks after *** chemotherapy,35 patients had CR+PR,19 patients had SD,and 8 patients had *** proportions of CR+PR,SD,and PD in the imaging evaluation results were 56.45%,30.65%,and 12.90%,*** kappa consistency test,it was found that the consistency was ***:CTCs can be used as one of the indicators to evaluate the effect of chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung *** results are consistent with those of imaging *** detection of CTCs can be widely used as one of the clinical indicators.

Analysis of Recurrence and Influencing Factors of Spontaneous Pneumothorax After Thoracoscopic Surgery

This study was conducted to explore the factors that are influencing the recurrence of spontaneous pneumothorax after thoracoscopic *** 110 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax who underwent thoracoscopic bullectomy in Hebei Hospital from May 2017 to May 2021 were included in this *** patients were divided into the recurrence group(15 cases)and the non-recurrence group(95 cases),and the influences of gender,age,smoking history,height,weight,operation time,the weight of the excised tissue,number of excised pulmonary bullae,postoperative chest tube maintenance time,duration of air leakage,and length of hospital stay on the recurrence of spontaneous pneumothorax after thoracoscopic surgery were *** study found that the height/weight,operation time,duration of air leakage,number of pulmonary bullae removed,weight of the removed tissue,postoperative chest tube maintenance time,and duration of hospital stay in the recurrence group was 3.2±0.4,50.9±1.2,2.1±0.4,1.6±0.2,4.2±1.3,2.4±1.5 and 7.2±1.5,***,the recurrence group was 2.6±0.3,50.8±1.3,1.3±0.2,1.8±0.9,4.4±1.2,4.1±1.7 and 6.9±1.6,*** comparing the relevant factors between the recurrence group and the non-recurrence group,it was found that there was comparability between age,height/weight,duration of air leakage and postoperative chest tube maintenance time,where these factors were shown to affect the recurrence of spontaneous pneumothorax after thoracoscopic surgery,while gender,smoking,operation time,number of resected bullae,weight of resected tissue and length of hospital stay had no effect on recurrence after spontaneous pneumothoracoscopic *** short,thoracoscopic bullectomy is the best clinical treatment for spontaneous pneumothorax,however the occurrence of recurrence of spontaneous pneumothorax after the operation,which is mainly influenced by the patient’s height/weight,postoperative air leakage duration,and chest tube maintenance ***

Investigation on the roles of equilibrium toroidal rotation during edge-localized mode mitigated by resonant magnetic perturbations

The effects of equilibrium toroidal rotation during edge-localized mode(ELM)mitigated by resonant magnetic perturbation(RMP)are studied with the experimental equilibria of the EAST tokamak based on the four-field model in the BOUT++*** the two main parameters to determine the toroidal rotation profiles,the rotation shear and magnitudes were separately scanned to investigate their roles in the impact of RMPs on peeling-ballooning(P-B)*** one hand,the results show that strong toroidal rotation shear is favorable for the enhancement of the self-generated E×B shearing ratewith RMPs,leading to significant ELM mitigation with RMP in the stronger toroidal rotation shear *** the other hand,toroidal rotation magnitudes may affect ELM mitigation by changing the penetration of the RMPs,more precisely the resonant *** can lead to a reduction in the pedestal energy loss by enhancing the multimode coupling in the turbulence transport *** shielding effects on RMPs increase with the toroidal rotation magnitude,leading to the enhancement of the multimode coupling with RMPs to be significantly ***,the reduction in pedestal energy loss by RMPs decreased with the rotation *** brief,the results show that toroidal rotation plays a dual role in ELM mitigation with RMP by changing the shielding effects of plasma by rotation magnitude and affectingby rotation *** the high toroidal rotation region,toroidal rotation shear is usually strong and hence plays a dominant role in the influence of RMP on P-B modes,whereas in the low rotation region,toroidal rotation shear is weak and has negligible impact on P-B modes,and the rotation magnitude plays a dominant role in the influence of RMPs on the P-B modes by changing the field ***,the dual role of toroidal rotation leads to stronger ELM mitigation with RMP,which may be achieved both in the low toroidal rotation region and the relatively high rotation regi

Objective:To explore the effects of two types of surgical approaches,spontaneous ventilation single-port thoracoscopy and conventional thoracoscopy,on T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors in patients with non-small cell lung ***:Fifty-eight patients with non-small cell lung cancer who underwent surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study *** of them underwent standard lobectomy and lymph node *** them,32 patients who underwent spontaneous ventilation single-port thoracoscopy were included in the study group,while 26 patients who underwent conventional thoracoscopy were included in the control *** perioperative related indices,lung function,immune factor levels,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two ***:In the study group,the perioperative incision length,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,and number of lymph node dissections were 4.28±2.01,77.89±12.02,87.21±16.11,and 20.69±4.45,*** the control group,the perioperative incision length,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,and number of lymph node dissections were 6.32±2.45,84.98±16.98,95.88±14.89,and 21.45±4.36,*** was no statistical difference between the study group and the control group in the number of lymph node dissections and intraoperative blood loss;the lung function in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group;the levels of T cell subsets CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,CD16+CD56+of the study group were 46.36±5.87,30.98±4.12,1.19±0.23,and 17.41±6.25,respectively,while those in the control group were 35.78±4.12,34.14±3.87,1.04±0.24,and 12.45±5.56,respectively;the levels of immunoglobulin IgG,IgM,and IgA of the study group were 10.45±2.14,1.21±0.24,and 1.26±0.25,respectively,while those of the control group were 8.78±1.78,1.06±0.12,and 1.06±0.26,respectively,with statistical differences;the levels of CRP,I

对于距离隧道较远的浅源地震,地震波是以一定角度倾斜传播到隧道近场并对隧道造成破坏。本文采用有限元方法研究了SV波入射角和减震层对隧道地震响应的影响。利用黏弹性人工边界和等效节点力公式建立了二维斜入射SV波的输入方法,并通过算例验证了该方法的准确性。基于所建立的输入方法,研究了有和无减震层隧道在不同入射角下的地震响应,并分析了减震层环向长度的影响。数值结果表明:1)二次衬砌的拉伸损伤和内力峰值随着入射角的增大而增大;2)减震层在不同的地震波入射角下具有良好的减震效果,减震效果随着入射角的增大而减小,且减震层可以减小二次衬砌的竖向加速度分量;3)减震层的环向长度会影响隧道的减震效果。

在应变速率分别为0.1、1.0和10.0 s-1,应变温度分别为373、573和773 K条件下,对30Cr Mo钢进行压缩试验。通过获得的流变应力数据发现,随着应变速率的增加,应力存在着一定程度的软化现象,说明材料内部存在着变形热效应。在考虑变形热效应的情况下,对流变应力数据进行了修正。通过微观组织观察发现,试样内部存在着因变形热效应引起的动态再结晶,验证了数据修正的必要性。

The effect of resonant magnetic perturbation with different poloidal mode numbers on peeling-ballooning modes

The effect of resonant magnetic perturbation(RMP)with different poloidal mode numbers on peeling-ballooning(P-B)modes is simulated with the BOUT++*** order to investigate the physical mechanism of edge-localized mode mitigated by RMP,a series of RMPs with different poloidal mode numbers are applied into the four-field P-B mode simulation module *** results indicate that RMP has a better reducing effect on the energy loss from the pedestal when the resonant position is near the bottom and top of pedestal rather than near the *** RMP could influence P-B modes through the following effects:on the one hand,the E×B shearing rate is significantly stronger when the RMP(resonant surface locates at the top of the pedestal)is added,which can suppress the radial propagation of the negative pressure perturbation and reduce energy loss from the *** the other hand,the coupling of toroidal modes in the nonlinear phase is enhanced when RMPs are added,which motivated the growth of multiple toroidal modes,and the turbulence fluctuation level is weaker with the RMP when the resonant surface is located at the bottom of the pedestal.

Spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of the fog regions in China

The spatial distribution and monthly/annual variation of foggy days in China are analyzed based on the monthly mean fog data collected from 604 observational stations for the period 1961-2000. Results show that there are six fog regions in China： the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, coastal areas, Yunnan-Gulzhou Plateau, eastern Gansu-Shaanxi region, Huaihe River valley, Tianshan mountainous area and northern Xinjiang. On the whole the interannual variation trend of foggy days is descending, especially an obvious decline after the 1980s. The areas where the foggy days have obvious tendency present a southwest-northeast direction. The rising trend regions alternate with descending trend regions, forming a SE-NW directional wave structure. In general, the number of foggy days in autumn and winter is larger than in spring and summer over most fog regions. The monthly variation curves of foggy days are bimodal in the coastal area of the Yellow Sea and northern Xinjiang, and unimodal in other regions.

Impact of climate variation on fog in China

Using foggy days and mean temperature and relative humidity data of 602 stations from January to December in the period 1961-2003 in China, the relationship between variations of foggy days and temperature and its possible reason for the 43 years were analyzed by regression, correlation and contrastive analysis methods. The results show that the higher （lower） the mean temperature and the lower （higher） the relative humidity correspond to less （more） foggy days, the relationship is the best in the western, northern and eastern Sichuan, Yunnan-Guizhon Plateau, and southeast highland in China. This induces a decrease in relative humidity when the climate becomes warmer, and eventually brings about a decrease in foggy days in China.

3-Amino-2-methoxycarbonylthiophene used as the main raw material,an intermediate（thiofuran siamese） 2,4-dichloro-thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine was *** prod-uct was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR）.The first step yield was 84%（190 ℃） and the second step yield was 81.4%（105 ℃,m（intermediate）：m（phosphorus oxychloride） = 1：6.4）.The raw product was refined with a unique refining process,which can enhance the purity up to 99.5% to meet the requirement of condi-tions for the development and research of thiofuran siamese as a new medicine of *** with the traditional technique,this process featured with cheap raw materials,possible for solvent recovery and reuse,low comprehensive cost,and suit-able for production on certain scale.
