This paper focuses on the quadratic nonfragile filtering problem for linear non-Gaussian systems under multiplicative noises,multiple missing measurements as well as the dynamic event-triggered transmission *** multiple missing measurements are characterized through random variables that obey some given probability distributions,and thresholds of the dynamic event-triggered scheme can be adjusted dynamically via an auxiliary *** attention is concentrated on designing a dynamic event-triggered quadratic nonfragile filter in the well-known minimum-variance *** this end,the original system is first augmented by stacking its state/measurement vectors together with second-order Kronecker powers,thus the original design issue is reformulated as that of the augmented ***,we analyze statistical properties of augmented noises as well as high-order moments of certain random *** the aid of two well-defined matrix difference equations,we not only obtain upper bounds on filtering error covariances,but also minimize those bounds via carefully designing gain ***,an example is presented to explain the effectiveness of this newly established quadratic filtering algorithm.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to assess the awareness on cardiac rehabilitation (CR) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods: Inpatients diagnosed with coronary heart disease were recruited from 3 hospitals in this *** study employed a cardiac structured questionnaire to assess respondents' level of awareness,and bivariate to analyze the sociodemographic factors that influence the awareness on ***: Of all 500 participants,66.40% were male and the mean age was 62.51 ± 9.96 *** mean score of knowledge was 44.00 ± 17.00 (score range: 0-93),and the mean level of awareness was 47.31%(awareness range: 0-100%).The highest mean level of awareness was in the reexamination subscale (98%) and the lower were in the basic information about CR program,SP optimized medication and heart rate *** analysis showed that higher age was associated with less *** with higher education level and better income status had better *** patients who lived in rural and had no jobs had less ***: This study showed low levels of awareness on CR program in CHD patients in ***,the need for health education is indicated in this study to improve the awareness on CR among CHD patients.

目的研究在ICU患者肠内营养支持并发腹泻的护理中应用循证护理模式的效果。方法选择本院2018年4月-2020年3月收治的ICU肠内营养支持并发腹泻患者122例作为分析对象,通过双盲法将其等分为试验组(n=61)及常规组(n=61)。其中常规组患者行常规护理,试验组患者行循证护理模式干预。对比两组患者肠内营养支持效果与腹泻缓解时间、护理满意度评分、临床护理效果等。结果试验组肠内营养支持效果、腹泻缓解时间、临床护理有效率、护理满意度明显优于常规组,差异有统计学分析意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后的社会评分、心理评分、情绪评分及躯体评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组护理后的焦虑评分和抑郁评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论为ICU肠内营养支持并发腹泻患者的护理中实施循证护理模式干预能够有效提升护理质量与患者护理满意度,在临床护理中值得广泛应用。

Warming-induced carbon loss via ecosystem respiration(R_(e))is probably intensifying in the alpine grassland ecosystem of the Tibetan Plateau owing to more accelerated warming and the higher temperature sensitivity of R_(e)(Q_(10)).However,little is known about the patterns and controlling factors of Q_(10)on the plateau,impeding the comprehension of the intensity of terrestrial carbon-climate feedbacks for these sensitive and vulnerable ***,we synthesized and analyzed multiyear observations from 14 sites to systematically compare the spatiotemporal variations of Q_(10)values in diverse climate zones and ecosystems,and further explore the relationships between Q_(10)and environmental ***,structural equation modeling was utilized to identify the direct and indirect factors predicting Q_(10)values during the annual,growing,and non-growing *** results indicated that the estimated Q_(10)values were strongly dependent on temperature,generally,with the average Q_(10)during different time periods increasing with air temperature and soil temperature at different measurement depths(5 cm,10 cm,20 cm).The Q_(10)values differentiated among ecosystems and climatic zones,with warming-induced Q_(10)declines being stronger in colder regions than elsewhere based on spatial *** was the most cardinal factor in predicting annual Q_(10)values,significantly and positively correlated with Q_(10).Soil temperature(Ts)was identified as the other powerful predictor for Q_(10),and the negative Q_(10)-Ts relationship demonstrates a larger terrestrial carbon loss potentiality in colder than in warmer regions in response to global *** that the interpretations of the effect of soil moisture on Q_(10)were complicated,reflected in a significant positive relationship between Q_(10)and soil moisture during the growing season and a strong quadratic correlation between the two during the annual and non-growing *** findings are conducive to imp

The exploration of the way"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"(MEI)education influences students'aspirations to become entrepreneurs has grown into an important area of analysis in studies related to higher *** research intends to examine the consequences of MEI education on students'tendency towards entrepreneurship,and to put forward methods for augmenting the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship in private higher educational *** achieve this objective,questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were employed in the study,which involved a total of 197 students and five education *** statistical analysis of the questionnaire data revealed that MEI education was positively related to students'entrepreneurial intentions,and that both entrepreneurial experience and family entrepreneurial background played moderating roles in this *** interview findings indicated that private universities could enhance educational reforms by designing talent training programs,developing diversified curricula,and developing more professional entrepreneurial platforms to encourage students'entrepreneurial *** study offers fresh insights for improving and perfecting the mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in private universities.

目前,在近红外波段中普遍采用InGaAs/InP雪崩光电二极管(APD),但这类APD存在增益带宽积小和等效噪声高等问题,而InGaAs/Si APD采用电子、空穴离化系数极低的Si材料作为倍增层,在一定程度解决了上述问题,但其制造过程涉及Si电荷层的离子注入和高温退火激活,该过程工艺复杂、杂质分布不均匀、成本高。因此,本研究采用刻蚀技术在Si倍增层内制备凹槽环,并在凹槽环内填充不同介质对InGaAs层及Si层内的电场进行调控,构建无电荷层InGaAs/Si APD器件模型。结果表明,在凹槽环内填充空气或SiO2可获得高性能的InGaAs/Si APD。该研究结果可为后续研制工艺简单、性能稳定、低噪声的InGaAs/Si APD提供理论指导。

财政平衡是推进协调发展、弥补区际差异、实现分区治理目标的重要手段,也是马克思主义理财治国观与中国特色社会主义相结合的重要产物。然而,当前财政平衡的具体措施和方法很多还停留在直接干预和政策驱动阶段,存在法律工具和政策工具的结构性失衡,容易导致政策与法律、政府与市场等关系的错位。解决问题的思路应当是立足现代财政制度的法治逻辑,一方面提高手段措施的法定性,将区域财政平衡从功能区建设的政策性规范统筹到直辖市事权与支出责任改革的法律性规范中,明确共同事权和委托事权的划分模式,改变转移支付与事权配置脱节的情况;另一方面需要理顺收入层面的税收分享和支出层面的责任分配,改变收益分配与支出责任划分脱节的情况,提升财政治理中数据算法的应用。通过收支改革为手段的平衡机制寻求功能区建设的法治进路,提升权利保障的实效性品质。
