In real systems,the unpredictable jump changes of the random environment can induce the critical transitions(CTs)between two non-adjacent states,which are more *** an asymmetric Lévy-noise-induced tri-stable model with desirable,sub-desirable,and undesirable states as a prototype class of real systems,a prediction of the noise-induced CTs from the desirable state directly to the undesirable one is carried *** first calculate the region that the current state of the given model is absorbed into the undesirable state based on the escape probability,which is named as the absorbed ***,a new concept of the parameter dependent basin of the unsafe regime(PDBUR)under the asymmetric Lévy noise is *** is an efficient tool for approximately quantifying the ranges of the parameters,where the noise-induced CTs from the desirable state directly to the undesirable one may *** importantly,it may provide theoretical guidance for us to adopt some measures to avert a noise-induced catastrophic CT.

The asymptotic stability of a discrete logistic model with random growth coefficient is studied in this paper. Firstly, the discrete logistic model with random growth coefficient is built and reduced into its deterministic equivalent system by orthogonal polynomial approximation. Then, the linear stability theory and the Jury criterion of nonlinear deterministic discrete systems are applied to the equivalent one. At last, by mathematical analysis, we find that the parameter interval for asymptotic stability of nontrivial equilibrium in stochastic logistic system gets smaller as the random intensity or statistical parameters of random variable is increased and the random parameter’s influence on asymptotic stability in stochastic logistic system becomes prominent.

Broadband photodetectors based on narrow bandgap 2D materials have garnered considerable interest for application in the field of optoelectronic devices. However, their large dark current hinders device performance. In this work, a PtSe2/MoS2heterojunction was fabricated for a broadband photodetector operating within the range of visible to near-infrared. The device exhibited suppressed dark currents with a high rectification ratio of 104. The built-in electric field of the heterojunction promoted carrier separation effectively, and the device achieved excellent photoelectric performance with responsivities of 1.7 × 103,27.52, and 21 ma/W at 635, 785, and 1550 nm wavelengths, respectively. Moreover, the specific detectivities(D*) were 2.2 × 1013Jones(635 nm), 3.55 × 1011Jones(785 nm), and 2.72 × 108Jones(1550 nm). The device demonstrated a rise/fall time of 131/241 μs under 1550 nm laser illumination. Visible and near-infrared imaging detection was also demonstrated based on the heterojunction device at room temperature. This work sheds light on the remarkable potential of PtSe2/MoS2heterojunctions in the domain of high-performance broadband photodetectors.

目的探讨右美托咪定联合罗哌卡因腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞麻醉在老年下肢骨折术中的临床价值。方法选择2020年5月—2021年5月本院收治的80例老年下肢骨折手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组两组,每组各40例。研究组接受右美托咪定联合罗哌卡因腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞麻醉,对照组接受罗哌卡因腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞麻醉。比较两组麻醉前后不同时间的收缩压(SBP)、混合静脉血氧饱和度(SvO_(2))、心率(HR)、简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)、平均动脉压(maP)、麻醉效果及不良反应。结果麻醉前(T1)与麻醉后10 min(T2)两组的HR、maP、SvO_(2)、SBP水平及手术前两组的MMSE评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);麻醉后20 min(T3)研究组的HR、maP、SBP水平及手术后研究组的MMSE评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论罗哌卡因联合右美托咪定进行超声引导下腰丛-坐骨神经阻滞的麻醉效果满意,老年下肢骨折患者术中血液动力学稳定,可保护患者认知功能,促进术后身体康复。
