Effects and evaluation of biogas slurry/water integrated irrigation technology on the growth,yield and quality of tomatoes

Reasonable techniques and methods in biogas slurry application are significant for the promotion of biogas slurry and the improvement of crop quality in agricultural *** investigate the impacts of different biogas slurry application techniques on the water use efficiency,growth,yield,and quality of tomatoes,three irrigation techniques,and two application methods were considered in this *** three irrigation techniques are alternate partial root-zone irrigation(APRI),fixed partial root-zone irrigation(FPRI),and two sides root-zone irrigation(TSRI).Two application methods refer to applying the biogas slurry with hole irrigation and surface *** addition,principal component analysis(PCA)and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)methods were adopted to evaluate the comprehensive quality and comprehensive indicators of tomatoes among different *** are three hole irrigation treatments,T1(APRI),T2(TSRI),T3(FPRI),and three surface irrigation treatments,T4(APRI),T5(TSRI),and T6(FPRI)were set in two-season pot *** results show that the plant height,dry matter accumulation,fruit yield,and water use efficiency present a similar descending trend for APRI,TSRI,and FPRI under the same methane irrigation method,yet show that the hole irrigation treatment was higher than the surface irrigation treatment for the same irrigation *** indicate that the coupling of APRI technique and hole irrigation is more conducive to the increase of plant production and water use ***,T1 treatment can significantly improve the soluble sugar,sugar-acid ratio,VC content,soluble protein,soluble solid content,and firmness of tomato fruits,which are better for the taste,storage,and transportation of tomato *** titratable acid content in tomato fruit is the highest in T2 treatment,followed by T5 treatment,indicating that TSRI technique may result in an accumulation of titratable acid and is not

Delineation of eco-geographic regional system of China

Eco-geographic regionalization has been one of the most important topics in China's regionalization researches since the end of the 20th century. It is a major ecosystem in geographic zonality. A hierarchical system, which is formed by division or combination of natural features based on geographic relativity and comparison of major ecosystem factors (including biological and non-biological) and geographic zonality, is called eco-geographic regional system. This paper introduces process of China's regionalization development. The first level unit, temperature zone, is delineated with main criteria of temperature. The second level unit, humidity region, is based on criteria of water/moisture states. The third level unit, natural region, is divided according to medium geomorphologic units. Vegetation types and soils are applied as supplementary criteria to indicate temperature and water/moisture states. Mapping process from qualitative to quantitative and China's eco-geographic regional system are also explained in this paper.

应用混合分层理论,并在板的厚度方向采用位移和应力插值函数推导出粘弹层合板的动力学方程.计算了自由阻尼结构的法向位移响应幅值和层间横向应力的相对幅值,分析了粘弹性材料模量的影响.在高频疲劳试验机上试验不同粘弹性材料的自由阻尼层合板的稳态振动.结果表明:较高的层间法向正应力是低频振动中引起粘弹层合板分层破坏的主要因素,采用面内方向加强的粘弹层合板能有效地降低界面上法向正应力的值.这与通过动力学方程分析粘弹层合板的结论是一致的.

A numerical study of linear wave scattering over a floating platform has been simulated by an efficient numericalmodel in this *** non-hydrostatic model is used to simulate the free surface and the uneven *** thesolid body modelling,the immersed boundary method(IBM)is implemented by introducing a virtual boundaryforce into the momentum equations to emulate the boundary *** implementation enhances theability of the model to simulate interactions between waves and floating structures.A numerical case involvingwave interactions with a floating platform is studied to validate the numerical *** simulating the wavepropagation,the numerical model captures the variation of the wave scattering very well,which verifies theperformance of the numerical model and the robust strategy of the IBM.

Conductive hydrogels have attracted extensive attention owing to their promising application prospects in flexible and wearable ***,achieving both high sensitivity and mechanical robustness remains ***,a novel and versatile conductive hydrogel based on the hybrid assem-bly of conductive cellulose nanofiber(CNF)networks has been designed and *** by the templating effect of CNFs and stabilizing effect of negatively charged poly(styrene sulfonate)(PSS),conducting polymer poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT)was self-organized into three-dimensional nanostructures which constructed a robust conductive network after in-situ oxidative *** unique structure derived from CNF bio-template endowed polyacrylamide(PAM)hydrogels with improved electrical conductivity and excellent mechanical *** a result,the as-fabricated CNF/PEDOT:PSS/PAM hydrogel exhibited an ultimate tensile strain of 1881%and toughness of 3.72 MJ/m^(3),which were 4.07 and 8.27 times higher than the CNF-free hydrogel,*** significantly,the resultant hydrogel sensor showed highly desirable sensing properties,including remarkable sensing range(1100%),high gauge factor(GF=5.16),fast response time(185 ms),and commendable durability,as well as good ***,the hydrogel sensor was able to distinguish subtle physiological activities including phonation and facial expression,and monitor large human body motions such as finger flexion and elbow ***,it was feasible to integrate the strain sensor on the joints of robots to recognize complicated machine motion signals,showing potential in advanced human-machine interactions.

Electromagnetic interference shielding(EMI SE)modules are the core com-ponent of modern ***,the tra-ditional metal-based SE modules always take up indispensable three-dimensional space inside electronics,posing a major obstacle to the integra-tion of *** innovation of integrating 3D-printed conformal shielding(c-SE)modules with packaging materials onto core electronics offers infinite possibilities to satisfy ideal SE func-tion without occupying additional ***,the 3D printable carbon-based inks with various proportions of graphene and carbon nanotube nanoparticles are well-formulated by manipulating their rheological ***,the free-constructed architectures with arbitrarily-customized structure and multifunctionality are created via 3D *** particular,the SE performance of 3D-printed frame is up to 61.4 dB,simultaneously accompanied with an ultralight architecture of 0.076 g cm^(-3) and a superhigh specific shielding of 802.4 dB cm3 g^(-1).Moreover,as a proof-of-concept,the 3D-printed c-SE module is in situ integrated into core electronics,successfully replacing the traditional metal-based module to afford multiple functions for electromagnetic compatibility and thermal ***,this scientific innovation completely makes up the blank for assembling carbon-based c-SE modules and sheds a brilliant light on developing the next generation of high-performance shielding materials with arbitrarily-customized structure for integrated electronics.

Bietti crystalline corneoretinal dystrophy is an inherited retinal disease caused by mutations in CYP4V2,which results in blindness in the working-age population,and there is currently no available ***,we report the results of the first-in-human clinical trial(NCT04722107)of gene therapy for Bietti crystalline corneoretinal dystrophy,including 12 participants who were followed up for 180-365 *** open-label,single-arm exploratory trial aimed to assess the safety and efficacy of a recombinant adeno-associated-virus-serotype-2/8 vector encoding the human CYP4V2 protein(rAAV2/8-hCYP4V2).Participants received a single unilateral subretinal injection of 7.5×10^(10)vector genomes of rAAV2/***,73 treatment-emergent adverse events were reported,with the majority(98.6%)being of mild or moderate intensity and considered to be procedure-or corticosteroid-related;no treatment-related serious adverse events or local/systemic immune toxicities were *** with that measured at baseline,77.8%of the treated eyes showed improvement in best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA)on day 180,with a mean±standard deviation increase of 9.0±10.8 letters in the 9 eyes analyzed(p=0.021).By day 365,80%of the treated eyes showed an increase in BCVA,with a mean increase of 11.0±10.6 letters in the 5 eyes assessed(p=0.125).Importantly,the patients’improvement observed using multifocal electroretinogram,microperimetry,and Visual Function Questionnaire-25 further supported the beneficial effects of the *** conclude that the favorable safety profile and visual improvements identified in this trial encourage the continued development of rAAV2/8-hCYP4V2(named ZVS101e).

通过有限元软件ANSYS对铝合金T型接头焊接进行数值模拟,采用高斯热源模拟焊接热输入,运用热-弹-塑性有限元方法得到焊接过程温度场及应力应变场,对其温度场进行分析,并选取不同的路径,分析其残余应力变化情况。最终得到以下结论:纵向残余应力均为拉应力,横向残余应力在中心线为拉应力,在两道焊缝位置则为压应力,且数值相对纵向残余应力较小。
