The performance degradation and even damage of the e-textiles caused by sweat,water,or submersion during all-weather health monitoring are the main reasons that e-textiles have not been commercialized and routinized so ***,we developed an amphibious,high-performance,air-permeable,and comfortable all-textile triboelectric sensor for continuous and precise measurement of epidermal pulse waves during full-day *** on the principle of preparing gas by acid-base neutralization reaction,a one-piece preparation process of amphibious conductive yarn(ACY)with densely porous structures is *** innovative three-dimensional(3D)interlocking fabric knitted from ACYs(0.6 mm in diameter)and polytetrafluoroethylene yarns exhibit high sensitivity(0.433 V·kPa^(-1)),wide bandwidth(up to 10 Hz),and stability(>30,000 cycles).With these benefits,98.8%agreement was achieved between wrist pulse waves acquired by the sensor and a high-precision laser ***,the polytetrafluoroethylene yarn with good compression resilience provides sufficient mechanical support for the contact separation of the ***,the unique skeletonized design of the 3D interlocking structure can effectively relieve the water pressure on the sensor surface to obtain stable and accurate pulse waves(underwater depth of 5 cm).This achievement represents an important step in improving the practicality of e-textiles and early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.

In this paper, we investigate the radial function manifolds generated by a linear combination of radial functions. Let Wp^r（B^d） be the usual Sobolev class of functions on the unit ball 54. We study the deviation from the radial function manifolds to WP^r（b^d）. Our results show that the upper and lower bounds of approximation by a linear combination of radial functions are asymptotically identical. We also find that the radial function manifolds and ridge function manifolds generated by a linear combination of ridge functions possess the same rate of approximation.

This paper addresses the learning algorithm on the unit *** main purpose is to present an error analysis for regression generated by regularized least square algorithms with spherical harmonics *** excess error can be estimated by the sum of sample errors and regularization *** study shows that by introducing a suitable spherical harmonics kernel,the regularization parameter can decrease arbitrarily fast with the sample size.

换相失败是晶闸管换流阀逆变器的常见故障。随着高压直流输电的不断发展,直流输电的电压等级和输送容量不断提升,交直流系统间的相互影响加剧,直流换相失败对交流系统的影响日益凸显。随着直流输电距离的增长,双极直流线路的相互影响更为明显,直流系统一极发生线路故障可能会导致另外一极发生换相失败。文中通过研究双极直流线路间的耦合机理,提出直流电压突变量指标判定与优化逆变侧关断角控制相结合的换相失败预防控制方法。该方法基于直流线路间的电磁耦合特性,根据健全极直流电压、电流特征,优化关断角调节器,利用直流电压突变量原理判别故障极,通过增大关断角,避免健全极发生换相失败。电磁暂态仿真和实际工程应用验证了所提方法的有效性。

柔性直流电网运行方式灵活多样,供电可靠性高,在运行过程中运行方式之间的转换必不可少。对于采用金属返回线的双极柔性直流电网,若以站内接地网作为接地点,可能在不同运行方式转换过程中存在风险。以张北柔性直流电网工程为例,研究了柔性直流电网工程运行方式转换或接地点转换过程中金属回线电流分配规律,分析了金属回线操作顺序不当引起的方式转换风险;根据转换风险分析结果,提出了柔性直流电网方式转换过程增加金属回线和接地点联锁建议及运行方式转换的操作建议,通过张北柔性直流电网工程数模混合仿真平台验证了所提出措施的正确性,且该建议措施已应用于张北柔性直流电网工程,为柔性直流电网工程的调度、运维提供重要的技术指导。

The optical design of near-infrared phase contrast imaging(NI-PCI)diagnosis on HL-2A is introduced in this *** scheme benefits from the great progress of near-infrared laser technology and is a broadening of traditional phase contrast *** diagnostic can work as a keen tool to measure plasma wavenumber spectra by inferring string-integrated plasma density *** of both the front optical path which is the path before the laser transmitting into the tokamak plasma and the rear optics which is the path after the laser passing through the plasma is *** 1550 nm laser is chosen as the probe beam and highprecision optical components are designed to fit the laser beam,in which a phase plate with a 194-nm-deep silver groove is the *** with the conventional 10.6μm laser-based PCI system on HL-2A,NI-PCI significantly overcomes the unwanted phase scintillation effect and promotes the measurement capability of high-wavenumber turbulence with an increased maximal measurable wavenumber from 15 cm^(-1)to 32.6 cm^(-1).

上部结构采用钢网壳,下部采用钢筋混凝土结构,是干煤棚中最常见的结构形式之一。现阶段,设计此类混合结构时,通常将上、下部结构分开进行计算,边界条件则采用简化的支座约束来模拟下部钢筋混凝土支承结构。以某干煤棚为研究对象,分别建立单独网壳结构模型和整体结构模型,并基于该模型开展了参数分析,主要参数包括周期及振型、阻尼比、杆件内力、支座反力和杆件位移等。分析结果表明:采用简化支座约束的单独模型,并不能完全真实地模拟干煤棚网壳与钢筋混凝土支承结构的协同工作性能,且这种差异随着下部钢筋混凝土结构高度的增加而增大。
