Through-space charge transfer(TSCT)polymers are an attractive class of luminescent polymers with spatial donor/acceptor architecture and thermally activated delayed fluorescence effect,different from conventional luminescent polymers with conjugated donor-acceptor structure and through-bond charge transfer *** emission comes from the intramolecular charge transfer by through-space pathway because the donor and acceptor segments are spatially proximate to each other in each repeating unit but are physically separated by nonconjugated polymer *** this review,recent advances in TSCT polymers with linear,bottlebrush,and dendritic architectures are presented,with the focus on their molecular design,photophysical behavior,and device *** hope that this review shall provide a useful insight of new luminescent polymers with TSCT effect for use in solution-processed organic light-emitting diodes.

This paper addresses a multicircular circumnavigation control for UAVs with desired angular spacing around a nonstationary *** defining a coordinated error relative to neighboring angular spacing,under the premise that target information is perfectly accessible by all nodes,a centralized circular enclosing control strategy is derived for multiple UAVs connected by an undirected graph to allow for formation behaviors concerning the moving ***,to avoid the requirement of target’s states being accessible for each UAV,fixed-time distributed observers are introduced to acquire the state estimates in a fixed-time sense,and the upper boundary of settling time can be determined offline irrespective of initial properties,greatly releasing the burdensome communication ***,with the aid of fixed-time distributed observers,a distributed circular circumnavigation controller is derived to force all UAVs to collaboratively evolve along the preset circles while keeping a desired angular *** is inferred from Lyapunov stability that all errors are demonstrated to be *** are offered to verify the utility of proposed protocol.

The past two decades have witnessed the rapid development and wide application of Fe(Ⅵ)in the field of water de-contamination because of its environmentally benign ***(Ⅵ)has been mainly applied as a highly efficient oxidant/disinfectant for the selective elimination of *** in situ generated iron(III)(hydr)oxides with the function of adsorption/coagulation can further increase the removal of contaminants by Fe(Ⅵ)in some *** of the limitations of Fe(Ⅵ)per se,various modified methods have been developed to improve the performance of Fe(Ⅵ)oxidation *** on the published literature,this paper summarized the current views on the intrinsic properties of Fe(Ⅵ)with the emphasis on the self-decay mechanism of Fe(Ⅵ).The applications of Fe(Ⅵ)as a sole oxidant for decomposing organic contaminants rich in electron-donating moieties,as a bi-functional reagent(both oxidant and coagulant)for eliminating some special contaminants,and as a disinfectant for inactivating microorganisms were systematically ***,the difficulties in synthesizing and preserving Fe(Ⅵ),which limits the large-scale application of Fe(Ⅵ),and the potential formation of toxic byproducts during Fe(Ⅵ)application were *** paper also systematically reviewed the important nodes in developing methods to improve the performance of Fe(Ⅵ)as oxidant or disinfectant in the past two decades,and proposed the future research needs for the development of Fe(Ⅵ)technologies.

Al nanoparticles(NPs)are incorporated in the active layers to enhance the performance of organic solar cells(OSCs).The improved short circuit current Jsc and power conversion efficiency(PCE)for OSCs with Al NPs are observed.A final PCE of 3.66wt%is achieved,which is an improvement of more than 30wt%compared to a standard cell with a PCE of 2.84wt%.When the mass of Al NPs is 10wt%of OSCs,the device performance is *** optical performance of OSCs reveals that the absorption from sunlight *** external quantum efficiency spectra suggests that the Al NPs in the active layers influence the efficiency of converting photons into electrons,which leads to the improvements in the *** enhanced photovoltaic performance induced by incorporating Al NPs in the active layer is discussed in the terms of increasing charge separation at the donor-acceptor interface and the effectively decreasing transmission distance of charge in polymer.

Black carbon is a by-product of incomplete combustion of carbon containing fuels. It can alter atmos-pheric radiation property and make adverse impacts on human health. The energy consumption in Beijing City depends largely on coal burning. Recently,Beijing City has been performing the municipal energy structure adjustment as a tool for air pollution abatement,aiming at the air quality goal for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Based on Beijing energy use data in 2000,combined with emission fac-tors of major sources of black carbon,the emission of black carbon in Beijing City is estimated to be 7.77 Gg. Coke,raw coal and biomass as non-commercial energy are the main contributors to municipal black carbon emissions. Based on Beijing energy planning in the year 2008,the emission of black carbon in 2008 will be 2.97 Gg if the contribution from biomass is not taken into account. Assuming that the black carbon emission from rural biomass in 2008 is the same as that in 2004,the biomass burning will be the largest emitter of black carbon to Beijing City in 2008.

Taking the Chinese city of Xiamen as an example,simulation and quantitative analysis were performed on the transmissions of the Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)and the influence of intervention combinations to assist policymakers in the preparation of targeted response measures.A machine learning model was built to estimate the effectiveness of interventions and simulate transmission in different *** comparison was conducted between simulated and real cases in Xiamen.A web interface with adjustable parameters,including choice of intervention measures,intervention weights,vaccination,and viral variants,was designed for users to run the *** total case number was set as the *** cumulative number was 4,614,641 without restrictions and 78 under the strictest intervention *** with the parameters closest to the real situation of the Xiamen outbreak was performed to verify the accuracy and reliability of the *** simulation model generated a duration of 52 days before the daily cases dropped to zero and the final cumulative case number of 200,which were 25 more days and 36 fewer cases than the real situation,*** interventions could benefit the prevention and control of COVID-19 outbreak while safeguarding public health and mitigating impacts on people’s livelihood.

Li-S batteries are considered as a highly promising candidate for the next-generation energy storage system, attributing to their tremendous energy density. However, the two-dimensional island nucleation-growth process of lithium sulfide leads to a thick insulating film covering the electrode, inducing slow electrons transfer and mass-transfer of ions and liquid sulfur species in working Li-S cells. Here, we demonstrate a bio-inspired strategy of constructing ant-nest-like hierarchical porous ultrathin carbon nanosheet networks with the implants of metallic nanoparticles electrocatalysts (HPC-MEC) as efficient nanoreactors enabling rapid mass transfer, via a simple and green NaCl template. Such nanoreactors with a large active surface area could effectively anchor polysulfides for mitigating the shuttle effect, facilitating uniformly thin Li2S film, and promoting the mass transfer for fast sulfur species conversions. This helps contribute to a continuously high sulfur utilization in Li-S batteries with the HPC-MEC reactors. As a typical exhibition, cobalt embedded hierarchical porous carbon (HPC-Co) could realize to deliver a remarkably high specific capacity of 1,540.6 mAh·g−1, an excellent rate performance of 878.8 mAh·g−1 at 2 C, and high area capacity of 11.6 mAh·cm−2 at a high sulfur load of 10 mg·cm−2 and low electrolyte/sulfur ratio of 5 µL·mg−1.

The Satellite-based augmentation system(SBAS) is intended to provide real-time differential global navigation satellite system corrections with the high accuracy, availability, and integrity required for aviation applications. Since the performance of Satellite clock and ephemeris(SCE) corrections and Ionospheric range delay(IRD) corrections can vary dramatically depending on satellites and Ground reference stations(GRSs) geometry,therefore, we present a GRSs distribution optimized criteria and process to improve SBAS corrections *** present step-by-step optimized scheme using the average satellite surveillance dilution of precision and relative centroid metric availability of grid points as fitness values to determine the appropriate GRSs distribution to sufficiently meet the corrections requirements. The results show that the statistical mean RCM availability can reach more than 0.5518 for all IGPs and the coverage depth of GRSs in China and its surrounding areas is more than 25,which fully satisfies the requirement for solving SCE and IRD corrections.
