Modulating electronic structure of metal nanoparticles via metal–support interaction has attracted intense interest in the field of catalytic ***,the roles of supporting substrates in regulating catalytic properties of nanozymes remain *** this study,we find that the use of graphdiyne oxide(GDYO)as the substrate for self-terminating growth of Ru nanoparticles(Ru@GDYO)endows the peroxidase-like activity of Ru nanoparticles with intrinsic physiological pH preference and natural horseradish peroxidase(HRP)comparable *** nanoparticles electrolessly deposited onto GDYO possess a partially oxidized electronic structure owing to limited charge transfer between Ru and GDYO,contributing to the intrinsic physiological pH preference of the peroxidase-mimicking *** importantly,the substrate GDYO plays an influential factor in enhancing catalytic activity,that is,the activity of Ru@GDYO is much higher than that of Ru nanoparticles deposited on other carbon substrates including graphene oxides and *** demonstrate the application of Ru@GDYO nanozyme in neutral solutions,we employ Ru@GDYO with nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+)-dependent dehydrogenases in physiological conditions to realize a sustainable cascade reaction by means of forming continuous NAD^(+)/dihydronicotiamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH)*** finding represents a promising perspective on designing high-performance peroxidase-mimicking nanozymes with broader applicability,raising fundamental understanding of structure–activity relationship,and investigating new applications of nanozymes in biological systems.

Serrated flow phenomenon has been widely observed among different metals due to the potential influence on their *** tensile tests of nickel-based superalloy GH536 were carried out at loading rates of 0.06,0.60,3.60,and 36.00 mm·min^(-1)at room temperature,*** tensile stress-strain curves demonstrate repetitive and discontinuous yielding behavior,namely serrated *** is observed that the stress-strain curves were dominated by type B serration,and original annealing twin boundaries(TBs)were distorted to various degrees under comparatively different lower tensile *** contrast,the TBs almost disappear,and the type B serrations become smoother and regular under the higher loading *** phenomenon can be attributed to the interactions between TBs and dislocations during tensile *** effects of the mobile and immobile dislocations illustrate the unsteady amplitude of serrations observed in stress-strain *** electron microscope images of tested pieces reveal the interaction of dislocation and TB,with dislocation tangling around the TBs.

Study on Temperature Disaster Indicators of Passion Fruit in Southwest Fujian, China

In China, meteorological forecasting relies on meteorological data obtained from regional and national stations. However, there were discrepancies between the data collected from the meteorological station at the passion fruit growing base and the data from regional and national stations. Consequently, the high and low temperature disaster indicators determined by the meteorological station at the passion fruit growing base cannot be applied to meteorological forecasting. To address this issue and facilitate the monitoring and early warning of high and low temperature disasters in passion fruit cultivation in Fujian, China, we used multi-source hourly temperature data (including the data from meteorological observation stations in passion fruit growing bases, the nearest regional stations, and national surface conventional meteorological observation stations) in three cities in southwestern Fujian (Longyan, Sanming, and Zhangzhou) spanning the years 2020 to 2022. By employing comprehensive statistical analysis methods (0.5 interval division and Cumulative frequency), we identified that passion fruit in southwestern Fujian was susceptible to high temperature disasters during the blooming-fruiting period, as well as low temperature disasters during the sprouting period. Consequently, we developed high and low temperature disaster indicators based on data from regional and national stations for different phenological periods of passion fruit in this region.

Identification of reservoir types in deep carbonates has always been a great challenge due to complex logging responses caused by the heterogeneous scale and distribution of storage *** cross-plot analysis and empirical formula methods for identifying reservoir types using geophysical logging data have high uncertainty and low efficiency,which cannot accurately reflect the nonlinear relationship between reservoir types and logging ***,the kernel Fisher discriminant analysis(KFD),a kernel-based machine learning technique,attracts attention in many fields because of its strong nonlinear processing ***,the overall performance of KFD model may be limited as a single kernel function cannot simultaneously extrapolate and interpolate well,especially for highly complex data *** address this issue,in this study,a mixed kernel Fisher discriminant analysis(MKFD)model was established and applied to identify reservoir types of the deep Sinian carbonates in central Sichuan Basin,*** MKFD model was trained and tested with 453 datasets from 7 coring wells,utilizing GR,CAL,DEN,AC,CNL and RT logs as input *** particle swarm optimization(PSO)was adopted for hyper-parameter optimization of MKFD *** evaluate the model performance,prediction results of MKFD were compared with those of basic-kernel based KFD,RF and SVM ***,the built MKFD model was applied in a blind well test,and a variable importance analysis was *** comparison and blind test results demonstrated that MKFD outperformed traditional KFD,RF and SVM in the identification of reservoir types,which provided higher accuracy and stronger *** MKFD can therefore be a reliable method for identifying reservoir types of deep carbonates.

Objective To evaluate the factors affecting optimal stentt expansion in calcified lesions treated by aggressive plaque modification with rotational atherectomy （RA） and a cutting balloon （CB）. Methods From January 2014 to May 2015, 92 patients with moderate to severe coronary calcified lesions underwent rotational atherectomy and intravascular ultrasound imaging at Chinese PLA General Hospital （Beijing, China） were included in this study, They were divided into a rotational artherectomy combined with cutting balloon （RACB） group （46 patients treated with RA followed by CB angioplasty） and an RA group （46 patients treated with RA followed by plain balloon angioplasty）. Another 40 patients with similar severity of their calcified lesions treated with plain old balloon angioplasty （POBA） were de- mographically matched to the other groups and defined as the POBA group. All patients received a drug-eluting stent after plaque prepara- tion. Lumen diameter and lumen diameter stenosis （LDS） were measured by quantitative coronary angiography at baseline, after RA, after dilatation, and after stenting. Optimal stent expansion was defined as the final LDS 〈 10%. Results The initial and post-RA LDS values were similar among the three groups. However, after dilatation, the LDS significantly decreased in the RACB group （from 54.5% ± 8.9% to 36.1%＋ 7.1%） but only moderately decreased （from 55.7% ± 7.8% to 46.9% ± 9.4%） in the RA group （time × group, P 〈 0.001）. After stenting, there was a higher rate of optimal stent expansion in the RACB group （71.7% in the RACB group, 54.5% in the RA group, and 15% in the POBA group, P 〈 0.001）, and the final LDS was significantly diminished in the RACB group compared to the other two groups （6.0% ± 2.3%, 10.8% ± 3.3%, 12.7% ± 2.1%, P 〈 0.001）. Moreover, an LDS 〈 40% after plaque preparation （OR = 2.994, 95% CI： 1.297-6.911） was associated with optimal stent expansion, which also had a positive correlation with the appearance of a calcified ring
