FPR1 Antagonist (BOC-MLF) Inhibits Amniotic Epithelial-mesenchymal Transition

Objective:Premature rupture of membranes(PROM)is a common pregnancy disorder that is closely associated with structural weakening of fetal *** have found that formyl peptide receptor 1(FPR1)activates inflammatory pathways and amniotic epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),stimulates collagen degradation,and leads to membrane weakening and membrane *** purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-inflammatory and EMT inhibitory effects of FPR1 antagonist(BOC-MLF)to provide a basis for clinical prevention of ***:The relationship between PROM,FPR1,and EMT was analyzed in human fetal membrane tissue and plasma samples using Western blotting,PCR,Masson staining,and ELISA ***(LPS)was used to establish a fetal membrane inflammation model in pregnant rats,and BOC-MLF was used to treat the LPS rat *** detected interleukin(IL)-6 in blood from the rat hearts to determine whether the inflammatory model was successful and whether the anti-inflammatory treatment was *** used electron microscopy to analyze the structure and collagen expression of rat fetal ***:Western blotting,PCR and Masson staining indicated that the expression of FPR1 was significantly increased,the expression of collagen was decreased,and EMT appeared in *** rat model indicated that LPS caused the collapse of fetal membrane epithelial cells,increased intercellular gaps,and decreased ***-MLF promoted an increase in fetal membrane collagen,inhibited EMT,and reduced the weakening of fetal ***:The expression of FPR1 in the fetal membrane of PROM was significantly increased,and EMT of the amniotic membrane was ***-MLF can treat inflammation and inhibit amniotic EMT.

Local quantum Fisher information and quantum correlation in the mixed-spin Heisenberg XXZ chain

We study the local quantum Fisher information(LQFI)in the mixed-spin Heisenberg XXZ *** the maximal and minimal LQFI are studied and the former is essential to determine the accuracy of the quantum parameter estimation,the latter can be well used to characterize the discord-type quantum *** investigate the effects of the temperature and the anisotropy parameter on the maximal LQFI and thus on the accuracy of the parameter *** we make use of the minimal LQFI to study the discord-type correlations of different site *** dimensions of the subsystems cause different values of the minimal LQFI which reflects the asymmetry of the discord-type *** addition,the site pairs at different positions of the spin chains have different minimal LQFI,which reveals the influence of the surrounding spins on the bipartite quantum *** results show that the LQFI obtained through a simple calculation process provides a convenient way to investigate the discord-type correlation in high-dimensional systems.

Recently,poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based solid polymer electrolytes have been attracting great attention,and efforts are currently underway to develop PEO-based composite electrolytes for next generation high performance all-solid-state lithium metal *** this article,a novel sandwich structured solid-state PEO composite electrolyte is developed for high performance all-solid-state lithium metal *** PEO-based composite electrolyte is fabricated by hot-pressing PEO,LiTFSI and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene nanosheets into glass fiber cloth(GFC).The as-prepared GFC@PEO-MXene electrolyte shows high mechanical properties,good electrochemical stability,and high lithium-ion migration number,which indicates an obvious synergistic effect from the microscale GFC and the nanoscale *** as,the GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene electrolyte shows a high tensile strength of 43.43 MPa and an impressive Young's modulus of 496 MPa,which are increased by 1205%and 6048%over those of ***,the ionic conductivity of GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene at 60℃ reaches 5.01×10^(-2) S m^(-1),which is increased by around 200%compared with that of GFC@PEO *** addition,the Li/Li symmetric battery based on GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene electrolyte shows an excellent cycling stability over 800 h(0.3 mA cm^(-2),0.3 mAh cm^(-2)),which is obviously longer than that based on PEO and GFC@PEO electrolytes due to the better compatibility of GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene electrolyte with Li ***,the solid-state Li/LiFePO_(4) battery with GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene as electrolyte demonstrates a high capacity of 110.2–166.1 mAh g^(-1) in a wide temperature range of 25–60C,and an excellent capacity retention *** developed sandwich structured GFC@PEO-1 wt%MXene electrolyte with the excellent overall performance is promising for next generation high performance all-solid-state lithium metal batteries.

Pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma(PACC)is a rare malignant tumor of pancreatic epithelial cells,which produces pancreatic exocrine *** originates from acinar cells and terminal branches of the pancreatic ducts in the exocrine tissue of the *** accounts for 1%−2%of pancreatic exocrine tumors[1].Herein,we present an elderly woman with PACC who recovered after effective laparoscopic *** tumor was located on the left side of the abdomen;imaging suggested that it was a gastrointestinal stromal tumor of the gastric wall origin,infiltrating the tail of the pancreas and omentum,while postoperative pathology suggested PACC.

Accurate Shortwave Radiation Simulation with a Two-Layer Aerosol Model in Xinjiang Region

To harness the rich solar energy resources in Xinjiang Region of Northwest China,this study tries to address the issue of lack of downward surface shortwave radiation(DSSR)observations and the need to improve the accuracy of satellite retrieval and numerical simulation of DSSR under varied sky and meteorological conditions.(1)A two-layer aerosol model specific to Xinjiang was developed to capture the vertical distributions of aerosols based on multiple data sources including lidar,GPS sounding,ground meteorological observations,and profiles from the ECMWF reanalysis version 5(ERA5)*** results show that the ERA5/PBLH(planetary boundary layer height)and ERA5/ALH(aerosol layer height)could be used to establish the two-layer aerosol model and characterize the vertical distribution of aerosols in Xinjiang Region.(2)Using the Santa Barbara Discrete Atmospheric Radiative Transfer(SBDART)model,a localized inverse model of clear-sky DSSR was *** parameter adjustment and using the optimal combination of input parameters for DSSR simulation together with the two-layer aerosol model,the model-simulated DSSR(DSSRSBD)under clear-sky conditions improved significantly compared to the initial results,with all fitting indices greatly improved.(3)In addition,the study demonstrated that the impact of the two-layer aerosol model on DSSR was more pronounced under dust conditions than clear-sky conditions.(4)Using the localized clear-sky DSSR inversion model and its required parameters,simulations were also conducted to capture the spatiotemporal distribution of DSSR under clear-sky conditions in Xinjiang from 2017 to *** annual average DSSR_(SBD)under clear-sky conditions in Xinjiang during 2017–2019 was 606.78 W m^(-2),while DSSR from CERES(DSSR_(CER))under the same conditions was generally higher(703.95 W m^(-2)).(5)It is found that satellite remote sensing products experienced data loss in high-altitude snow areas,where numerical simulation technology could ser

Investigating correlations between radiomic and genomic profiling in breast cancer(BC)molecular subtypes is crucial for understanding disease mechanisms and providing personalized *** present a well-designed radiogenomic framework image–gene–gene set(IMAGGS),which detects multi-way associations in BC subtypes by integrating radiomic and genomic *** dataset consists of 721 patients,each of whom has 12 ultrasound(US)images captured from different angles and gene mutation *** better characterize tumor traits,12 multi-angle US images are fused using two distinct ***,we analyze complex many-to-many associations between phenotypic and genotypic features using a machine learning algorithm,deviating from the prevalent one-to-one relationship pattern observed in previous *** radiomic and genomic features are screened using these *** addition,gene set enrichment analysis is performed to investigate the joint effects of gene sets and delve deeper into the biological functions of BC *** further validate the feasibility of IMAGGS in a glioblastoma multiforme dataset to demonstrate the scalability of IMAGGS across different modalities and *** together,IMAGGS provides a comprehensive characterization for diseases by associating imaging,genes,and gene sets,paving the way for biological interpretation of radiomics and development of targeted therapy.

Prevalence and Risk Factors of Stroke in Inpatients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in China

Objective The prevalence and the cluster characteristics of risk factors of stroke were assessed in a Chinese diabetic *** Clinical data of 30693 inpatients who were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and admitted between 2013 and 2018 were retrospectively *** age-standardized prevalence of stroke was estimated using the 2010 Chinese population census data,and risk factors were analyzed by multiple imputation and *** The crude and standardized prevalence rates of stroke in patients with T2DM were 34.4%and 21.5%,respectively,and 85.2%of the stroke patients had ischemic *** half of the patients who experienced stroke had clusters of more than 4 risk *** with no-risk-factor clustering,the risk of stroke significantly increased 3-4 times in the presence of more than 4 risk-factor clusters(P<0.001).Hypertension was the most common major risk factor for ischemic stroke[odds ratio(OR),2.34;95%confidence interval(CI),2.18-2.50]and hemorrhagic stroke(OR,3.68;95%CI 2.95-4.59;P<0.001).Moreover,a 1-standard-deviation increase in fasting blood glucose(FBG)was significantly negatively correlated with ischemic stroke risk,and the same change in FBG was significantly associated with an 8%increased risk of hemorrhagic *** The prevalence of stroke in patients with T2DM is rather high,and the clustering of risk factors is associated with the development of stroke in T2DM *** factors differ in different stroke *** risk factors for a specific high-risk group is necessary.

Analysis of Solutions of the Holling-Tanner Model

In this paper we consider a kind of predator-prey model named Holling-Tanner model. Firstly, we prove all solutions of this model to be bounded from above. Secondly, we find a positive invariant set of the model, and prove the existence of stable limit cycle in this invariant set by Poincar′e-Bendixson theorem for the unstable equilibrium. Thirdly, we get the region of parameters in which the corresponding stable equilibrium are also globally asymptotically stable. Lastly, we give a bifurcation diagram and illustration with two limit cycles for special parameters through numerical simulation. By our knowledge, the invariant set constructed in this paper is better than that in the book written by Murray.

As a flexible resource,energy storage plays an increasingly significant role in stabilizing and supporting the power system,while providing auxiliary ***,the current high demand for energy storage contrasts with the fuzzy lack of market-oriented mechanisms for energy storage,the principle of market-oriented operation has not been embodied,and there is no unified and systematic analytical framework for the business ***,the dispatch management model of energy storage in actual power system operation is not ***,the specific scheduling process and energy storage strategy on the source-load-network side could be more specific,and there needs to be a greater understanding of the collaborative scheduling process of the multilevel scheduling *** this basis,this paper reviews the energy storage operation model and market-based incentive mechanism,For different functional types and installation locations of energy storage within the power system,the operational models and existing policies for energy storage participation in the market that are adapted to multiple operating states are *** the point of view of the actual scheduling and operation management of energy storage in China,an energy storage regulation and operation management model based on“national,provincial,and local”multilevel coordination is proposed,as well as key technologies in the interactive scenarios of source-load,network and storage.
