Intelligent diagnosis of retinal vein occlusion based on color fundus photographs

AIM:To develop an artificial intelligence(AI)diagnosis model based on deep learning(DL)algorithm to diagnose different types of retinal vein occlusion(RVO)by recognizing color fundus photographs(CFPs).METHODS:Totally 914 CFPs of healthy people and patients with RVO were collected as experimental data sets,and used to train,verify and test the diagnostic model of *** the images were divided into four categories[normal,central retinal vein occlusion(CRVO),branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO),and macular retinal vein occlusion(MRVO)]by three fundus disease *** Transformer was used to build the RVO diagnosis model,and different types of RVO diagnosis experiments were *** model’s performance was compared to that of the ***:The accuracy of the model in the diagnosis of normal,CRVO,BRVO,and MRVO reached 1.000,0.978,0.957,and 0.978;the specificity reached 1.000,0.986,0.982,and 0.976;the sensitivity reached 1.000,0.955,0.917,and 1.000;the F1-Sore reached 1.000,0.9550.943,and 0.887 *** addition,the area under curve of normal,CRVO,BRVO,and MRVO diagnosed by the diagnostic model were 1.000,0.900,0.959 and 0.970,*** diagnostic results were highly consistent with those of fundus disease experts,and the diagnostic performance was ***:The diagnostic model developed in this study can well diagnose different types of RVO,effectively relieve the work pressure of clinicians,and provide help for the follow-up clinical diagnosis and treatment of RVO patients.

Relationship between clinical belonging,professional identity,and nursing information ability among nursing interns:Model construction

BACKGROUND Clinical belonging refers to the feeling that clinical medical staff feel recognized and accepted by others or *** level of clinical belonging of nursing interns affects students’learning motivation and confidence,which in turn affects their clinical practice *** To explore the effects of professional identity and nursing information ability on clinical belonging among nursing interns and establish a relationship model for these *** The researchers used the convenience sampling method to select 682 nursing interns from *** survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire,clinical sense of belonging scale,nursing information ability self-assessment scale,and a nursing student professional identity *** mediating effect of nursing information ability between their professional identity and clinical sense of belonging was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and the path analysis in structural equation *** The total scores of clinical belonging,professional identity,and nursing information ability of nursing interns were(104.29±13.11)points,(57.89±7.16)points,and(70.29±6.20)points,*** information ability had a direct effect on the clinical sense of belonging(effect value=0.46,P<0.05).Occupational identity had a direct effect(effect value=0.52,P<0.05)and an indirect effect(effect value=0.21,P<0.05)on clinical *** Nursing administrators in nursing colleges and hospitals should take effective measures to improve the professional identity and nursing information ability of nursing interns,as well as the clinical sense of belonging among nursing interns.

Hyperhomocysteinemia(Hhcy)is an independent risk factor for Alzheimer's disease(AD),and insulinresistance is commonly seen in patients with ***(Lir),a glucagon-like peptide that increases the secretion and sensitivity of insulin,has a neurotrophic or neuroprotective ***,it is not known whether Lir ameliorates the AD-like pathology and memory deficit induced by *** vena caudalis injection of homocysteine to produce the Hhcy model in rats,we found here that simultaneous administration of Lir for 2 weeks ameliorated the Hhcy-induced memory deficit,along with increased density of dendritic spines and up-regulation of synaptic *** also attenuated the Hhcy-induced tau hyperphosphorylation and Aβ overproduction,and the molecular mechanisms involved the restoration of protein phosphatase-2 A activity and inhibition of β-and γ-*** insulin receptor substrate-1 also decreased after treatment with *** data reveal that Lir improves the Hhcy-induced AD-like spatial memory deficit and the mechanisms involve the modulation of insulinresistance and the pathways generating abnormal tau and Aβ.

Impact of Annealing on the Melt Recrystallization of a-PDLA/α-PLLA Double-layered Films

Poly(lactic acid)(PLA) as a bio-based polymer with biodegradability and biocompatibility has attracted much attention. To manipulate its properties for different applications, regulation of crystal structure and crystalline morphology becomes an attractive research topic. In this work, the structure evolution of layered samples containing an amorphous poly(D-lactide)(PDLA) layer and a crystalline poly(L-lactide)(PLLA)layer with highly oriented edge-on α lamellar crystals after annealing at 150 ℃ or/and after melt-recrystallization has been studied by AFM, FTIR,and TEM combined with electron diffraction. The results demonstrate that melt recrystallization of the as-prepared sample leads to the formation of abundant randomly oriented PLA stereo-complex(PLA SC) crystals. Annealing at 150 ℃ results in the formation of a small amount of oriented PLA SC crystals at the interface. These PLA SC crystals show great impact on the recrystallization behavior of sample after melting at 190 ℃ and then crystallizing at 90 ℃. First, they impede the mutual diffusion of the overlying PDLA and underlying PLLA, and thus reduce their stereocomplexation ability as manifested by the decreased amount of PLA SC crystals. Second, they act as substrate to initiate the epitaxial crystallization of the overlying PDLA and underlying PLLA, which ensures the production of a highly oriented structure of PDLA and PLLA after melt recrystallization again.

Event-based nonfragile state estimation for memristive recurrent neural networks with stochastic cyber-attacks and sensor saturations

This paper addresses the issue of nonfragile state estimation for memristive recurrent neural networks with proportional delay and sensor saturations. In practical engineering, numerous unnecessary signals are transmitted to the estimator through the networks, which increases the burden of communication bandwidth. A dynamic event-triggered mechanism,instead of a static event-triggered mechanism, is employed to select useful data. By constructing a meaningful Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, a delay-dependent criterion is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities for ensuring the global asymptotic stability of the augmented system. In the end, two numerical simulations are employed to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed theoretical results.

为分析京唐港海域发生溢油漂移扩散产生的影响,基于三向不可压缩和Reynolds值均布的Navier-Stokes方程,并服从Boussinesq假定和静水压力的假定,对整个渤海海域建立二维潮流场数值模型。以水动力为基础,根据Lagrangian“油粒子”理论对粒子进行追踪,建立溢油漂移扩散预测模型,模拟不同工况下油膜在海水中的漂移扩散过程。结果表明,溢油污染对附近自然保护区、旅游休闲娱乐区、渔业养殖捕捞区及岸线均存在一定的影响,其大清河口附近渔业捕捞区的影响最大;72 h内油膜最大扩散面积出现在冬季强风涨潮时溢油,其面积为213.373 km 2。通过对油膜的运动轨迹和敏感区目标的影响进行分析预测,对在京唐港附近海域发生溢油事故采取应急措施、海洋环境影响评价等提供一定的依据和技术支持。
