BACKGROUND Lymphovascular invasion(LVI)and perineural invasion(PNI)are associated with decreased survival in colorectal cancer(CRC),but its significance in N1c stage remains to be clearly *** We retrospectively identified 107 consecutive patients who had CRC with N1c disease radically resected at our *** were reviewed for LVI and PNI by one pathologist blinded to the patients’***-free survival(DFS),overall survival(OS)and cancer-specific survival(CSS)were determined using the Kaplan-Meier method,with LVI and PNI prognosis differences determined by multivariate analysis using the Cox multiple hazards *** were compared using log-rank *** receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the prognostic predictive *** The median follow-up time was 63.17(45.33-81.37)months for DFS,with 33.64%(36/107)of patients experiencing recurrence;21.5%of tumors were found to be LVI positive and 44.9%PNI *** 5-year DFS rate was greater for patients with LVI-negative tumors compared with LVI-positive tumors(74.0%vs 35.6%),and PNI was similar(82.5%vs 45.1%).On multivariate analysis,LVI[hazard ratio(HR)=3.368,95%confidence interval(CI):1.628-6.966,P=0.001]and PNI(HR=3.055,95%CI:1.478-6.313,P=0.002)were independent prognostic factors for *** patients could be divided into three groups of patients with different prognosis according to LVI and *** 5-year ROC curve for LVI,PNI and their combination prediction of DFS was 0.646,0.709 and 0.759,*** results were seen for OS and *** LVI and PNI could serve as independent prognostic factors of outcomes in N1c CRC *** with LVI or PNI should be given more attention during treatment.

Single-atom catalyst has garnered widespread attention to mimic mature enzymes due to its well-defined atomic structure and coordination ***,since the carbon–carbon（C–C） coupling reactions require synergistic catalysis of multiple sites,single-atom catalysts suffer from insufficient active sites and unclear reaction *** the reaction intermediates in a precisely targeted pocket through careful metal–organic cage design is therefore ***,we prepare a tetrahedral [Cu6L4]-type boron–imidazolate cage integrating highly active Cu sites and optimized cavity,which exhibits enzyme like specific catalytic performance in electrochemical CO2reduction reaction（CO2RR） to enhance the selectivity of *** analyses and computational calculations suggest that the single Cu site together with neighboring boron–imidazolate ligands provides suitably synergistic effects that enable the energetically favorable formation of an*COCHO intermediate,a key step determining *** a result,the [Cu6L4]-type cage of BIC-145 achieves a Faradaic efficiency of 28% for C2H4maintaining an average current density of -3.54 m A cm-2over a 5-hour electrolysis *** work represents the first example for studying single-metal site catalysts with ultra-low coordination numbers through the rational design of metal–organic cages.

NLRP3 inflammasome activation is pivotal for cytokine secretion and pyroptosis in response to diverse stimuli,playing a crucial role in innate immunity. While extensively studied in mammals, the regulatory mechanisms governing NLRP3 activation in non-mammalian vertebrates remain largely unexplored. Teleosts, as basal vertebrates,represent an ideal model for exploring the evolutionary trajectory of inflammasome regulation. In this study, ABE assays, confocal microscopy, and biochemical analyses were applied to systematically characterize the mechanisms underlying NLRP3 inflammasome in teleosts,using large yellow croakers(Larimichthys crocea, Lc) and zebrafish(Danio rerio, Dr) as representative models. Our findingsrevealedapreviouslyunrecognized palmitoylation-dependent regulatory mechanism essential for teleost NLRP3 activation. Specifically, zDHHC18-mediated palmitoylation at a teleost-specific cysteine residue(C946 in Lc NLRP3, C1037 in Dr NLRP3) was required for the translocation of NLRP3 to the dispersed trans-Golgi network, facilitating its subsequent recruitment to the microtubule-organizing center. This membrane trafficking was crucial for inflammasome assembly and downstream inflammatory responses. These findings provide new insights into the distinct regulatory mechanisms of NLRP3 activation in teleosts, highlighting an evolutionary divergence that contributes to innate immunity adaptation in early vertebrates.

目的探讨床旁连续脑电监测相对α变异评分与超声测定视神经鞘直径（ONSD）变化对缺血缺氧性脑病患者脑功能的评价，并观察神经反馈训练对患者脑功能的影响。方法采用前瞻性观察性研究方法，选择2021年1月至2023年12月上海市浦东新区人民医院急诊与重症医学科收治的符合缺血缺氧性脑病诊断标准、入院时格拉斯哥昏迷评分（GCS）≤8分且接受神经反馈训练的患者作为研究对象（观察组），同时选择同期入院时GCS评分≤8分且未接受神经反馈训练的缺血缺氧性脑病患者作为对照（对照组）。给予两组患者静脉滴注神经节苷酸联合脑活素治疗，该治疗方式以连续用药10 d作为1个疗程；观察组患者在此基础上给予视觉反馈、听觉反馈、冥想放松等神经反馈训练，持续14 d。应用床旁连续脑电监测相对α变异评分，应用超声测定ONSD；分别于神经反馈训练前和训练14 d检测脑电图5个通道的平均功率和慢波功率〔以慢波比（DTR）表示〕；比较两组外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值（NLR）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分、血浆5-羟色胺（5-HT）及脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）水平。结果最终观察组共纳入60例患者，对照组共纳入50例患者；两组患者性别、年龄、病程等一般资料差异均无统计学意义。观察组患者ONSD及相对α变异评分均显著高于对照组〔ONDS（mm）：5.59±0.42比3.23±0.34，相对α变异评分（分）：2.28±0.39比0.83±0.28，均 P <0.01〕。经过14 d的神经反馈训练，观察组患者脑电图5个通道平均功率和DTR值均较治疗前显著降低〔平均功率（μV 2 /Hz）：左额区1（Fp1）为95.35±3.61比102.58±4.23，前额区3（F3）为38.56±4.73比46.13±2.36，中央区3（C3）为34.33±5.87比51.71±4.65，F7为58.37±4.45比62.95±3.22，颞区3（T3）为45.23±2.41比54.14±2.45；DTR（μV 2 /Hz）：接地电极（GND）为75.21±11.34比84.12±11.35，参考电极（REF）为72.31±21.67比88.23±10.25，F4为81.34±8.57比92.41±8.56，顶叶区3（P3）为71.25±5.42比87.23±5.64，P4为70.12±5.88比85.67±6.12；均 P <0.05〕；而对照组治疗前后5个通道平均功率差异无统计学意义。两组患者治疗前HAMD评分及NIHSS评分差异无统计学意义，治疗14 d上述评分均较治疗前显著下降，且观察组降低更为显著〔HAMD评分（分）：4.59±1.06比10.69±0.97，NIHSS评分（分）：6.81±0.66比8.45±0.87，均 P <0.01〕。两组患者治疗前血浆5-HT、BDNF及外周血NLR差异均无统计学意义，治疗14 d上述指标均较治疗前显著改善，且观察组优于对照组〔5-HT（mg/L）：150.25±17.37比123.34±16.18，BDNF（mg/L）：19.37±2.35比12.48±2.18，NLR：4.78±0.83比5.81±1.17，均 P <0.01〕。结论缺血缺氧性脑病患者超声测定ONDS及脑电图相对α变异评分均发生了显著变化；神经反馈训练能够有效改善缺血缺氧性脑病患者脑功能。

AIM:To investigate the underlying factors by establishing a new paradigm for assessing control ability under stereopsis testing ***:This was a prospective observational *** evaluated the control ability of intermittent exotropia(IXT)patients in three conditions:natural 2D optotype viewing,2D optotype viewing with polarized glasses,and 3D optotype viewing with polarized *** with a smartphone,we captured videos to analyze the accurate time of spontaneous exodeviation and subsequent realignment before and after breaking ***,the correlation of stereopsis were also ***:A total of 48 patients(age range:4-33y;54.17%male)participated in the *** viewing 3D optotypes with polarized glasses,their median control scores were 1(interquartile range,0-4)at distance and 0(0-1)at *** scores were significantly better than those observed under natural viewing conditions,which were 2.5(1-5)at a distance and 1(0-3)at near(Friedman test,P=0.049).Furthermore,those subjects who exhibited exophoria(realignment within 2 seconds)while viewing 3D optotypes with polarized glasses were more likely to have measurable stereo vision(Kendall’sτb=-0.344,P=0.018).CONCLUSION:IXT patients exhibit enhanced control ability when using polarized glasses to view 3D optotypes,notably improving realignment *** expands our understanding of current tests and offers a potentially sensitive method for assessing IXT severity.
