Transparent conductive oxide(TCO)films,known for their role as carrier transport layers in solar cells,can be adversely affected by hydrolysis products from *** this study,we explored the morphology,optical-electrical properties,and deterioration mechanisms of In2O3-based TCO films under acetic acid stress.A reduction in film thickness and carrier concentration due to acid-induced corrosion was observed.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry analyses revealed that TCOs doped with less-reactive metals exhibited enhanced corrosion *** efficiency of silicon heterojunction(SHJ)solar cells with tin-doped indium oxide,titanium-doped indium oxide,and zinc-doped indium oxide films decreased by 10%,26%,and 100%,respectively,after 200h of *** also found that tungsten-doped indium oxide could effectively safeguard SHJ solar cells against acetic acid corrosion,which offers a potential option for achieving long-term stability and lower levelized cost of solar cell *** research provides essential insights into selecting TCO films for solar cells and highlights the implications of ethylene-vinyl acetate hydrolysis for photovoltaic modules.

Developing cost-effective electrocatalysts with high activity and stability especially at high current density is of great significance for the large-scale commercial application of electrochemical water splitting to hydrogen production but still remains ***,we report an effective confinement pyrolysis strategy to fabricate embedded ruthenium-cobalt nanoclusters supported on N-doped porous two-dimensional carbon nanosheets(RuCo@CN).markedly,the embedded structure can effectively prevent the migration,agglomeration,and leaching of nanoparticles,thus endowing the RuCo@CN catalyst with high *** be exact,high stability with up to 650 h can be achieved at high current density(-500 and-1000 ma·cm^(-2)).Besides,the RuCo@CN catalysts also exhibit highly reactive with low overpotentials of only 11mV at-10 ma·cm^(-2).Density functional theory calculations reveal that the introduction of cobalt reduces the decomposition barrier of H_(2)O for RuCo@CN alloy,thus promoting hydrogen evolution reaction.

The Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor(GECAM)mission is designed to monitor the Gamma-Ray Bursts(GRBs)associated with gravitational waves and other high-energy transient *** mission consists of two microsatellites which are planned to operate at the opposite sides of the *** GECAM satellite could detect and localize GRBs in about 8 keV-5 MeV with its 25 Gamma-Ray Detectors(GRDs).In this work,we report the in-flight energy calibration of GRDs using the characteristic gamma-ray lines in the background spectra,and show their performance evolution during the commissioning ***,a preliminary cross-calibration of energy response with Fermi GBM data is also presented,validating the energy response of GRDs.

木质纤维素生物质是一种量大面广且廉价易得的可再生资源,已逐步实现由生物质向生物燃料、饲料原料和其他附加值产品的开发及应用,这样的高值转化与综合利用成为“走绿色发展道路、构建绿色生产体系”的重要部分。然而,木质纤维素的天然抗降解屏障及其独特的理化性质,纤维素-半纤维素-木质素三大组分的刚性网络一直是高效转化的瓶颈所在,合理有效的预处理技术则是资源化进程的关键步骤。本文落脚于木质纤维素生物质的基本组成和结构特性分析,在总结物理法、化学法、生物法等传统预处理方法优劣势的基础上,着重阐述了蒸汽爆破的发展历程、加工类型、适用范围、工作原理、反应阶段、技术特点、影响因素、主要参数和可能的副产物效应等,以及在生物质的纤维改性、结构变化、溶解特性、低聚糖制备、活性成分提取与反刍饲料化利用层面的研究进展。此外,还指出蒸汽爆破辅以真菌、细菌为主的微生物发酵,以及糖酶外源添加的后处理流程的发展趋势。最后,归纳了蒸汽爆破在未来商业化、工业化和规模化生产推广中可能面临的困难和挑战,分析提出相应的突破点和解决策略。并就蒸汽爆破技术对常见副产物类型饲料原料的降解效果,及其在单胃动物日粮中的合理应用进行展望,以期为该技术对生物质资源的开发、增值、饲料化应用的诸多潜能提供新思路和技术指导。

Background Pediatric antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis(AAV)is a life-threatening systemic vasculitis featured by liability to renal ***,there are few studies on the risk factors and predictive models for renal outcomes of AAV in *** Data from 179 AAV children in multiple centers between January 2012 and march 2020 were collected *** risk factors and predictive model of end-stage renal disease(ESRD)in AAV were *** Renal involvement was the most typical manifestation(95.5%),and the crescent was the predominant pathological lesion(84.9%).The estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was evaluated in 114 patients,of whom 59.6%developed ESRD,and the median time to ESRD was 3.20 *** eGFR[P=0.006,odds ratio(OR)=0.955,95%confidence interval(CI)=0.924–0.987]and the percentages of global glomerulosclerosis(pGGS;P=0.018,OR=1.060,95%CI=1.010–1.112)were independent risk factors for ESRD of renal *** on the pGGS and eGFR at renal biopsy,we developed three risk grades of ESRD and one predictive *** Kaplan‒Meier curve indicated that renal outcomes were significantly different in different risk grades(Pmanifestation of pediatric AAV in China,of which more than half deteriorates into *** predictive model based on eGFR at renal biopsy and the pGGS may be stable and accurate in speculating the risk of ESRD in AAV children.

为加快临床需求未满足领域的新药的开发和上市,欧洲药品管理局(Ema)于2016年推出了“优先药物计划(PRIME)”,并为获得该项资格的药物在不同开发阶段提供了一系列支持举措,包括任命Ema的专门人员辅助申请人、在重要开发阶段向申请人提供多次与监管部门交流的机会、协助申请人制定/调整药物开发计划和监管策略、促进药物研发与上市审评的衔接等,以加快优先药物上市申请的审批。截至2021年上半年,Ema共收到384份PRIME资格申请,其中有95份获得批准,涉及抗肿瘤药、血液系统用药和神经系统用药等19个治疗领域。建议我国相关部门可借鉴Ema的做法,在项目管理、沟通交流会议管理、审评资源利用及审评质量管理等方面加强建设,以完善我国突破性治疗药物制度。

CH_(4)广泛存在于行星大气之中,研究CH_(4)的解离动力学对了解宇宙中气体演化的过程具有重要的价值.目前,CH_(4)^(2+)→CH_(3)^(+)+H^(+)碎裂通道已被大量研究,但针对该通道的解离机制的解释尚存在一定争议.本实验利用高分辨反应显微成像谱仪,开展了25—44 eV的极紫外(extreme ultraviolet,XUV)光电离实验及1 MeV Ne^(8+)与CH_(4)的碰撞实验.通过符合测量得到了CH_(3)^(+)和H^(+)两种离子的动能,重构了两体解离的动能释放(kinetic energy release,KER),并研究了CH_(4)^(2+)解离产生CH_(3)^(+)+H^(+)解离路径下的碎裂动力学过程.在光电离实验中,观测到KER谱上存在4.75 eV和6.09 eV两个峰,结合前人的工作及XUV的能量范围,对每个峰的机制归属进行讨论.特别是4.75 eV峰,分析认为可能来自于CH_(4)^(2+)直接解离机制的贡献.另外,在1 MeV Ne^(8+)离子碰撞实验中,可观测到3个KER峰,将每个峰的分支比与以往的实验结果进行对比,未发现速度效应对KER谱的显著影响.

Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of foot baths with Tangbi Waixi Decoction(TW)in treating patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:It is a multicenter double-blinded randomized controlled *** with DPN were recruited between November 18,2016 and may 30,2018 from 8 hospitals in *** patients received basic treatments for glycemic *** received foot baths with TW herbal granules either 66.9 g(intervention group)or 6.69 g(control group)for 30 min once a day for 2 weeks and followed by a 2-week rest,as a therapeutic *** the Toronto Clinical Scoring System total score(TCSS-TS)6 points,the patients received a total of 3 therapeutic courses(for 12 weeks)and were followed up for 12 *** primary outcome was change in TCSS-TS score at 12 and 24 *** outcomes included changes in bilateral motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)of the median and common peroneal *** was also ***:Totally 632 patients were enrolled,and 317 and 315 were randomized to the intervention and control groups,*** the 12-week intervention,patients in both groups showed significant declines in TCSSTS scores,and significant increases in MNCV and SNCV of the median and common peroneal nerves compared with pre-treatment(P0.05),and no serious adverse event was related with ***:Treatment of TW foot baths was safe and significantly benefitted patients with DPN.A low dose of TW appeared to be more effective than a high dose.(Registry *** CTR-IOR-16009331)
