Convex clustering,turning clustering into a convex optimization problem,has drawn wide *** overcomes the shortcomings of traditional clustering methods such as K-means,Density-Based Spatial Clustring of Applications with Noise(DBSCAN)and hierarchical clustering that can easily fall into the local optimal ***,convex clustering is vulnerable to the occurrence of outlier features,as it uses the Frobenius norm to measure the distance between data points and their corresponding cluster centers and evaluate *** accurately identify outlier features,this paper decomposes data into a clustering structure component and a normalized component that captures outlier *** from existing convex clustering evaluating features with the exact measurement,the proposed model can overcome the vast difference in the magnitude of different features and the outlier features can be efficiently identified and *** solve the proposed model,we design an efficient algorithm and prove the global convergence of the *** on both synthetic datasets and UCI datasets demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the compared approaches in convex clustering.

Fabrication of easily recyclable photocatalyst with excellent photocatalytic activity for degradation of organic pollutants in wastewater is highly desirable for practical *** this study,a novel ternary magnetic photocatalyst BiVO_(4)/Fe_(3)O_(4)/reduced graphene oxide(BiVO_(4)/Fe_(3)O_(4)/rGO)was synthesized via a facile hydrothermal *** BiVO_(4)/Fe_(3)O_(4) with 0.5 wt%of rGO(BiVO_(4)/Fe_(3)O_(4)/0.5%rGO)exhibited superior activity,degrading greater than 99%Rhodamine B(RhB)after 120 min solar light *** surface morphology and chemical composition of BiVO_(4)/Fe_(3)O_(4)/rGO were studied by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,UV–visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and Raman *** free radicals scavenging experiments demonstrated that hole(h^(+))and superoxide radical(O_(2)•^(−))were the dominant species for RhB degradation over BiVO_(4)/Fe_(3)O_(4)/rGO under solar *** reusability of this composite catalyst was also investigated after five successive runs under an external magnetic *** BiVO_(4)/Fe_(3)O_(4)/rGO composite was easily separated,and the recycled catalyst retained high photocatalytic *** study demonstrates that catalyst BiVO_(4)/Fe_(3)O_(4)/rGO possessed high dye removal efficiency in water treatment with excellent recyclability from water after *** current study provides a possibility for more practical and sustainable photocatalytic process.

A novel method for the preparation of β- cyclodextrin grafted graphene oxide （GO-β-CD） has been developed. The GO-β-CD was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, 13C NMR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. The ability of GO-β-CD to remove fuchsin acid from solution was also studied. The GO-β-CD had an excellent adsorption capacity for fuchsin acid and could be recycled and reused. The adsorption capacities of GO-β-CD for other dye pollutants such as methyl orange and methylene blue were also investigated. The absorption capacities for the three dyes are in the order： fuchsin acid 〉 methylene blue 〉 methyl orange.

Drawing on the essence of Marxist consumer economy theory,this paper argues that the innovations of digital technology can effectively facilitate the integration of economies of scale,economies of scope,and long-tail *** careful analysis of the practical case of Xiaomi’s business ecosystem,this paper highlights the notion that data serve as both a key production factor and a critical consumption carrier within the context of digital *** thoroughly investigated the influence of the digital economy on transforming consumption behavior among residents by analyzing a range of typical business cases and the latest data that triggered this *** on the analysis,this paper argues that such transformation can lead to the platform agglomeration effect,the inclusive diffusion effect,and the push-pull effect by highlighting the specific ways in which the digital economy disrupts the consumption-production model and contributes to the upgrading and transformation of traditional ***,this paper demonstrates how the digital economy can expand and promote emerging business forms,providing insights into the ways in which digital innovation is reshaping the contemporary economic *** study intends to provide several policy suggestions that can expand domestic demand,promote consumption,drive the high-quality and integrated development of China’s digital and real economy,and position China as a strong cyber and consumer nation by using digitalized consumption as a starting point.

Recurrent oral ulcer is a painful oral mucosal disorder that affects 20%of the world’s *** lack of a radical cure due to its unknown underlying cause calls for innovative symptomatic *** work reports a hyaluronic acid-based dissolvablemicroneedle patch(ROUMNpatch,short for recurrent oral ulcer microneedle)loaded with dexamethasone acetate,vitamin C and tetracaine hydrochloride for the treatment of recurrent oral *** ROUMN patch shows enhancement in both the anti-inflammatory effect elicited by dexamethasone and the pro-proliferation effect of vitamin *** vitro experiments show that ROUMN has a higher efficiency in suppressing lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced interleukin-6(IL-6)expression than dexamethasone *** proliferation and migrationwere also significantly promoted byROUMNcompared to vitamin C *** healing-promoting effect of ROUMN was also verified in vivo using an acetic acid-cauterized oral ulcer model in *** as a treatment accelerated the healing process of oral ulcers,shortening the total healing time to 5 days compared with the 7 days required by treatment using watermelon frost,a commonly used over-the-counter(OTC)drug for oral *** rapid dissolution of the hyaluronic acid-based microneedles and the superior healing-promoting effect of the drug combination could lead to a broad application prospect of the ROUMN patch in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers.

Effects of Ultrasonic and Acid Pretreatment on Food Waste Disintegration and Volatile Fatty Acid Production

This study aims at investigating the effects of ultrasonic and acid pretreatment on food waste( FW)disintegration and volatile fatty acid( VFA) production. Single-factor experiments are carried out to obtain optimal conditions of individual ultrasonic and acid pretreatment,and response surface method( RSM) is applied to optimize the conditions of the combination of ultrasonic and acid( UA) pretreatment. Results show that the optimal acid,ultrasonic and UA pretreatments conditions are individual pH 2,individual ultrasonic energy density of 1. 0 W / mL and the combination of ultrasonic energy density1. 11 W / mL and pH 1. 43,respectively. Correspondingly,the maximum disintegration degrees( DD) of 46. 90%,57. 38% and68. 83%are obtained by acid,ultrasonic and UA pretreatments,respectively. After optimizing pretreatment conditions,batch experiments are operated to produce VFA from raw and pretreated FW under anaerobic fermentation process. Both the maximum VFA production( 976. 17 mg COD / gV S) and VFA / SCOD( 72. 89%) are obtained with ultrasonic pretreatment, followed by UA pretreatment, non-pretreatment and acid pretreatment,respectively. This observation demonstrates that a higher acidity on acid and UA pretreatments inhibits the generation of VFA. Results suggest that ultrasonic pretreatment is preferable to promote the disintegration degree of FW and VFA production.

Aging poses a major risk factor for cardiovascular diseases,the leading cause of death in the aged ***,the cell type-specific changes underlying cardiac aging are far from being ***,we performed single-nucleus RNA-sequencing analysis of left ventricles from young and aged cynomolgus monkeys to define cell composition changes and transcriptomic alterations across different cell types associated with *** found that aged cardiomyocytes underwent a dramatic loss in cell numbers and profound fluctuations in transcriptional *** transcription regulatory network analysis,we identified FOxP1,a core transcription factor in organ development,as a key downregulated factor in aged cardiomyocytes,concomitant with the dysregulation of FoxP1 target genes associated with heart function and cardiac ***,the deficiency of FOxP1 led to hypertrophic and senescent phenotypes in human embryonic stem cell-derived ***,our findings depict the celiular and molecular landscape of ventricular aging at the single-cell resolution,and identify drivers for primate cardiac aging and potential targets for intervention against cardiac aging and associated diseases.

Lithium metal batteries(LMBs)have been extensively investigated during the past decades because of their ultrahigh energy *** the increasing demand for energy density,however,the safety issue of LMBs has become a significant *** particular,localized areas of increased temperature(namely,hotspots)may be induced and even exacerbated within LMBs by uneven current distribution,internal short circuits,or inadequate heat dissipation,which significantly sacrifices battery safety and cycle ***,we report the rational design and fabrication of a fast thermal responsive separator capable of inhibiting the growth of lithium dendrites and mitigating thermal propagation,thereby reducing the risk of thermal *** as-achieved separator comprises both an electrospun membrane using a phase change material with superior thermal-storage ability and a thermally conductive modification layer of hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets with a fast heat-transfer *** is demonstrated that such a unique integration of heat conduction and heat storage enables the functional separator with attractive abilities to mitigate hotspots and inhibit the growth of lithium dendrites upon the cycling of ***,pouch cells with the thermal-responsive separator,as well as numerical simulations,verify much enhanced safety and cycle life of *** work may offer a new conceptual design of intelligent separators that acts as a functional unit encapsulated within a single cell to boost in-situ thermal management,which will help to develop high-safety and energy-dense LMBs.
