This paper studies the asymptotic behavior of the diffractive interaction of pulses with two linear phases of length ε ≤ 1 in 2 × 2 semilinear strictly hyperbolic system with constant coefficiients. By a formal analysis, it derives problems of profiles in the expansion of the pulse like solution with respect to the length s, and obtains that the leading profile satisfies a nonlinear Schrodinger type system. The problems of profiles are solved, and the formal expansion is justified. It is observed that there is interaction between two phases starting at the third order profiles.

Graphene sheet(GS) was successfully covered with a polypyrrole(PPy) thin layer through in situ chemical oxidative polymerization of pyrrole monomers in aqueous solution by using GS as a support material and ferric trichloride as an *** resulting nanocomposite was studied by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and electrical measurements,including cyclic voltammetry(CV),galvanostatic charge/discharge experiment (GCD),and impedance spectroscopy(EIS).It has been found that the nanocomposite exhibited a typically curved and layer-like structure,and conformational change of PPy chains occurred due to the n-n stacking interaction between the graphitic structures in GS and aromatic rings of the PPy *** attention was paid to the effect of electrolytes on electrochemical properties of the nanocomposites,as expected,electrochemical performance was dependent on the nature of the electrolyte,and the neutral electrolytes containing alkali metal ions were found to be very suitable for GS/PPy *** with the pure PPy,the nanocomposite possessed larger specific capacitance and lower internal impedance,indicating that the nanocomposite can be a promising candidate as electrode material for supercapacitors.

The green nanocomposites of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate)(PHBV) with various cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) contents were prepared by solution casting *** effects of CNCs on the crystallization behavior,spherulitic morphology,crystal structure and hydrophilic property of PHBV were studied by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),polarized optical microscope(POM),wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) and static water contact angle *** is found that the CNCs act as an effective nucleation agent for crystallization of PHBV,inducing an increase in the melt crystallization temperature of the nanocomposites.A study of the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics further illustrated that overall crystallization rate of PHBV in the nanocomposites was faster than that of neat PHBV,but exhibited a decrease in the crystallinity and the spherulite size of PHBV. Furthermore,the contact angle decreased from 60.1°for neat PHBV to 32.5°for the nanocomposites with 10%CNCs(mass fraction).

The well-dispersive yttrium-stabilized cubic zirconia nanoparticles were fabricated via vapor phase hydrolysis process,and the as-synthesized cubic zirconia nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),highresolution electron microscopy(HRTEM) and N 2 adsorption-desorption isotherm *** results of XRD indicated that the pure cubic zirconia nanocrystals were obtained with 8 mol% yttrium atoms *** SEM and TEM observation showed the yttrium-stabilized cubic zirconia nanoparticles(8 mol% yttrium) were dispersive well,with an average crystallite size of 5 *** zirconia coatings were fabricated via the layer by layer(LbL) assembly using poly(allylamine hydrochloride) as polyelectrolyte and cubic zirconia nanoparticles as building blocks in order to illustrate its good *** quartz substrate coated on both sides with 10 layers of yttrium-stabilized cubic zirconia nanoparticles exhibited transmittance as high as 92.3%,which was decreased only one percent compared with bare quartz ***,the stable super-hydrophilic wetting property of the coating was obtained after a critical number of layers(10 layers) deposited onto the surface of quartz substrate,due to its porous structures.

Acrylic-polyurethane(PUA) hybrid aqueous emulsion with core-shell structure was prepared via semibatch emulsion copolymerization of the acrylate monomers(AC) in the presence of a commercial polyurethane dispersion as *** core-shell structure of the emulsion was observed by *** particle size and distribution of the emulsion was found to vary drastically with the core-shell *** thermal response properties of emulsion films were measured by DSC,and the results indicated the good compatibility between PA and PU moieties in PUA *** chemical structures of emulsion films were studied by FTIR,and the surface properties were tested by contact angle *** results supported the idea that the surface of the cast films was rich in polyurethane *** water resistance of the cast films became better by increasing the AC *** rheological properties of the latex and its utilization as a binder for aqueous pigment inks of digital inkjet printing were thoroughly investigated,indicating that the prepared hybrid emulsion could be used safely for aqueous pigment inks of digital ink jet printing.
