ｐ型硅片上制作的多孔硅在含有强氧化剂的酸液中处于正向偏压时，可先后产生两种不同的电致发光光谱．一种是红光发射，所需的工作电压极小．随着通电时间增加，红光峰位发生蓝移．这种发光可能与量子尺寸效应有关．另一种是红光猝灭之后出现的白光发射，所需的工作电压很高．由于在酸液中红光猝灭之后，多孔层中形成了一连续的ＳｉＯ２薄层，因此在高电场作用下，热电子注入该薄氧化层。

＜正＞In this paper,we describe a novel chemical gas sensor arrays based on polymer-carbon black *** four different polymers which are poly（4-vinyl phenol）, poly（ethylene oxide）,polycapraclactone（PCL）and polyethylene-co-vinylacetate（PEVA）are employed as the sensing materials which are immobilized on the array of the interdigitated microelectrode *** resistance changes of sensors to four organic gases （acetone,ethanol,toluene and methanol）at 500ppm concentration have been *** principle component analysis of responses of micro-sensors,it is clear that four kinds of the same concentration different gases can be easily *** some gases such as ethanol and acetone are detected using the sensing membrane of poly（4-vinyl phenol）and poly（ethylene oxide）,the relationship between the resistance changes and gas concentration in the range from 300ppm to 1500ppm can be approximated to a straight line.

The existence and limit behaviour of the solution for a kind of nonlocal nonlinear boundaryvalue condition on a part of the boundary is studied for the heat equation, which physicallymeans that the potential is the function of the total flux. When this part of boundary shrinksto a point in a certain wayt this condition either results in a Dirac measure or simply disappearsin the corresponding problem.

Under high pressure, the long believed single-phase material CaB6 was latterly discovered to have a new phase tI56. Based on the density-functional theory, the pressure effects on the structural and elastic properties of CaB6 are obtained. The calculated bulk, shear, and Young’s moduli of the recently synthesized high pressure phase tI56-CaB6 are larger than those of the low pressure phase. Moreover, the high pressure phase of CaB6 has ductile behaviors, and its ductility increases with the increase of pressure. On the contrary, the calculated results indicate that the low pressure phase of CaB6 is brittle. The calculated Debye temperature indicates that the thermal conductivity of CaB6 is not very good. Furthermore, based on the Christoffel equation, the slowness surface of the acoustic waves is obtained.

Let M1, M2 be submodules of analytic Hilbert module X on ?(? Cn) such that M1 ? M2 and dimM1/M2 = k < '. If M2 is an AF-cosubmodule, then the codimension dimM1/M2 of M2 in M1 equals the cardinality of zeros of M2 related to MI by counting multiplicities. The codimension formula has some interesting applications. In particular, the author calculates out the dimension of Rudin quotient module, which is raised in [14].

Transient dynamic behavior of the excited bacteriorhodopsin (BR), which was isolated from the strain H. salinarum, was studied at excitation wavelength from 585 to 639 nm.
