In this paper, the problem of identifying nonlinear systems with unknown-but-bounded （UBB） noise is investigated. The fuzzy inference theory and support vector regression （SVR） learning mechanism are used to construct a T-S model for the nonlinear system based on input and output data with UBB measurement noise. After the structure of a T-S model is determined using SVR, all the feasible parameters in its consequent part are found by the optimal bounding ellipsoid （OBE） algorithm and then a class of feasible nonlinear models are found which are consistent with the given noise bound series and input-output data set. The simulation results illustrate that the proposed method is effective.

＜正＞Multi-document extractive summarization relies on the concept of sentence centrality to identify the most important sentences in a document. Although some research has introduced the graph-based ranking algorithms such as PageRank and HITS into the text summarization, we propose a new approach under the Hub-Authority framework: in this paper. Our approach combines the text content with some cues such as "cue phrase", "sentence length" and "first sentence" and explores the sub-topics in the multi-documents by bringing the features of these sub-topics into graph-based sentence ranking algorithms. We provide an evaluation of our method on DUC 2004 data. The results show that our approach is an effective graph-ranking schema in multi-document generic text summarization.

A new reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scatteering detection (RP-HPLC-ELSD) method has been developed for the direct determination of underivatized GABA in black rice. GABA separation was achieved on a VP-ODS C column. Under the condition of gradient elution, GABA was separated within 30rain. The drift tube temperature of ELSD was set at 105℃, and with the gas flow rate of 2.4L/min. The Calibration curve showed good linear regression(r=0.9997) within test ranges. The recovery was 97.8%, The limit of detection(LOD) for GABA was 11.2μg/ml at a signal to noise ratio(S/N) of 3. The validated method was successfully applied to qualify GABA from black rice, which provides a new basis of overall assessment on quality of black rice.

The acquisition of AltBOC modulation signal is more complicated than that of traditional signals for the multi sharpness of the correlation peak and the specific design of PN codes. Acquisition of PN codes based on PMF-FFT could turn the two-dimensional search of code phase and Doppler offset into one-dimensional search, thus lessen the acquisition time. This paper discussed the application of PMF-FFT on acquisition of AltBOC modulation signal, decreased sample points needed for acquisition by demodulating with "BPSK-like" method, analyzed the factors which would affect acquisition performance like coherent loss, PMF length, non-coherent integration times, etc. Finally given the simulation result and melioration measures.
