A design of high-performance low-cost BD2 B1 + GPS L1 dual system module dedicated for applications of navigation is proposed. The module is based on the multi-system multi-frequency high performance SOC chip-"Nebulas TM" which designed by Unicore Communications, Inc. The module takes advantage of the powerful and flexible structure of Nebulas TM, improving the user experienc- es significantly by enhancing the combined performance of Beidou and GPS as well as improving the performances of individual system. The comprehensive simulator tests as well as real world signal tests show that the key performances including sensitivities, positioning accuracy, TTFF, timing accuracy, positioning in complex environments, stability etc are superior in comparing with the industry leading products.

重作判决作为撤销判决的附属判决,实践中面临多重挑战,如循环诉讼、程序空转,实质化解争议效果不佳。原因主要在于重作判决的法理基础存疑,与其他判决方式的场域界分不明,禁止反复条款也难以得到有效执行。对此,应明确重作判决是一种与行政诉讼客观法秩序维护功能相兼容、与撤销判决效力制度殊途同归、具有独立适用空间的判决方式,其与变更判决是一般与特殊的关系,宜采用“具有实体内容标准”界分其与履行判决的适用场域,同时根据依职权行政行为与依申请行政行为划分不同的适用条件。法院应以实质化解行政争议为目的,尽可能作出实体性和指引性重作判决,提升重作判决的执行效果。

Two new genera and two new species of family Taeniopterygidae, Mengitaenioptera multiramis gen. et sp. nov. and Noviramonemoura trinervis gen. et sp. nov. are described. These fossils were collected from Daohugou Village (the Middle Jurassic), Inner Mongolia, China. Hitherto, these fossil species from Daohugou are the oldest taeniopterygids. Both simple and complex venations simultaneously occurred in this group, which reveals that the early diversification of taeniopterids was well underway by the Middle Jurassic. Therefore, we prefer to adopt the Comstock’s opinion that the venation of taeniopterids was derived from the simple venation of the older group (such as Palaeonemouridae) at much ancient geological time ago. Some of the descendants carried this simple venation; others evolved into complex venation with many additional crossveins and branches.

Cu films of30nm and 15 nm thick were deposited on MgO(001) substrates at 185℃ by dc plasma-sputtering at 1.9kv and 8 mA in pure Ar gas. A dc bias voltage Vs, of 0 V or -80 V was applied to the substrate during deposition. Structural and electrical proper-ties have been investigated by cross-sectional transmission electron microscopy (XTEM), high resolution XTEM (XHRTEM) and by measuring temperature coefficient of electrical resistance (TCR;η) in the temperature interval of-135℃ to 0 ℃. The Cu film is pol- ycrystalline at Vs= 0 V while it epitaxially grows with Cu(00 )|| MgO(00 1) and Cu[0 10] || MgO[010] at Vs,=-80 V. However, the latter has a very rough surface. The change of η with film thickness and Vs is interpreted in terms of the structure change. Misfit dislocations and lattice expansion are induced along the MgO surface to relax the strain energy due to the lattice mismatch between Cu and MgO.

The theoretical framework of visual simulation in virtual reality is discussed. The new concept of visual image space is supposed. On the basis of visual image space, in visual perceptive sense, VR is considered as a spatial simulation. The objective of the spatial simulation is to transform physical space to visual image space. Last, the prototype system, surveying & mapping virtual Reality (SMVR), is developed, and the space simulation above is realized. By use of SMVR, the real 3D representation, 3D visual analysis, virtual plan and designs can be implemented.
