In the Qiongdongnan Basin, faults are well *** on the drilling results, the traps controlled two or more faults are oil-rich. However, when only one fault cut through the sand body, there is no sign for hy-drocarbon accumulation in the sandstone. In terms of this phenomenon, the principle of reservoir-forming controlled by fault terrace is proposed, i.e., when the single fault activates, because of the incompressibility of pore water, the resistance of pore and the direction of buoyancy, it is impossible for hydrocarbon to ac-cumulate in sandstone. But when there are two or more faults, one of the faults acts as the spillway so the hydrocarbon could fill in the pore of sandstone through other faults. In total five gas bearing structures and four failure traps are considered, as examples to demonstrate our findings. According to this theory, it is well-advised that south steep slope zone of Baodao-Changchang Depression, south gentle slope zone of Lingshui Depression, north steep slope zone of Lingshui Depression, and north steep slope zone of Baodao Depression are the most favorable step-fault zones, which are the main exploration direction in next stage.

Seeds play a central role in the life cycle of plants. Seed hardness in pomegranates is of economic relevance, yet scarcely studied and poorly understood in China. In this study, we compared the proteomic differences between Zhongnonghong（soft-seeded） and Sanbai（hard-seeded） pomegranates. A total of 892 protein spots from both varieties were detected on two-dimensional electrophoresis gels（2-DE）; 76 spots showed greater than a 1.5-fold or less than a 0.66-fold difference（P〈0.05） in Zhongnonghong compared to Sanbai, of which 24 exhibited greater than a 2-fold change. Compared with Sanbai, Zhongnonghong possessed 14 up-regulated, and 10 down-regulated proteins. We identified and annotated 5 of these by using MALDI-TOF-TOF MS： pyruvate dehydrogenase（PDH） E1-β family protein（spot 4 609）; alanine aminotransferase 2-like（ALT2L）; mitochondrial glycine decarboxylase complex P-protein（spot 5 803）; phosphofructokinase B（Pfk B）-type family of carbohydrate kinase（spot 8 411）; and putative dna K-type molecular chaperone heat shock cognate protein 70（Hsc70）（spot 9 006）. Of these, 3 proteins（spots 4 609, 5 608, 5 803） were hypothesized to play a role in the formation of seed hardness. The other two proteins（spots 8 411, 9 006） were theorized to play a role in protecting the seeds from adverse stress during periods of fruit maturation. This study sets the foundation for further research on molecular mechanisms related to pomegranate seed hardness.

Layout effects and optimization of runoff storage and filtration facilities based on SWMM simulation in a demonstration area

The layout effects and optimization of runoff storage and filtration facilities are crucial to the efficiency and management of the cost of runoff control, but related research is still lacking. In this study, scenarios with different layouts were simulated using the storm water management model(SWMM), to investigate the layout effects on control efficiency with different precipitations. In a rainfall event with 50 mm of precipitation in two hours, 1820 scenarios with different layouts of four facilities constructed in 16 sub-catchments were simulated, the reduction rates of internal flow presented a standard deviation of 10.9%, and the difference between the maximum and minimum reduction rates reached59.7%. Based on weighting analysis, an integrated ranking index was obtained and used to determine the optimal layout scenarios considering different rainfall events. In the optimal scenario(storage and filtration facilities constructed in sub-catchments 14, 12, 7, and 2), the reduction rates of the total outflow reached 31.4%, 26.4%, and 14.7%, respectively, with 30, 50, and 80 mm of precipitation. The reduction rate of the internal outflow reached 95% with 50 mm of precipitation and approximately 56% with 80 mm of precipitation.

It has been confirmed that the key source rocks of Qiongdongnan Basin are associated with the Yacheng Formation, which was deposited in a transitional marine-continental environment. Because the distribution and evolution patterns of the source rocks in the major depressions are different, it is important to determine the most abundant hydrocarbon-generation depressions in terms of exploration effectiveness. Based on an analysis of organic matter characteristics of the source rocks, in combination with drilling data and seismic data, this paper establishes a model to evaluate the hydrocarbon-generation depressions in the deepwater area of Qiongdongnan Basin. First of all, by using the method of seismic-facies model analysis, the distribution of sedimentary facies was determined. Then, the sedimentary facies were correlated with the organic facies, and the distribution of organic facies was predicted. Meanwhile, the thickness of source rocks for all the depressions was calculated on the basis of a quantitative analysis of seismic velocity and lithology. The relationship between mudstone porosity and vitrinite reflectance（Ro） was used to predict the maturity of source rocks. Second, using the parameters such as thickness and maturity of source rocks, the quantity and intensity of gas generation for Yacheng and Lingshui Formations were calculated. Finally, in combination with the identified hydrocarbon resources, the quantity and intensity of gas generation were used as a guide to establish an evaluation standard for hydrocarbon-generation depressions, which was optimized for the main depressions in the Central Depression Belt. It is proposed that Lingshui, Ledong, Baodao and Changchang Depressions are the most abundant hydrocarbon depressions, whilst Songnan and Beijiao Depressions are rich hydrocarbon depressions. Such an evaluation procedure is beneficial to the next stage of exploration in the deep-water area of Qiongdongnan Basin.

An important factor to evaluate reservoir quality is the pore-throat ***,the strong heterogeneity makes it difficult to characterize the pore-throat distribution in tight *** field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM),high pressure mercury injection and rate-controlled mercury injection are used to investigate the pore-throat size distribution in tight sandstone reservoirs of Member 7 of the Yanchang Formation in eastern Gansu,Ordos Basin,and studies of the pore throat size controlling on physical property of the tight sandstone reservoirs are also carried *** result shows that the pore type is mainly dominated by the residual intergranular pore,dissolution pore,micropore and a few micro-fractures;the high-pressure mercury injection experiment indicates that the pore-throat size ranges from 0.0148 μm to 40mm,the pore throat more than 1 mm is less;the ratecontrolled mercury injection experiment reveals that for samples with different physical properties,the pore radius mainly varies from 80 μm to 350 μm;the throat radius exhibits the strong heterogeneity,and is from 0.12 μm to 30μm;the pore-throat size can be effectively characterized by combination of high-pressure and rate-controlled mercury injections,and it varies from 0.0148 μm to 350 μ*** permeability is mainly controlled by the large pore throat(>R_(50))which accounts for a small proportion;in the tight sandstone with the permeability greater than 0.1 mD,the permeability is mainly controlled by the micropore and mesopore;in the tight sandstone with the permeability smaller than 0.1 mD,the permeability is mainly controlled by the nanopore and micropore;the proportion of small pore throat increases with reduction of permeability,it is important that the small pore throat influences the reservoir storage property though its effect on permeability are small.

Pathogenicity of an FAdV-4 isolate to chickens and its genomic analysis

Fowl adenovirus serotype 4(FAdV-4)strain SD1511 was isolated from chickens with severe inclusion body hepatitis and hydropericardium syndrome in Shandong Province,*** isolate was cultured in primary chicken embryo kidney cells.A study of pathogenicity indicated that SD1511 readily infected 7–35-d-old chickens by intramuscular injection and intranasal and oral routes,causing 50%–100%*** 35-d-old chickens suffered more severe infection than 7-and 21-d-old chickens with mortality highest in the intramuscular injection *** serum from surviving chickens showed potent viral neutralizing *** complete genome of SD1511 was sequenced and *** strain was found to belong to the FAdV-4 cluster with more than 99%identity with the virulent FAdV-4 strains isolated in China in recent years except for some distinct variations,including deletions of open reading frame 27(ORF27),ORF48,and part of *** findings suggest that SD1511 might be used as a prototype strain for the study of pathogenesis and vaccine development.

Fusarium pseudograminearum is a destructive fungal pathogen that threatens the production and quality of wheat and barley *** this toxin-producing pathogen is a significant *** *** secondary metabolites with various structures and biological activities that provide possible management strategies for plant ***,we evaluated the antifungal activity of roflamycoin,a secondary metabolite of Streptomyces alfalfa XN-04,against *** this study,roflamycoin showed strong activity against ***,and its 50%effective concentration was determined to be 2.60 μg/***,the conidial germination and conidiation of *** were completely inhibited when 1.0 and 2.0 μg/mL of roflamycoin were applied,*** using scanning and transmission electron microscopy revealed that roflamycoin caused morphological changes in the plasma membranes and cell walls of *** hyphae and *** microscopy(combined with different dyes showed that roflamycoin induced the accumulation of reactive oxygen species,altered mitochondrial membrane potential,and caused cell death in *** *** analysis demonstrated that roflamycoin destroyed the membrane of hyphae,resulting in exosmosis of cell contents and inhibited the biosynthesis of *** control experiments demonstrated that roflamycoin exerted good control of *** on wheat seedlings and wheat *** together,these findings reveal the mechanisms of the antifungal action of roflamycoin.

为满足空间探测对大孔径空间衍射望远镜的需求,提出了一种空间薄膜衍射望远镜主镜展开的结构形式。首先分析了大孔径空间衍射望远镜成像的特点,提出大孔径空间薄膜衍射望远镜主镜展开对结构设计的要求。然后根据这些设计要求设计了一种新型的展开结构形式,使用三维建模软件Solid Works对提出的模型进行三维建模。最后使用Adams对展开结构模型进行仿真分析。对虚拟样机进行初步仿真结果表明,该展开结构在旋转驱动的驱动下各部件可以按照设计的运动形式展开,且运动平稳、可靠。所提出的主镜折叠展开结构为大孔径空间衍射望远镜主镜展开结构设计提供了一种新的思路。

建立包含框架热致耦合变形的导引头伺服机构摩擦力矩分析模型,重点研究环境温度变化对角接触轴承几何参数及摩擦力矩的影响。以反射镜式导引头为例进行摩擦力矩分析,结果表明:随着温度的降低,润滑脂黏度的上升是导致伺服机构在低温时摩擦力矩剧烈上升的主要原因,框架耦合变形占比较小。搭建基于电测法的摩擦力矩测试系统,用快速温变实验箱模拟环境温度,测量伺服机构摩擦力矩并与理论计算结果进行对比分析,实验证明摩擦力矩实验结果与理论模型计算结果一致。
