The transformation and implementation of clinical practice guidelines for integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine(WM)is crucial to the adoption of medical science and technological findings and is an important way for TCM to be made available to the ***,clinical practice guidelines(CPGs)of TCM and WM integration in recent years was analyzed to clarify the current situation and problems in the existing guidelines according to the following four perspectives:(1)perspective of TCM and WM integration in guidelines,(2)diagnosis Using integrated TCM and WM,(3)integration of TCM and WM treatment,(4)promoting TCM and WM ***,the information and quality evaluation of CPGs for integrated Chinese and Western medicine in 2020–2022 were analyzed to explore the degree and methods of integration of Chinese and Western medicine *** last this study aimed to lay a foundation for the further establishment of Chinese characteristic,repeatable,and calculable clinical practice guidelines of TCM and WM integration.

中医药学科建设是推动中医药事业发展的基础与支撑。科学研究促进中医药学术进步是学科发展的制高点。为引领与促进中医药学科发展与学术进步,中华中医药学会梳理、总结发布了《2020—2022年度中医药十大学术进展》《2019—2023年度中医药重大科学问题、工程技术难题和产业技术问题》以及《新时代中医药标志性科技成果(2012—2022)》。该文基于以上研究报告以及近20年中医药领域国家科技奖励情况等科技成果,针对中医药学科建设现状与布局特点,回顾近20年中医药学科重大科技成果,系统梳理了中医药学科科学研究最新进展(2020—2023年),遵循中医药发展规律和特点,分析当前中医药学科重大科学问题、工程技术难题和产业技术问题,展望中医药学科学术发展趋势,为新时代中医药事业与产业高质量发展提供思路与参考。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion(ZMTM)on psoriasis ***:A multicenter,randomized,parallel controlled clinical trial was designed.A total of 241 outpatients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into a control group(120 cases)and a treatment group(121 cases)using a central block randomization from June 2015 to May *** control group was treated with Western medicines alone including pidotimod dispersible tablets,vitamin B compound tablets,and compound cod liver oil-zinc oxide *** treatment group was treated with ZMTM every 2 days combined with Western *** two groups received continuous intervention for 30 *** primary outcome was Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI),and the secondary outcomes included Itch Rating Scale,Dermatology Quality of Life Index(DLQI),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),as well as PASI response ***,adverse events were evaluated during the whole clinical ***-up was carried out 30 days after ***:There were 5 cases of shedding in this *** intention-to-treat analysis,236 cases were included and each group contained 118 *** the 30th and 60th days,PASI scores of patients in each group were significantly lower than that at baseline(P<0.01)and the PASI score reduction of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.01).Itch Rating Scale,DLQI,and HAMA scale were decreased in both groups after treatment,and the treatment group showed a better therapeutic effect(P<0.01).The response rates of PASI 50 and 75 were significantly higher than those in the control group[81.4%(96/118),43.2%(51/118)vs.41.5%(49/118),11.0%(13/118),respectively,P<0.05].During follow-up,the improvements in scores of PASI,Itch Rating Scale,DLQI,and HAMA of the treatment group were significantly greater than those of the control group(P<0.01).The response rates of PASI 50 and 75 in the treatment group were signif

We report on using synthetic silicon for a high-precision X-ray polarimeter comprising a polarizer and an analyzer,each based on a monolithic channel-cut crystal used at multiple Brewster reflections with a Bragg angle very close to 45°.Experiments were performed at the BL09B bending magnet beamline of the shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility using a Si(800)crystal at an X-ray energy of 12.914 keV.A polarization purity of 8.4×10^(-9)was *** result is encouraging,as the measured polarization purity is the best-reported value for the bending magnet ***,this is the firstly systematic study on the hard X-ray polarimeter in China,which is crucial for exploring new physics,such as verifying vacuum birefringence.

The scenario simulation analysis of water environmental emergencies is very important for risk prevention and control,and emergency *** quickly and accurately simulate the transport and diffusion process of high-intensity pollutants during sudden environmental water pollution events,in this study,a high-precision pollution transport and diffusion model for unstructured grids based on Compute Unified Device Architecture(CUDA)is *** finite volume method of a total variation diminishing limiter with the Kong proposed r-factor is used to reduce numerical diffusion and oscillation errors in the simulation of pollutants under sharp concentration conditions,and graphics processing unit acceleration technology is used to improve computational *** advection diffusion process of the model is verified numerically using two benchmark cases,and the efficiency of the model is evaluated using an engineering *** results demonstrate that the model perform well in the simulation of material transport in the presence of sharp ***,it has high computational *** acceleration ratio is 46 times the single-thread acceleration effect of the original *** efficiency of the accelerated model meet the requirements of an engineering application,and the rapid early warning and assessment of water pollution accidents is achieved.

SimHOEPI:A resampling simulator for generating single nucleotide polymorphism data with a high-order epistasis model

Epistasis is a ubiquitous phenomenon in genetics,and is considered to be one of main factors in current efforts to unveil missing heritability of complex *** data is crucial for evaluating epistasis detection tools in genome-wide association studies(GWAS).Existing simulators normally suffer from two limitations:absence of support for high-order epistasis models containing multiple single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs),and inability to generate simulation SNP data *** this study,we proposed a simulator SimHOEPI,which is capable of calculating penetrance tables of high-order epistasis models depending on either prevalence or heritability,and uses a resampling strategy to generate simulation data *** of SimHOEPI are the preservation of realistic minor allele frequencies in sampling data,the accurate calculation and embedding of high-order epistasis models,and acceptable simulation time.A series of experiments were carried out to verify these properties from different *** results show that SimHOEPI can generate simulation SNP data independently with high-order epistasis models,implying that it might be an alternative simulator for GWAS.

Objective: To provide evidence-based recommendations for clinical application and provoke thoughts for future researchers by conducting a comprehensive summary and evaluation of the current evidence profile for the role of Chinese medicine(CM) in treating myocardial infarction(MI). Methods: Online databases including Pub Med, EMBase, Cochrane Library, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Chinese Biomedical Medicine(CBM), VIP Journal Integration Platform, and Wanfang database were systematically searched for literatures on CM in treating MI. After screening, studies were categorized into 5 types, i.e. systematic review(SR), randomized controlled trial(RCT), observational study, case report and basic research. General information was abstracted, and the quality levels of these studies and their conclusions were summarized and assessed. Results: A total of 452 studies including 10 SRs, 123 RCTs, 47 observational studies, 28 case reports, and 244 basic researches were selected. Clinical studies centered primarily on herbal decoction and mostly were not rigorously performed. High-quality studies were predominantly on Chinese patent medicines(CPMs) such as Danshen Injection(丹参注射液), Shenmai Injection(参麦注射液), Shengmai Injection(生脉注射液) and Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills(芪参益气滴丸). The most frequently observed pattern of drug combination was decoction plus injection. Results of SRs and clinical studies showed that CM may reduce mortality, decrease risk of complication, reduce myocardial injury, improve cardiac function and inhibit ventricular remodeling. Findings from basic researches also supported the positive role of CM in reducing infarct size and myocardial injury, promoting angiogenesis, preventing ventricular remodeling and improving cardiac function. According to the current evidence body, CM has proven effects in the prevention and treatment of MI. It is also found that the effects of CPMs vary with indications. To the Editor： In former times, traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） individualized its treatment protocol or clinicalpractice without considering the principles of modem medicine. The standard methodology of random selection, blinding and placebo control, followed by statistical analysis was generally overlooked. This had a negative effect on the development of TCM. Recently, the volume of applied research in Chinese medicine is growing rapidly and the quality is improving.^1 There is good evidence supporting the use of some Chinese patent medicine treatments.^2-4 Further, there is a more open attitude to Chinese medicine among conventional health professionals, partly explained by the rise of evidence-based medicine （EBM）.

Application of a concrete thermal pile in cooling the warming permafrost under climate change

Permafrost degradation caused by climate warming is posing a serious threat to the stability of cast-in-place pile foundations in warm permafrost *** cold energy can be effectively utilized by two-phase closed thermosyphons(TPCTs)to cool the ***,we installed TPCTs in a cast-in-place pile foundation to create a unique structure called a thermal pile,which effectively utilizes the TPCTs to regulate ground *** we conducted a case study and numerical simulation to exhibit the cooling performance,and optimize the structure of the thermal *** purpose of this study is to promote the application of thermal piles in unstable permafrost *** on the findings,the thermal pile operated for approximately 53%of the entire year and effectively reduced the deep ground temperature at a rate of at least-0.1℃per ***,it successfully raised the permafrost table that is 0.35 m shallower than the natural ground *** characteristics prove highly beneficial in mitigating the adverse effects of permafrost degradation and enhancing infrastructure *** the length of the condenser section and the diameter of the TPCT in a suitable manner can effectively enhance the cooling capability of the thermal pile and ensure the long-term mechanical stability of the pile foundation even under climate warming.
