We report the world-leading performance of a 1.3 GHz cryomodule equipped with eight 9-cell superconducting radio-frequency cavities that underwent a medium-temperature furnace baking *** continuous wave horizontal testing,these cavities achieved unprecedented average intrinsic quality factors of 4.0×10^(10)at 20 MV/m and 3.2×10^(10)at 29 MV/m,with no instances of field *** cryomodule demonstrates near-complete preservation of ultra-high quality factors and ultra-high accelerating gradients from vertical to horizontal testing,marking a significant milestone in continuous-wave superconducting radio-frequency accelerator *** letter presents the cryomodule development experience,includ-ing cavity preparation,cryomodule assembly,degaussing,fast cooldown,and performance testing.

为了保障中药生态农业稳定前行,增强公众对中药生态农业的认识,从而更好地服务国家战略和产业需求,该文从政策保障、理论支撑、技术创新、标准体系和品牌影响5个方面,详细阐述了中医药政策背景和产业发展的现状。同时,分析了中药农业在提质增产与生态环境保护方面所面临的挑战,并针对当前产业发展需求,提出了符合当前产业发展需求的中药生态农业发展目标:“降肥降药降排放,提质增效保生态”,即降化肥、降农药、降排放,提质量、增效益、保生态,并通过案例分析对中药生态农业发展目标进行诠释。最后提出中药生态农业的发展策略,包括开展全国中药材产区格局及时空变异研究;从遗传变异和环境适应变异角度研究药用植物生长内外部生态记忆,阐明其对品质形成的贡献;开展中药材生态种植抗逆品种选育、土壤改良与修复、病虫草害绿色防控关键技术优化及品质提升;开展中药材生态产品品质保障及价值实现研究。以期为中药生态农业的政策制定、学科理论发展及产业技术提升等方面提供指导。

The objective of this study was to investigate pig fed by Bacillus coagulans-fermented distillers＇ dried grains with solubles （DDGS） on the faecal microbial composition and diversity using 454 pyrosequencing. Healthy crossbred （Durocx Yorkshirex Landrace） growing and fattening pigs （n=48）, with an average initial body weight of 65 kg, were divided into two groups （24 replicates per group; four pens per group; six pigs per pen）, and given either DDGS feed as the control, or B. coagulans-fermented DDGS feed as the treatment. Faecal samples were collected on day 0, 7, 14, 21, and 28. Dna was extracted, and the V3-V6 region of the 16S rRna gene was amplified. The fermented DDGS feed affected the relative abundance of bacteria populations at the phylum, genus, and species levels. At the genus level, the consumption of fermented DDGS feed led to higher relative abundances of faecal Prevotella, Lactobacillus, Clostridium, Bifidobacterium, Roseburia, and Bacillus, and lower relative abundances of faecal Escherichia, Ruminococcus, Dialister, unclassified Lachnospiraceae, unclassified Ruminococcaceae, and unclassified Enterobacteriaceae than in the control. At the species level, the consumption of fermented DDGS feed led to higher relative abundances of faecal Prevotella sp., Lactobacillus johnsonii, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus mucosae, Lactobacillus reuteri, Clostridium butyricum, Bifidobacterium sp., and Roseburia sp., and lower relative abundances of faecal Prevotella copri, Escherichia coil, Ruminococcus gnavus, Ruminococcus flavefaciens, and Dialister sp. than in the control. Principal coordinates analysis indicated a distinct separation in the faecal microbial communities of pigs that were fed the fermented and unfermented DDGS feed. Fermented DDGS feed significantly increased the average daily gain （ADG） of pigs, and significantly decreased the average daily feed intake （ADFI） of feed and feed/gain （F/G）. The hot deformation behavior of GCr15SiMn steel was studied through high temperature compression tests on the Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulator. The initiation and evolution of dynamic recrystallization （DRX） were investigated with microstructural analysis and then the process variables were derived from flow curves. In the present deformation conditions, the curves of strain hardening exponent （n） and the true strain （e） at the deformation temperature of 1423 K and strain rates of 0.1, 1 and 10 s^-1 exhibit single peak and single valley. According to Zener-Hollomon and Ludwik equation, the experimental data have been regressed by using linear method. An expression of Z parameter and hot deformation equation of the tested steel were established. Moreover, the Q values of GCrlSSiMn and GCr15 steels were compared. In order to determine the recrystallization fraction under different con ditions, the volume fraction of DRX as a function of process variables, such as strain rate （ε）, temperature （T）, and strain （ε）, was established. Itwas found that the calculated results agreed with the mierostructure of the steel at any deformation conditions.

AIM: To investigate the anti-obesity and antibacterial effects of Ligustrum robustum(L. robustum) in vivoand in vitro and its possible mechanisms. METHODS: The effects of L. robustum aqueous extract(LR) on various gut bacteria in vitro were evaluated. The effects of LR on high-fat diet-fed(HFD) rats in vivo were also assessed. Culture methods,quantitative polymerase chain reaction,and terminalrestriction fragment length polymorphism were used to analyze the effects of LR on gut bacteria. Biochemical tests were also performed to detect the changes in obesity-related indicators after LR treatment. RESULTS: LR treatment lowered adipose weight and decreased Lee's index,blood glucose,total cholesterol,and lipid in the tested groups relative to control(P hanges,we assessed the potential bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects of LR on specific bacterial species in vitro. LR affected the richness,diversity,and evenness of gut bacteria,increased fecal Lactobacillus,and decreased Enterococci in HFD rats(P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: L. robustum may be a safe and effective food for weight loss and obesity control,and the effects of L. robustum might be mediated by the regulation of gut bacteria.

Aluminum （AI） toxicity is a major factor limiting crop production and plant growth in acid soils. The complex inheritance of AI toxicity and tolerance mechanisms in maize has uncharacterized yet. In this study, the maize inbred line 178 seedlings were treated with 200 μmol L-1 CaCI2＋0 μmol L^-1AICI3 （control） and 200μmol L^-1 CACI2＋60 IJmol L^-1 AICI3 （AI treatment） for I and 6 h, respectively. The experiment was repeated three times. Then a detailed temporal analysis of root gene expression was performed using an Agilent GeneChip with 34 715 genes, only the genes showing more than 2.0-fold difference （P〈0.01） between the control and the AI treatment maize seedlings were analyzed further. Thus, a total of 832 different expression genes, 689 significantly up-regulated and 143 down-regulated, were identified after the seedlings were treated with AI for 6 h. And 60 genes, 59 up-regulated and one down-regulated, were also detected after the seedlings were treated for 1 h. Replicated transcriptome analyses further showed that about 61% of total significantly genes could be annotated based on plant genome resources. Quantitative real-time PCR （qRT-PCT） of some selected candidate genes was used to demonstrate the microarray data, indicating significant differences between the control and AI-treated seedlings. Exposure to AI for 6 h triggered changes in the transcript levels for several genes, which were primarily related to cell wall structure and metabolism, oxidative stress response, membrane transporters, organic acid metabolism, signaling and hormones, and transcription factors, etc. After AI-treated for 1 h, differential abundance of transcripts for several transporters, kinase, and transcription factors were specifically induced. In this study, the diversity of the putative functions of these genes indicates that AI stress for a short stage induced a complex transcriptome changes in maize. RESULTS:Elevated IGF-1 and IGF-1R expression in CRC tissues was correlated with lymph node metastasis(r=0.715 and 0.569,respectively,Pnaling induces tumorassociated lymphangiogenesis and contributes to lymphatic metastasis of CRC.

Although some short-term follow-up studies have found that individuals recovering from coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)exhibit anxiety,depression,and altered brain microstructure,their long-term physical problems,neuropsychiatric sequelae,and changes in brain function remain *** observational cohort study collected 1-year follow-up data from 22 patients who had been hospitalized with COVID-19(8 males and 11 females,aged 54.2±8.7 years).Fatigue and myalgia were persistent symptoms at the 1-year *** resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging revealed that compared with 29 healthy controls(7 males and 18 females,aged 50.5±11.6 years),COVID-19 survivors had greatly increased amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation(ALFF)values in the left precentral gyrus,middle frontal gyrus,inferior frontal gyrus of operculum,inferior frontal gyrus of triangle,insula,hippocampus,parahippocampal gyrus,fusiform gyrus,postcentral gyrus,inferior parietal angular gyrus,supramarginal gyrus,angular gyrus,thalamus,middle temporal gyrus,inferior temporal gyrus,caudate,and *** values in the left caudate of the COVID-19 survivors were positively correlated with their Athens Insomnia Scale scores,and those in the left precentral gyrus were positively correlated with neutrophil count during *** long-term follow-up results suggest that the ALFF in brain regions related to mood and sleep regulation were altered in COVID-19 *** can help us understand the neurobiological mechanisms of COVID-19-related neuropsychiatric *** study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University(approval No.2020 S004)on March 19,2020.
