Multi-living agent system （MLAS） is a new concept in the field of complex system research, which is peculiarly suitable for the design and analysis of a complex information system in a serious confrontation and tight constraint environment. However, the universal method to quantitatively measure the living degree of an MLAS remains uncertain, which is critical to the self-organizing process. Therefore, a novel analytic hierarchy process （AHP） based method with dependent pairwise comparison matrix （PCM） for the evaluation of living degree of the MLAS is proposed, which eliminates the shortcoming of fixed PCM in traditional process. Furthermore, to avoid the annoying procedure of the consistency validation, the PCMs are appropriately reconstructed. Through an illustration of the netted radar system, the calculation detail is explicitly presented. Altogether, the advanced evaluation method successfully accomplishes the preset objective and promotes the development of the MLAS theory and AHP as well.

The passive bistatic radar based on the FM broadcast has inherent superiority with respect to its survivability. In this article, the ambiguity function （AF） and the cross ambiguity function （CAF） of the FM radio signal are analyzed and illustrated. The Kolmogorov Smirnov （K-S） test verifies that the amplitude probability density function of the CAF side lobes is exponential; the distribution of the target is also deduced. Finally, the detection performance of the passive radar is studied, and the result shows that this new type bistatic radar has favorable detection capability.

Along with the development of 5G network and Internet of Things technologies,there has been an explosion in personalized healthcare *** the 5G and Artificial Intelligence(Al)is introduced into diabetes management architecture,it can increase the efficiency of existing systems and complications of diabetes can be handled more effectively by taking advantage of *** this article,we propose a 5G-based Artificial Intelligence Diabetes Management architecture(AIDM),which can help physicians and patients to manage both acute complications and chronic *** AIDM contains five layers:the sensing layer,the transmission layer,the storage layer,the computing layer,and the application *** build a test bed for the transmission and application ***,we apply a delay-aware RA optimization based on a double-queue model to improve access efficiency in smart hospital wards in the transmission *** application layer,we build a prediction model using a deep forest *** on real-world data show that our AIDM can enhance the efficiency of diabetes management and improve the screening rate of diabetes as well.

Single phase 0.76(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))TiO_(3)–0.24SrTiO_(3) ferroelectric ceramics have been synthesized with homogenous anatase and hierarchical rutile TiO_(2) raw reactants(BNST-A and BNST-R).Either calcined powder persists the microstructure characteristics of raw *** the result,when the sintering temperature increases from 1000 to 1200℃,the average grain size and density of BNST-A increase from 0.49 to 1.48μm and 5.02 to 5.61 g/cm^(3),while those of BNST-R from 0.86 to 1.44μm and 5.37 to 5.61 g/cm^(3).BNST-A illustrates a predominant ergodic relaxor state,and BNST-R prefers a non-ergodic relaxor state,as evidenced by the distinct polarization-electric field loops and current-electric field ***,such a distinct ferroelectric state is independent of sintering *** is believed that the special hierarchical microstructure of rutile TiO_(2) reactant is beneficial to form denser ceramics with larger grains,and thus suppresses the contributions of polar nanoregions and defect-induced built-in field to ferroelectric property,leading to non-ergodic relaxor *** work clearly demonstrates the nonnegligible effects of TiO_(2) reactants on the microstructure and properties of BNST ferroelectric ceramics.

Wavelet network, a class of neural network consisting of wavelets, is proposed to solve the inverse kinematics problem in robotic manipulator. A wavelet network suitable for dealing with multi-input and multi-output system is constructed. The network is optimized by reducing the number of wavelets handling large dimension problem according to the sample data. The algorithms for sparseness analysis of input data and fitting wavelets to the output data with orthogonal method are introduced. Then Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm is used to train the network. Simulation results showed that this method is capable of solving the inverse kinematics problem for PUMA560.

A smart medical service system architecture is proposed in this paper to increase medical resource utilization and improve the efficiency of the medical diagnosis process for complex business scenarios in the Medical Internet of Things(MIoT)*** resource representation model theory,multi-terminal aggregation algorithm,and the resource discovery algorithm based on latent factor model are also studied.A smart medical service system within the IoT environment is then developed,based on the open source *** results using real-world datasets illustrate that the proposed smart medical service system architecture can promote the intelligent and efficient management of medical resources to an extent,and assists in the develop towards digitization,intelligence,and precision in the field of medicine.

A new water-soluble hetero-polysaccharlde, APSID3, was obtained from a hot-water extract of the roots of Astragalus membranaceus （Flsch.） Bunge by DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow and Sephacryl S-300 chromatography. The molecular weight of APSID3 was estimated to be 5.79 × 10^5 Da. Based on a sugar composlUon analysis, methylatlon analysis, partial hydrolysis and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance experimentation, It was concluded that the minimal repeat unit of APSID3 was composed of one terminal arablnose, one 1,5-1Inked arabinose, one 1,3-1Inked rhamnose, one 1,3,4-1Inked rhamnose, five 1,4-1Inked methyl galacturonates and six 1,4-1inked methyl glucuronates.
