Liver transplantation,as an effective therapy for patients with liver cancer,plays an important role in improving the quality of life of ***,the com-plexity and trauma of liver transplantation can easily lead to the occurrence of malnutrition in patients,and then increase the risk of postoperative complica-tions,which has aroused widespread clinical *** nutritional support can not only maintain the stability of the body’s internal environment,reduce the occurrence of complications,but also promote the recovery of liver and other organ *** recent years,with the in-depth understanding of nut-ritional metabolism after liver transplantation,the application of enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition in nutritional support after liver transplantation has been increasingly extensive and achieved remarkable *** paper discusses the effect of early postoperative nutritional intervention on patients with liver cancer and liver transplantation,and combined with its mechanism of action,can better understand the effectiveness of intervention,and provide reference for the deve-lopment of scientific and reasonable nutritional support programs in clinical pra-ctice.

BACKGROUND Thrombophilia contributes to a significant increased risk of venous thromboembolism and can be either inherited or *** thrombophilia may arise from various gene mutations,some of which have not even been adequately reported or poorly *** studies reported a rare and novel missense mutation in the prothrombin gene(***596Gln),known as prothrombin *** mechanisms and therapeutic strategies associated with prothrombin Belgrade mutation have not been fully *** SUMMARY We present the case of a 26-year-old woman with recurrent systemic thrombosis induced by prothrombin Belgrade *** patient suffered from cerebral venous sinus thrombosis that rapidly progressed to systemic thrombosis,alongside a family history of cerebral thrombosis,and no traditional risk factors or abnormal coagulation ***-genome sequencing detected a novel and rare heterozygous prothrombin missense mutation,c.1787G>T(***596Gln),which was responsible for the major etiology of the systemic *** This case strengthens our understanding about hereditary basis of thrombophilia and provokes considerations for therapeutic options on prothrombin Belgrade mutation.

Analysis of Stored Energy in Cold-Rolled Copper Using Bulk and Microstructure-Based Techniques

Measurements of stored energy have been obtained for samples of copper cold-rolled to von Mises strains between 0.42 and 5.21 using both differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）, and based on measurements of microstructural parameters in the transmission electron microscope （TEM）. In both cases, a linear increase in stored energy with strain is found. The ratio between the two measured values varies, however, over a significant range, indicating that some caution is needed in determining the relative difference in energy associated with deformation microstructure heterogeneities in a given sample. Comparison of the stored energy with the flow stress suggests that the TEM-based measurements reflect the dislocation density content responsible for the flow stress, but that the DSC technique additionally measures other contributions to the stored energy, such as the presence of balanced internal stresses.

Precision of the Chinese Space Station Telescope(CSST)stellar radial velocities

The Chinese Space Station Telescope(CSST)spectroscopic survey plans to deliver high-quality low-resolution(R>200)slitless spectra for hundreds of millions of targets down to a limiting magnitude of about 21 mag,covering a large survey area(17500 deg^(2))and a wide wavelength range(255-1000 nm by three bands GU,GV,and GI).In this work,we use empirical spectra of the Next Generation Spectral Library to simulate the CSST stellar spectra at R=250,and investigate their capabilities in measuring radial *** find that velocity uncertainties depend strongly on effective temperature,weakly on metallicity for only FGK stars,and hardly on surface *** is possible to deliver stellar radial velocities to a precision of about 3 kms^(-1)for AFGKM stars,and about 10 km s^(-1)for OB stars,at signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of *** uncertainties using single GU/GV/GI band spectra are also *** the same SNR,the GU band performs best,the GV band the second best,and then the GI *** effects of spectral normalization and the imperfect template on velocity measurements are investigated and found to be very *** uncertainties caused by wavelength calibration are considered and found to be *** the possible precision of radial velocities,the CSST spectroscopic survey can enable interesting science such as searching for hyper-velocity *** of our results are also discussed.

A star-based method for precise wavelength calibration of the Chinese Space Station Telescope(CSST) slitless spectroscopic survey

The Chinese Space Station Telescope(CSST)spectroscopic survey aims to deliver high-quality low-resolution(R>200)slitless spectra for hundreds of millions of targets down to a limiting magnitude of about 21 mag,distributed within a large survey area(17500 deg2)and covering a wide wavelength range(255-1000 nm by three bands GU,GV,and GI).As slitless spectroscopy precludes the usage of wavelength calibration lamps,wavelength calibration is one of the most challenging issues in the reduction of slitless spectra,yet it plays a key role in measuring precise radial velocities of stars and redshifts of *** this work,we propose a star-based method that can monitor and correct for possible errors in the CSST wavelength calibration using normal scientific observations,taking advantage of the facts that(ⅰ)there are about ten million stars with reliable radial velocities now available thanks to spectroscopic surveys like LAMOST,(ⅱ)the large field of view of CSST enables efficient observations of such stars in a short period of time,and(ⅲ)radial velocities of such stars can be reliably measured using only a narrow segment of CSST *** demonstrate that it is possible to achieve a wavelength calibration precision of a few km s^(-1) for the GU band,and about 10 to 20 kms^(-1) for the GV and GI bands,with only a few hundred velocity standard *** of the method to other surveys are also discussed.

Dynamic Mechanical Behavior and Hypervelocity Impact Performance of an Al-Based Nanocrystalline Alloy

In a wide strain rate range from 10^-5 to 10^3s^-1, the deformation behavior of an Al-based nanocrystalline alloy was investigated. After fracture, the debris collected was used for statistical analysis, which is expected to reflect the profile of the fracture behavior of the alloy. The energy absorption of alloy at different strain rates was elucidated on account of mass distribution of debris. Based on the parameters obtained by the compression experiment at different strain rates, the numerical simulation experiment was carried out to evaluate the performance of Al-based nanocrystalline alloy as spacecraft shielding. The results suggest that Al-based nanocrystalline alloys have better shield performance than alu- minum alloy under the identical areal density at velocity of 1-7 km/s. The better shield performance is attributed to high fracture strength, high hardness and low toughness of Al-based nanocrystalline alloy as compared with those of aluminum alloy.

An Information Entropy-Based Methodology to Construct the Avulsion Threshold in the Tail Reach of the Estuarine Alluvial Plain

Channel avulsion is a natural phenomenon that occurs abruptly on alluvial river deltas,which can affect the channel *** causes for avulsion could be generally categorized as topography-and flood-driven ***,previous studies on avulsion thresholds usually focused on topography-driven factors due to the centurial or millennial avulsion timescales of the world’s most deltas,but neglected the impacts of flood-driven *** the current study,a novel demarcation equation including the two driven factors was proposed,with the decadal timescale of avulsion being considered in the Yellow River Estuary(YRE).In order to quantify the contributions of different factors in each category,an entropy-based methodology was used to calculate the contributing weights of these *** factor with the highest weight in each category was then used to construct the demarcation equation,based on avulsion datasets associated with the *** avulsion threshold was deduced according to the demarcation *** avulsion threshold was then applied to conduct the risk assessment of avulsion in the *** results show that:two dominant factors cover respectively geomorphic coefficient representing the topography-driven factor and fluvial erosion intensity representing the flood-driven factor,which were thus employed to define a two dimensional mathematical space in which the demarcation equation can be obtained;the avulsion threshold derived from the equation was also applied in the risk assessment of avulsion;and the avulsion threshold proposed in this study is more accurate,as compared with the existing thresholds.

A new formula of recovery factor for non-equilibrium transport of graded suspended sediment in the Middle Yangtze River

Suspended sediment concentrations in the Middle Yangtze River(MYR)reduced greatly after the Three Gorges Project operation,causing the composition of bed material to coarsen ***,little is known about the non-equilibrium transport of graded suspended sediment owing to different bed material compositions(BMCs)along the MYR,and it is necessary to determine the magnitude of recovery *** the Markov stochastic process in conjunction with the hiding-exposure effect of non-uniform bed-material,a new formula is proposed for calculating the recovery factor including the effect of different BMCs,and it is incorporated into the non-equilibrium transport equation to simulate the recovery processes of suspended load in both sand-gravel bed and sand bed reaches of the *** results show that:(i)the recovery rate of graded sediment concentrations at Zhicheng was slower than that at Shashi during the period 2003-2007;(ii)the mean recovery factors of the coarse,medium,and fine sediment fractions in the ZhichengShashi reach were 0.152,0.0012,and 0.0005,respectively,and the coarse sediment recovered up to the maximum sediment concentration of 0.138 kg/m3over a distance of 15 km;and(iii)the results of the new formula that can consider the effect of bed material composition are in general agreement with the field observations,and the spatial and temporal delay effects are inversely related to particle size and ***,the BMC effect on the nonequilibrium sediment transport in different reaches of the MYR needs to be considered for higher simulation accuracy.

In vivo protective effect of late embryogenesis abundant protein(ApSK3 dehydrin)on Agapanthus praecox to promote post-cryopreservation survival

Dehydrins(DHNs),as members of the late embryogenesis abundant protein family,play critical roles in the protection of seeds from dehydration and plant adaptation to multiple abiotic *** is a basic method in plant cryopreservation and is characterized by forming a glassy state to prevent lethal ice crystals produced during cryogenic *** this study,ApSK3 type DHN was genetically transformed into embryogenic calluses(EC)of Agapanthus praecox by overexpression(OE)and RNA interference(RNAi)techniques to evaluate the in vivo protective effect of DHNs during *** cell viability showed a completely opposite trend in OE and RNAi cell lines,the cell relative death ratio was decreased by 20.0%in ApSK3-OE EC and significantly increased by 66.15%in ApSK3-RNAi cells after *** of ApSK3 increased the content of non-enzymatic antioxidants(AsA and GSH)and up-regulated the expression of CAT,SOD,POD,and GPX genes,while ApSK3-RNAi cells decreased antioxidant enzyme activities and FeSOD,POD,and APX genes expression during *** findings suggest that ApSK3 affects ROS metabolism through chelating metal ions(Cu^(2+)and Fe^(3+)),alleviates H_(2)O_(2)and OH·excessive generation,activates the antioxidant system,and improves cellular REDOX balance and membrane lipid peroxidation damage of plant cells during *** can effectively improve cell stress tolerance and have great potential for in vivo or in vitro applications in plant cryopreservation.
