Ba.kground Resuscita.ion ca. sometimes be futile a.d ma.ing a.do-not-resuscita.e(DNR)decision is in the best interest of the *** electronic poor outcome screening(ePOS)score wa. developed to predict 6-month poor outcomes of critica.ly ill *** explored the dia.nostic a.cura.y of the ePOS score in predicting DNR decisions in the intensive ca.e unit(ICU).Methods This study wa. conducted a. the ICU of a.tertia.y referra. hospita. in Sa.di a.a.ia.between Ma.ch a.d Ma. ***,we ca.cula.ed ePOS scores for a.l eligible consecutive a.missions a.ter 48 h in the ICU a.d recorded the DNR *** a.ility of the score to predict DNR wa. explored using logistic ***'s idea. cut-off va.ue wa. ca.cula.ed using the DeLong method,a.d different dia.nostic a.cura.y mea.ures were genera.ed with corresponding 95%confidence interva.s(CIs).Results We enrolled 857 pa.ients,125 received a.DNR order a.d 732 did *** a.era.e ePOS score of DNR a.d non-DNR pa.ients wa. 28.2±10.7 a.d 15.2±9.7,*** score,a. a.predictor of DNR order,ha. a. a.ea.under receiver opera.or cha.a.teristic(a.ROC)curve of 81.8%(95%CI:79.0 to 84.3,Pa. cut-off va.ue>17 wa. a.socia.ed with a.sensitivity of 87.2(95%CI:80.0 to 92.5,Pa.ue of 29.2(95%CI:24.6 to 33.8,Pa.ive predictive va.ue of 96.7(95%CI:95.1 to 98.3,Pa.d dia.nostic odds ra.io 12.1(95%CI:7.0 to 20.8,Pa. a.dia.nostic test for pa.ients who will be la.eled a. Ba.ed on the a.a.ysis of cha.a.teristics a.d a.va.ta.es of HSO(ha.mony sea.ch optimiza.ion) a.gorithm, HSO wa. used in reservoir engineering a.sisted history ma.ching of Ka.eem reservoir in a.a. field in the Gulf of Suez, Egypt. HSO a.gorithm ha. the following a.va.ta.es:(1) The good ba.a.ce between explora.ion a.d exploita.ion techniques during sea.ching for optima. solutions ma.es the HSO a.gorithm robust a.d efficient.(2) The diversity of genera.ed solutions is more effectively controlled by two components, ma.ing it suita.le for highly non-linea. problems in reservoir engineering history ma.ching.(3) The integra.ion between the three components(ha.mony memory va.ues, pitch a.justing a.d ra.domiza.ion) of the HSO helps in finding unbia.ed solutions.(4) The implementa.ion process of the HSO a.gorithm is much ea.ier. The HSO a.gorithm a.d two other commonly used a.gorithms(genetic a.d pa.ticle swa.m optimiza.ion a.gorithms) were used in three reservoir engineering history ma.ch questions of different complex degrees, which a.e two ma.eria. ba.a.ce history ma.ches of different sca.es a.d one reservoir history ma.ching. The results were compa.ed, which proves the superiority a.d va.idity of HSO. The results of Ka.eem reservoir history ma.ching show tha. using the HSO a.gorithm a. the optimiza.ion method in the a.sisted history ma.ching workflow improves the simula.ion qua.ity a.d sa.es solution time significa.tly.

Ga.ma.ra. spectroscopy ba.ed on a.100% efficiency hyper-pure germa.ium detector wa. used to eva.ua.e the a.tivity concentra.ions of 226Ra. 232Th, a.d 40K na.ura. ra.ionuclides in sedimenta.y, conglomera.e, igneous a.d sedi-ments rock sa.ples collected from four different loca.ions in Ea.tern desert in Egypt. The obta.ned a.tivity concentra.ions a.e used to eva.ua.e the ra.i-ologica. ha.a.ds indices, a.sorbed dose ra.e, a.nua. effective dose equiva.ent in a.r, ra.ium equiva.ent, externa. a.d interna. ha.a.d index, ra.ia.ion level index, a.nua. gona.a. dose equiva.ent, excess lifetime ca.cer risk a.d expo-sure ra.e. The results show tha. 1) the a.sorbed dose ra.e depends on the rock type, 2) the a.nua. effective dose equiva.ent in a.r in 71% of sa.ple below 20 mSvy-1 (permissible limit for workers), 3) the conglomera.e rocks show low ra.ioa.tivity level, 4) sedimenta.y rocks a.e rich in ra.ium while igneous rocks a.e rich in thorium a.d the sediments rocks a.e rich in both ra.ium a.d thorium.

基于对和声搜索优化算法(HSO)特点及其优越性的分析,将其应用于埃及苏伊士湾a.a.油田Ka.eem油藏油藏工程辅助历史拟合中。HSO算法具有如下优越性:对解空间探索和开发能力之间的良好平衡使得算法具有鲁棒性和高效性;生成解的多样性由两个组件有效控制,更适用于油藏工程历史拟合这样的高度非线性问题;和声记忆库取值、微调和随机化3个组件之间的配合有助于找到无偏性解;算法实现过程简单。将HSO算法与油藏工程辅助历史拟合中2种常用的优化技术(遗传算法和粒子群算法)应用于3个不同复杂程度的油藏工程历史拟合问题——2个不同尺度的物质平衡历史拟合和1个油藏历史拟合,通过对比3种算法拟合效果验证了HSO算法的正确性和优越性。Ka.eem油藏历史拟合结果表明,在辅助历史拟合工作流中采用HSO算法作为优化方法可以显著提高拟合质量,缩短求解时间。
