A set of mobile devices that employs wireless transmission for communication is termed Mobile Ad hoc Networks(MANETs).Offering better communication services among the users in a centralized organization is the primary objective of the *** to the features of MANET,this can directly End-to-End Delay(EED)the Quality of Service(QoS).Hence,the implementation of resource management becomes an essential issue in *** paper focuses on the efficient Resource Allocation(RA)for many types of Traffic Flows(TF)in *** Mobile Ad hoc Networks environments,the main objective of Resource Allocation(RA)is to process consistently available resources among terminals required to address the service requirements of the *** three categories improve performance metrics by varying transmission rates and simulation *** solving that problem,the proposed work is divided into Queue Management(QM),Admission Control(AC)and *** effective QM,this paper develops a QM model for elastic(EL)and inelastic(IEL)Traffic *** research paper presents an AC mechanism for multiple TF for effective *** work presents a Resource Allocation Using Tokens(RAUT)for various priority TF for effective ***,nodes have three cycles which are:Non-Critical Section(NCS),Entry Section(ES)and Critical Section(CS).When a node requires any resources,it sends Resource Request Message(RRM)to the *** and inelastic TF priority is determined using Fuzzy Logic(FL).The token holder selects the node from the inelastic queue with high priority for allocating the *** Network Simulator-2(NS-2),simulations demonstrate that the proposed design increases Packet Delivery Ratio(PDR),decrease Packet Loss Ratio(PLR),minimise the Fairness and reduce the EED.

Perhaps hearing impairment individuals cannot identify the environmental sounds due to noise around ***,very little research has been conducted in this ***,the aim of this study is to categorize sounds generated in the environment so that the impairment individuals can distinguish the sound *** that end first we define nine sound classes--air conditioner,car horn,children playing,dog bark,drilling,engine idling,jackhammer,siren,and street music--typically exist in the *** we record 100 sound samples from each category and extract features of each sound category using Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients(MFCC).The training dataset is developed using this set of features together with the class variable;sound *** classification is a complex task and hence,we use two Deep Learning techniques;Multi Layer Perceptron(MLP)and Convolution Neural Network(CNN)to train classification *** models are tested using a separate test set and the performances of the models are evaluated using precision,recall and *** results show that the CNN model outperforms the ***,the MLP also provided a decent accuracy in classifying unknown environmental sounds.

Rayleigh distribution (RD) has wide applications in many real life situations especially life testing, reliability analysis, medicines etc. In this paper a new weighted Rayleigh distribution named area-biased Rayleigh distribution (ARD) is introduced. Some mathematical properties of the (ARD) including cumulative distribution function, moments, skewness, kurtosis, median, mode, entropy, reliability measures as survival function and hazard function have been derived. Parameter of the ARD is estimated by method of moments (MOM), maximum likelihood (ML), and Bayesian. Properties of the estimators are developed. It is proved that the ML estimator attains the Cramer Rao lower bound. Applications of the ARD provided for some life time data sets. Kolmogorov Smirnov (K-S) test statistics is applied to check the good fit of the model.
