Locally Advance Breast Cancer refers to a heterogeneous group of breast cancer with locally extensive disease, which may or may not involve the nodes, without any distant metastases. The study was conducted at Faisalabad Medical University (FMU), Oncology, Allied Hospital Faisalabad (Pakistan). Data of 100 patients with LABC was collected. Demographics were recorded in the form of age, socio-economic status. In clinical data, time of presentation, family history of breast cancer, the presenting symptom in the form of lump, ulceration and other skin changes were noted. Histo-pathological variables including tumor size, histopathology, Bloom & Richardson grading, estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor status (PR) and HER2 status. Results showed that after following a standard trimodality treatment approach in LABC patients, 30 percent died within two years. Disease free survival for more than two years was observed in only 25% of patients. Whereas, 70% patients had eventful (Recurrence/metastases) survival. This poor outcome was observed due to lack of health care facilities, awareness and poor socioeconomic status.

Study is conducted on the life cycle assessment of bio-ethanol used for transportation vehicles and their emissions. The emissions that are analyzed include greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds, sulfur oxide, carbon monoxide, nitrous oxide, particulate matter with the size less than 10 and 2.5 microns. Furthermore, various blends of bio-ethanol and gasoline are studied to learn about the impacts of higher blend on emissions. The Greenhouse Gases, Regulated Emissions, and Energy Use in Transportation (GREET) model software are used to simulate for emissions. The research analyzes two pathways of emissions: Well-to-Pump and Pump-to-Vehicle analyses. It is found that the fuel cell vehicles using 100% bio-ethanol have shown the most reduction in the amount of all the pollutants from the Pump-to-Vehicle emission analysis. The Well-to-Pump analysis shows that only greenhouse gases (GHGs) reduce with higher blends of bio-ethanol. All other pollutants VOC, CO, NOx, SOx, PM10 and PM2.5 emissions increase with the higher blending ratios. The Pump-to-Vehicle analysis shows that all the pollutant emissions reduce with the percentage increase of bio-ethanol in the fuel blends.

随着网络复杂性的不断增加,细粒度网络监控可实现更好的网络可靠性和及时的反馈控制。软件定义网络(SDN)在学术研究和行业社区中获得了极大的关注。SDN可以部署在各种条件下,包括DC网络(数据中心),广域网和企业网络。在SDN中,监控是得到网络中的相关信息在SDN控制器的帮助下所产生的控制效果的关键所在。但是,现有的监控方法(如SNMP,Net-Flow和S-Flow)是基于交换机/路由器CPU的典型采样和轮询的,并且具有性能和粒度限制。在复杂网络或传统网络中,一旦网络出现错误,就很难获得错误类型并找到错误位置。所以,我们使用P4语言构建一个系统来解决这个问题,该系统支持数据平面的网络编程。P4语言是一种高级编程语言,用于定义网络转发设备如何处理数据包。在本文中,我们提出了一种使用基于P4的INT技术来提取网络设备的实时数据的方案。带内网络遥测(INT)是一种能够提供细粒度,实时和端到端网络监控的新技术。INT的工作原理是将网络信息嵌入到每个数据包中,并允许数据包准确地查询交换机内部状态,如队列大小,队列延迟和链路利用率。但是,INT还需要一个基于它的高级机制来有效地提取网络范围的流量状态。软件定义网络(SDN)被广泛部署,控制器总是期望全局视图(即,网络范围的可见性)来做出最佳的流量控制决策。本文的贡献是设计了一个将INT探测与源路由机制结合起来的遥测框架,以指导网络中的数据包对指定的路径进行监视。我们使用INT来获取网络中的链路负载信息并检查控制器中的信息。具体而言,首先,使用INT探针收集每个交换机的队列占用率,然后分析实验数据并显示关于系统的INT路径的输出结果,最终,将网络范围的流量状态的队列深度实时编码为一系列位图图像。它还可以显示在舒适区域中具有默认INT探头速度的最佳系统性能。另外,我们还为INT探测速度设置了不同背景流量的舒适区。当INT探测速度增加时,链路变拥挤、端到端延迟增加以及背景流量速率增加等变化均会影响系统性能。最后,通过测量系统的性能指标,我们得出了一些可以指导用户如何使用网络范围的遥测来探测网络的结论。此外,对于真实网络中的INT路径部署,考虑到交换机缓冲区大小和背景流量速率两种因素,我们建议将遥测粒度设置为某个遥测包发送速率的“舒适区”中。

Extraction and antibacterial potential of traditional medicinal plant Cypreus compressus

Plants are naturally occurring sources of drugs and can be used to minimize the problem of curing diseases up to the greater extent;for that purpose,we select a medicinal plant named Cypreus *** extract is taken in the ethanol *** crude extract of this medicinal plant is taken in Erlenmeyer flask tapped with a cotton *** crude extract is diluted to different concentrations in order to check the antibacterial activity at different concentrations of *** main aim of our work is to determine the antibacterial sensitivity test of Cypreus compressus against two types of bacteria i.e.,*** and *** all the different concentrations,the most significant was 20 mg for both types of bacteria i.e.,*** and *** showing the greater zone of inhibition among all other concentrations that may use as an antibacterial agent in the future.
