Objective:To characterize the bacterial pathogens in patients having gram negative septicaemia. further,to evaluate the antimicrobial resistance and underlying molecular mechanisms in these ***:A total number of 70 cases of gram negative sepsis were included in this prospective,open labeled,observational *** methods for isolation and identification of bacteria were *** susceptibility and ESBL testing was performed by the standard disc diffusion *** amplification was performed to identify blaCTX-M,blaSHVand blaTEM type *** experiments were performed to show resistant marker transfer. Results:The most prevalent isolates Escherichia coli（***） 58.6%,Klebsiella Spp.32.9%and Pseudomonas 8.6%,were resistant to most of the antimicrobials including cefazolin,ceftriaxone, cefuroxime,ampicillin and co-trimoxazole but sensitive to imipenem and *** and MBL production was seen 7.3%and 12.2%of *** isolates *** isoaltes were found to have blaCTX-M-15 and two of them also showed blaTEM-1 type ***, none of them showed blaSHV.Conjugation experiments using J-53 cells confirmed these resistant markers as plasmid ***:This work highlights the molecular epidemiology of escalating antimicrobial resistance and likely switch over of blaCTX-M-15 type extended spectrum beta-lactamases by blaTEM type ESBLs in ***,the antimicrobial resistance by horizontal gene transfer was predominant among Enterobacteraceae in the community setting.

Background Numerous studies have investigated the effect of angiotensin converting enzyme （ACE） gene I/D polymorphism and various cardiovascular risk factors in different populations with varied results. Currently, the association of ACE gene polymorphism with metabolic syndrome has not been studied in North Indians. While studies assessing the effect with polymorphism on each of the components of metabolic syndrome separately are present, data regarding the metabolic syndrome per se are sparse. The present study evaluated the effect of ACE gene I/D polymorphism in patients with metabolic syndrome in North Indian population at a tertiary care centre. Methods fifty subjects, with thirty cases of metabolic syndrome （NCEP/ATP III guidelines, 2004） and twenty age and gender matched healthy controls were chosen. Detailed history was reviewed and clinical examination of the subjects was carried out. Relevant investigations including blood glucose （fasting and post prandial）, blood urea, serum creatinine and serum lipids were done. DNA of cases and controls was analysed for I/D polymorphism using polymerase chain reaction. Results D/D genotype was more frequent in patients with metabolic syndrome as compared with healthy controls （P 〈0.05）. Systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP） was significantly higher in the D/D genotype than I/D and I/I genotypes （P 〈0.05）. Our study also showed positive association between obesity, fasting blood glucose and ACE gene polymorphism while no association was found with triglycerides and high density lipoprotein cholesterol. The I/I group was significantly associated with waist circumference and fasting blood glucose （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Our study clearly showed that metabolic syndrome was associated with ACE gene polymorphism. However due to less number of subjects in the study further studies are needed to corroborate our results.

This work reports the synthesis,characterization,and energy focused applications of the novel lanthanides co-doped tantalum pentoxide hetero-system(Sm^(3+)-Eu^(3+)-Tm^(3+):Ta_(2)O_(5)).Ln^(3+)-doped Ta_(2)O_(5) express excellent opto-electronic features reflected by the narrow band gap energy of 3.87 *** vibrations confirm the presence of Ta-O-Ta and Ta-O *** synthesized system possesses orthorhombic geometry with 59.46 nm particle *** the smoother and compact morphology,the synthesized material succeeds in augmenting the performance of different systems aimed at energy *** ambient perovskite solar cell device fabricated with the Ln^(3+)-doped Ta_(2)O_(5) as an electron transport layer excels in achieving an efficiency and fill factor of 14.17% and 76% under artificial *** device was marked by the negligible hysteresis behavior showing profound photovoltaic *** electrochemical activity of the Ln^(3+)-doped Ta_(2)O_(5) decorated electrode was evaluated for electrical charge storage potential with pseudocapacitive behavior,With the highest specific capacitance of 355.39 f/g and quicker ionic diffusion rate,the designed electrode excels conventionally used ***-catalysis of water with Ln^(3+)-doped Ta_(2)O_(5) material indicates its capacity for H_(2) production with the lowest overpotential and Tafel slope values of 148 and 121.2 mV/dec,while the O_(2) generation is comparatively *** the stable electrochemical output,this rare earth modified material has the potential to replace conventionally used environmentally perilous and costly materials.

Smart Industrial environments use the Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)for their routine operations and transform their industrial operations with intelligent and driven ***,IIoT devices are vulnerable to cyber threats and exploits due to their connectivity with the *** signature-based IDS are effective in detecting known attacks,but they are unable to detect unknown emerging ***,there is the need for an IDS which can learn from data and detect new *** Machine Learning(ML)and individual Deep Learning(DL)based IDS have been developed,and these individual models achieved low accuracy;however,their performance can be improved with the ensemble stacking *** this paper,we have proposed a Deep Stacked Neural Network(DSNN)based IDS,which consists of two stacked Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)models as base learners and Extreme Gradient Boosting(XGB)as the meta *** proposed DSNN model was trained and evaluated with the next-generation dataset,TON_*** pre-processing techniques were applied to prepare a dataset for the model,including ensemble feature selection and the SMOTE ***,precision,recall,f1-score,and false positive rates were used to evaluate the performance of the proposed ensemble *** experimental results showed that the accuracy for binary classification is 99.61%,which is better than in the baseline individual DL and ML *** addition,the model proposed for IDS has been compared with similar *** proposed DSNN achieved better performance metrics than the other *** proposed DSNN model will be used to develop enhanced IDS for threat mitigation in smart industrial environments.

Trilayered Sm2Co7/fe/Sm2Co7 spring exchange magnets are fabricated by dc magnetron sputtering on MgO substrates. Very thin layers （0.3-0.7 nm） of Cr and Ti are added at the interfaces of the two magnetic phases. The thickness of StucCo7 is kept at 20nm and fe at 6nm while the thickness of Cr and Ti are varied as 0.3, 0.5, and 0.7nm. The base pressure of sputtering chamber is kept below 10^-7 Torr and Ar pressure at 3-8m Torr. The samples are characterized by x-ray diffraction （XRD） and SQUID magnetometer. We report improvement in exchange coupling of nonacomposite magnets by addition of thin layers of Cr at interfaces.

SmCo5/fe65Co35 and SmCo5/fe spring exchange magnets are fabricated by dc magnetron sputtering on MgO substrates and 100-nm-thick Si3N4 membranes, respectively. The base pressure of sputtering chamber is kept below 10^-7 Tort, and Ar pressure is 3 to 8mTorr. The samples are characterized by an x-ray diffractometer, a superconducting quantum interference magnetometer, and high resolution magnetic soft x-ray microscopy. We obtain the complete exchange coupling and single phase behaviour of composite magnets. The （BH）max value achieved is 28.8 MGOe.

The aim of the present communication is to discuss the analytical solution for the unsteady flow of a third grade fluid which occupies the space y 〉 0 over an infinite porous plate. The flow is generated due to the motion of the plate in its own plane with an impulsive velocity V（t）. Translational symmetries in variables t and y are utilized to reduce the governing non-linear partial differential equation into an ordinary differential equation. The reduced problem is then solved using homotopy analysis method（HAM）. Graphs representing the solution are plotted and discussed and proper conclusions are drawn.

Thermodynamic properties of a Debye-Yukawa system of particles are explored by using molecular dynamics simulation in the canonical ensemble. The excess free energy f of the Debye-Yukawa system is calculated by using two different approaches for the liquid phase, and the energy is obtained in a coupling parameter range of 0 ≤ f ≤100 and a wide range of the screening parameter κ. Simulation measurements for excess internal energy and pressure of the system over dimensionless parameters （κ, f） are also presented and compared with previous theoretical and simulated results. A f-expansion-fitting approach for the liquid phase is introduced with the expansion coefficients, which are functions of the screening parameter κ. The fitting coefficients are obtained by directly comparing them with the simulation measurements with a relative deviation of 1% or less. It is shown that the computational results provide a relatively simple method to calculate the excess internal energy and free energy in certain cases, which depend strongly on Г.

Natural rubber latex （NRL） and methyl methacrylate （MMA） grafted rubber latex were blended in different ratios and irradiated at various absorbed doses by gamma rays from Co-60 source at room temperature. The tensile properties, swelling ratio and permanent set were measured. The maximum tensile strength and modulus at 500% elongation were obtained at an absorbed dose of 8 kGy. Modulus increases from 6.99 MPa to 9.87 MPa for an increase in proportion of MMA grafted rubber from 40% to 60% in the blend at similar absorbed dose. Elongation at break and swelling ratio decrease with increasing absorbed dose as well as the MMA grafted rubber content in the blends. The decreasing trend of permanent set is high up to 5 kGy absorbed dose, and beyond that dose, it becomes almost flat.

The effect of storage on physico-chemical properties of non-irradiated natural rubber and radiation vulcanized natural rubber （RVNR） were evaluated. The rubber films were stored under two different conditions, namely in open air and sealed polyethylene bags. The antioxidant, tris（nonylated phenyl） phosphite （TNPP） was used for preventing degradation of RVNR films. Gel content, cross-link density, tensile strength at break and 500% elongation of rubber films were measured. The results show that the retention （%） of tensile properties of rubber films with TNPP is higher than that of rubber films without antioxidants. The rubber films stored in polyethylene bags also show better retention of tensile properties than those of rubber films stored in open air.
