Enhancing Security in Correlated Nakagami-m Fading Cellular Network Using SC and SSC Diversity Combining

The effect of correlated fading reduces the performance gain in multi-antenna communications. Diversity combining is a well-known technique to reduce the effect of correlation. But still, it is an open problem to quantify as the diversity scheme is more efficient in enhancing the security of cellular multicast network mitigating the effects of correlation. motivated by this issue, this paper considers a secure wireless multicasting scenario through correlated cellular networks in the presence of multiple eavesdroppers. The selection combining (SC) and switch and stay combining (SSC) techniques are considered in dual arbitrarily correlated Nakagami-m fading channels. The closed-form analytical expressions for the probability of non-zero secrecy multicast capacity and the secure outage probability for multicasting are derived to understand the insight into the effects of correlation on the SC and SSC diversity schemes and to quantify which diversity scheme is more efficient in enhancing the security of correlated multicast networks. The results show that, although the diversity gain reduces the effect of correlation, the diversity gain provided by the SC diversity scheme is more significant in mitigating the effect of correlation compared to the SSC diversity scheme. Due to the selection mechanism of SC diversity, it is more sensitive to the change of SNR of the eavesdropper’s channel compared to the case of the SSC diversity scheme.

Crystal morphology of metal oxides in engineered metal-biochar composites governs the removal of phosphorus(P)from aqueous *** to our best knowledge,preparation of bio-assembled mgO-coated biochar and its application for the removal of P from solutions and kitchen waste fermentation liquids have not yet been ***,in this study,a needle-like mgO particle coated tea waste biochar composite(mTC)was prepared through a novel biological assembly and template elimination *** produced mTC was used as an adsorbent for removing P from a synthetic solution and real kitchen waste fermentation *** maximum P sorption capacities of the mTC,deduced from the Langmuir model,were 58.80 mg g^(−1) from the solution at pH 7 and 192.8 mg g^(−1) from the fermentation liquid at pH *** increase of ionic strength(0-0.1 mol L^(−1) NaNO_(3))reduced P removal efficiency from 98.53%to 93.01%in the synthetic solution but had no significant impact on P removal from the fermentation *** of mgHPO4 and mg(H_(2)PO_(4))_(2)(76.5%),ligand exchange(18.0%),and electrostatic attraction(5.5%)were the potential mechanisms for P sorption from the synthetic solution,while struvite formation(57.6%)and ligand exchange(42.2%)governed the sorption of P from the kitchen waste fermentation *** to previously reported mgO-biochar composites,mTC had a lower P sorption capacity in phosphate solution but a higher P sorption capacity in fermentation ***,the studied mTC could be used as an effective candidate for the removal of P from aqueous environments,and especially from the fermentation *** the future,it will be necessary to systematically compare the performance of metal-biochar composites with different metal oxide crystal morphology for P removal from different types of wastewater.

神经源性吞咽障碍是一种常见的神经系统疾病的并发症,预后差且治疗方法有限。因此,将神经刺激的基础研究转化为临床应用成为当务之急。本文重点介绍咽腔电刺激(pharyngeal electrical stimulation,PES)技术在人类吞咽运动系统中的治疗应用,阐明咽腔电刺激调控吞咽功能的机制,通过大量研究结果证明该刺激能够增加咽部运动皮质的兴奋性,该技术在神经源性吞咽障碍已经完成和正在进行的临床研究也可窥见一斑。尽管目前的研究结果提示咽腔电刺激技术是一种具有广阔临床应用前景的神经调控干预手段,但仍需要进行更多的临床研究,以便充分地探索其潜在用途。

为探讨添加新型陶瓷对改善椎弓根螺钉稳定性的影响 ,将椎弓根螺钉分别植入 2 8个 L3～ L5椎体两侧椎弓根 ,随机在一侧加 α- BSmTm。16个椎体做螺钉轴向拔出试验 ,测试最大轴向拔出力 (Fmax)和拔出过程中的能量吸收值E- Fmax和 E- 2 mm。另外 12个椎体做梯增负荷的螺钉周期抗屈试验。两组相比较发现 ,加入 α- BSmTm后 ,Fmax增加了6 6 .8% ,E- Fmax和 E- 2 mm分别增加了 16 9.5 %和 6 0 .6 % ,差别有统计学意义 (Wilcoxon's检验 ,PmTm可使螺钉耐受更大的负荷或在同等负荷下仅产生较小的位移。结果表明 :在椎弓根螺钉植入时添加α-

Analysis of Neutronics and Thermal-Hydraulic Behavior in a Fuel Pin of Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR)

This paper presents a comparative analysis of different parameters such as enthalpy, moderator temperature, moderator density, flow velocity, pressure, and fuel temperature profile at the fuel pin cell level of PWR. moreover, in this paper pitches to fuel pin radius ratio are varied from 2.3 to 4. The methods and implementation strategy are such that the coupled neutronic and thermal-hydraulic analysis is executed in a fully one dimensional (1D) manner. The thermal hydraulic is based on moderator/coolant mass and enthalpy equation together with one group diffusion equation for fuel pin. modelling of fuel pin cell and subchannel is executed in two steps. First, the governing equations are derived assuming that all the parameters appearing in the equations are temperature independent. Fuel pin centerline temperature and radially averaged temperature equations are derived from Fourier laws of thermal conductivity. Finally, diffusion coefficient, fission cross-section and absorbing cross-section are evaluated with respect to the fuel pin temperature. The outcome will be helpful for further neutronics and thermal analysis of PWR. Thermal hydraulics parameter varies the maximum 30 percentage from the lowermost value.

Hepatitis C virus is associated with Hepatitis C which can be acute or chronic. Acute hepatitis C is usually short term illness that can lead to chronic infection, while chronic hepatitis C is a chronic liver disease leading to cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma and even death. The mode of transmission is mainly parenteral and vertical. Hepatitis C is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality and a serious public health problem, worldwide as well as in Pakistan. There is no vaccine available for hepatitis C so the only way to prevent hepatitis C is by changing behaviors which can spread the disease. Pakistan is also facing a huge burden of this disease. In Pakistan, the frequency of hepatitis C virus infection ranges from 8% - 15% in the general population with variations in different parts of the country. The general method of detecting infection with HCV is to observe the presence of antibodies to the virus. The aim of this study was to determine frequency of hepatitis C among general population and to see the increasing frequency in our part. Selection of Patients: All patients visiting outpatient clinics, Hepatitis clinic and indoor patients at Civil Hospital Karachi, Pakistan from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2014 were screened for anti HCV. methods: Blood samples were collected from the patients in Red Topped vaccutainers and allowed to clot, then centrifuged and serum was screened for anti HCV by Immunochromatography (ICT) method. Results: A total of 156,990 patients were screened for anti-HCV, 23,511 (14.98%) patients were reported positive. During the year 2010, total 11,058 patients were screened for anti HCV, 1791 (16%) were positive, while in the year 2011 total 26,921 were screened and 3908 (14.5%) were positive, during the year 2012, total 23,321 were screened, 3036 (14%) were positive, in the year 2013 we screened total 40,483 patients 6070 (15%) were positive, while in 2014, total 55,484 patients were screened and 8584 were positive (15.5%). Objective:To explore potential natural products against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)via the study of structural and non-structural proteins of human ***:In this study,we performed an in-silico survey of 25 potential natural compounds acting against *** docking studies were carried out using compounds against 3-chymotrypsin-like protease(3 CL^(PHO)),papain-like protease(PL^(PRO)),RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(RdRp),non-structural protein(nsp),human angiotensin converting enzyme 2 receptor(hACE2 R),sapike glycoprotein(S protein),abelson murine leukemia viral oncogene homolog 1(ABL1),calcineurin-nuclear factor of activated T-cells(NFAT)and transmembrane protease serine ***:Among the screened compounds,amentoflavone showed the best binding affinity with the 3 CL^(PRO),RdRp,nsp13,nsp15,hACE2 R,ABL1 and calcineurin-NFAT;berbamine with hACE2 R and ABL1;cepharanthine with nsp10,nsp14,nsp16,S protein and ABL1;glucogallin with nsp15;and papyriflavonol A with PL^(PRO)*** good interacting compounds were juglanin,betulinic acid,betulonic acid,broussooflavan A,tomentin A,B and E,7-methoxycryptopleurine,aloe emodin,quercetin,tanshinone I,tylophorine and furruginol,which also showed excellent binding affinity towards a number of target *** of these compounds showed better binding affinities towards the target proteins than the standard drugs used in this ***:Natural products or their derivatives may be one of the potential targets to fight against SARS-CoV-2.

In this talk I report on recent work related to the dynamical generation of baryonic resonances, some made up from pseudoscalar meson-baryon, others from vector meson-baryon and a third type from two meson-one baryon systems. We can establish a correspondence with known baryonic resonances, reinforcing conclusions previously drawn and bringing new light on the nature of some baryonic resonances of higher mass.
