imba.a.ced da.a.classifica.ion is the task of classifying da.a.ets where there is a significant dispa.ity in the number of samples between different *** task is prevalent in practical scena.ios such as industrial fault diagnosis,network intrusion detection,cancer detection,*** imba.a.ced classifica.ion tasks,the focus is typically on achieving high recognition accuracy for the minority ***,due to the challenges presented by imba.a.ced multi-class da.a.ets,such as the scarcity of samples in minority classes and complex inter-class rela.ionships with overlapping bounda.ies,existing methods often do not perform well in multi-class imba.a.ced da.a.classifica.ion tasks,particularly in terms of recognizing minority classes with high ***,this paper proposes a multi-class imba.a.ced da.a.classifica.ion method called CSDSResNet,which is based on a cost-sensitive dualstream residual ***,to address the issue of limited samples in the minority class within imba.a.ced da.a.ets,a dual-stream residual network backbone structure is designed to enhance the model’s feature extraction ***,considering the complexities a.ising fromimba.a.ced inter-class sample quantities and imba.a.ced inter-class overlapping bounda.ies in multi-class imba.a.ced da.a.ets,a unique cost-sensitive loss function is *** loss function places more empha.is on the minority class and the challenging classes with high interclass simila.ity,thereby improving the model’s classifica.ion ***,the effectiveness and genera.iza.ion of the proposed method,CSDSResNet,are evaluated on two da.a.ets:‘DryBeans’and‘Electric Motor Defects’.The experimental results demonstrate that CSDSResNet achieves the best performance on imba.a.ced da.a.ets,with macro_F1-score values improving by 2.9%and 1.9%on the two da.a.ets compared to current state-of-the-art classifica.ion methods,***,it achieves the highest precision in single-class r

Solid polymer electrolytes （SPEs） are highly promising for rea.izing high-ca.a.ity,low-cost,and safe Li metal ***,the Li dendritic growth and side reactions between Li and SPEs also plague these ***,a fluorinated lithium salt coa.ing （FC） with orga.icinorga.ic gra.ient and soft-rigid feature is introduced on Li surface as an artificial protective layer by the in-situ reaction between Li metal and fluorinated carboxylic *** FC layer can improve the interface sta.ility and wetta.ility between Li and SPEs,assist the transport of Li ions,and guide Li nuclea.ion,contributing to a dendrite-free Li deposition and long-lifespan Li metal *** symmetric cell with FC-Li anodes exhibits a high areal ca.a.ity of 1 mah cm-2at 0.5 ma cm-2,and an ultra-long lifespan of 2000 h at a current density of 0.1 m A ***,the full cell paired with the LiFePO4cathode exhibits improved cycling sta.ility,remaining 83.7%ca.a.ity after 500 cycles at 1 *** matching with the S cathode,the FC layer can prevent the shuttle effect,contributing to stable and high-ca.a.ity Li-S *** work provided a promising way for the construction of stable all-solid-state lithium metal batteries with prolonged lifespan.

Single image Super-Resolution(SiSR)technology aims to reconstruct a clear,high-resolution image with more informa.ion from an input low-resolution image that is blurry and contains less *** technology has significant research value and is widely used in fields such as medical ima.ing,satellite image processing,and security *** significant progress in existing research,challenges remain in reconstructing clear and complex texture details,with issues such as edge blurring and artifacts still *** visual perception effect still needs further ***,this study proposes a Pyra.id Sepa.a.le Channel Attention Network(PSCAN)for the SiSR *** designs a convolutional backbone network composed of Pyra.id Sepa.a.le Channel Attention blocks to effectively extract and fuse multi-scale *** expands the model’s receptive field,reduces resolution loss,and enhances the model’s a.ility to reconstruct texture ***,an innova.ive artifact loss function is designed to better distinguish between artifacts and real edge details,reducing artifacts in the reconstructed *** conducted comprehensive abla.ion and compa.a.ive experiments on the a.a.idopsis root image da.a.et and several public *** experimental results show that the proposed PSCAN method achieves the best-known performance in both subjective visual effects and objective evalua.ion metrics,with improvements of 0.84 in Peak Signal-to-Noise Ra.io(PSNR)and 0.017 in Structural Simila.ity index(SSiM).This demonstrates that the method can effectively preserve high-frequency texture details,reduce artifacts,and have good genera.iza.ion performance.

Knowledge Distilla.ion via Hierarchical matching for Small Object Detection

Knowledge distilla.ion is often used for model compression and has achieved a great breakthrough in image classifica.ion,but there still remains scope for improvement in object detection,especially for knowledge extraction of small *** main problem is the features of small objects are often polluted by background noise and not prominent due to down-sampling of convolutional neural network(CNN),resulting in the insufficient refinement of small object features during *** this paper,we propose Hierarchical matching Knowledge Distilla.ion Network(HMKD)that operates on the pyra.id level P2 to pyra.id level P4 of the feature pyra.id network(FPN),aiming to intervene on small object features before *** employ an encoder-decoder network to encapsulate low-resolution,highly semantic informa.ion,a.in to eliciting insights from profound stra.a.within a teacher network,and then match the encapsulated informa.ion with high-resolution feature values of small objects from shallow layers as the *** this period,we use an attention mecha.ism to measure the relevance of the inquiry to the feature *** in the process of decoding,knowledge is distilled to the *** addition,we introduce a supplementary distilla.ion module to mitigate the effects of background *** show that our method achieves excellent improvements for both one-stage and twostage object ***,applying the proposed method on Faster R-CNN achieves 41.7%maP on COCO2017(ResNet50 as the backbone),which is 3.8%higher than that of the baseline.

Si anode is of pa.a.ount importance for advanced energy-dense lithium-ion batteries(LiBs).However,the large volume change as well as stress generates during its lithia.ion-delithia.ion process poses a great challenge to the long-term cycling and hindering its *** this work,a composite binder is prepared with a soft component,guar gum(GG),and a rigid linear polymer,a.ionic polyacryla.ide(a.a.).Rich hydroxy,carboxyl,and a.ide groups on the polymer chains not only enable intermolecular crosslinking to form a web-like binder,A2G1,but also rea.ize strong chemical binding as well as physical encapsula.ing to Si *** resultant electrode shows limited thickness change of merely 9%on lithia.ion and almost recovers its original thickness on *** demonstrates high reversible ca.a.ity of 2104.3 mah g^(-1)after 100 cycles at a current density of 1800 ma g^(-1),and in constant ca.a.ity(1000 mah g^(-1))test,it also shows a long life of 392 ***,this soft-hard combining web-like binder illustrates its great potential in the future applica.ions.

Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the applica.ion of Chinese and Western medicine in the health ma.a.ement of school-age children with asthma.a.d its research progress,with a view to providing a more comprehensive and effective ma.a.ement strategy for the ***:Using the method of literature review,this study systema.ically searched and a.a.yzed the relevant studies on the combina.ion of Chinese and Western medicine in the health ma.a.ement of school-aged children with asthma.in recent years,focusing on Chinese medicine treatment,Western medicine treatment,and the combined health ma.a.ement of Chinese and Western ***:Chinese medicine treatment,Western medicine treatment,and the health ma.a.ement mode of combining Chinese and Western medicine showed unique advantages in school-age asthma.ic *** the comprehensive use of Chinese medicine’s diagnosis and treatment,Chinese medicine conditioning,Chinese medicine cha.a.teristic therapy,and Western medicine’s modern medical methods,it not only effectively relieved asthma symptoms but also significantly improved the qua.ity of life of the *** the same time,this ma.a.ement mode also focuses on the psychological guidance and fa.ily care of the children,forming an all-round and multi-level health ma.a.ement ***:The health ma.a.ement strategy of combining Chinese and Western medicine has a broad applica.ion prospect in school-age asthma.ic children,and its specific interventions and mecha.isms of action should be further studied to provide more scientific and systema.ic guidance for clinical practice.

Objective:This study designs and implements the health prescription of children’s health educa.ion specia.ized nursing clinic based on the physical and mental cha.a.teristics of children with Tourette’s ***:Applying the evidence-based nursing model and nursing intervention theory based on the survey research by searching China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Da.a.ase and Wipro Chinese Science and Technology Journal Da.a.ase,the study collected the literature on the health prescription intervention research in children’s Tourette’s disorders health educa.ion in children’s health educa.ion of specia.ized nursing outpa.ient clinic for review and combined with the specialty cha.a.teristics to formulate“Children’s Tourette’s Disorder Health Educa.ion Prescription.”Results:Tourette’s syndrome in children is a common pediatric neurological disorder,mainly ma.ifested as involuntary,ra.id and repeated muscle twitching and vocal tics,which brings serious psychological pressure and life disturbance to the affected ***:For children with Tourette’s syndrome,healthcare professionals should give enough care and understanding to the children and their parents,provide timely and effective health educa.ion to them,help them improve their bad beha.ioral ha.its,establish correct cognitive attitudes,enhance self-confidence,improve pa.ient compliance,reduce the frequency of recurrence,reduce the incidence of complica.ions and promote children’s physical and mental health development.

With the continuous development of medical technology,combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine has gradually become a research *** a common disease in pediatrics,the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in children is also being explored and *** article summa.izes the research progress of combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of MPP in children in recent years,aiming to provide a useful reference for the combined treatment of MPP in *** article firstly introduces the etiology and pathogenesis of MPP in children,thereafter briefly introduces the Western anti-infective treatment and tra.itional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis and treatment of MPP in children,and lastly introduces the methods of combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine in *** article points out that the combina.ion of Chinese and Western medicine can give full play to the overall regula.ion of Chinese medicine and the precise treatment advantages of Western medicine,improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the use of antibiotics,and lower the recurrence rate of the disease,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
