Experimental investigations on small-and full-scale ship models with polyurea coatings subjected to underwater explosion

Nowadays, the mitigation of damage to a ship caused by the underwater explosion attracts more and more attention from the modern ship designers. In this study, two kinds of scale tests were conducted to investigate the effects of polyurea coatings on the blast resistance of hulls subjected to underwater explosion. Firstly, small-scale model tests with different polyurea coatings were carried out. Results indicate that polyurea has a better blast resistance performance when coated on the front face, which can effectively reduce the maximum deflection of the steel plate by more than 20% and reduce the deformation energy by 35.7%-45.4%. Next, a full-scale ship(approximately 50 m × 9 m) under loadings produced by the detonation of 33 kg of spherical TNT charges was tested, where a part of the ship was coated with polyurea on the front face(8 mm + 24 mm) and not on the contrast area. Damage characteristics on the bottom were statistically analyzed based on a 3D scanning technology, indicating that polyurea contributes to enhancing the blast protection of the ship. However, damage results of this test were different from those of the small-scale tests. Moreover, the deformation area of the bottom with polyurea was greatly increased by 40.1% to disperse explosion energy, a conclusion that cannot be drown from the small-scale tests.

目的对比分析人工晶状体(IOL)无缝线桥型巩膜层间固定术与睫状沟缝线悬吊术后1年的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2019年3月至2022年1月在联勤保障部队第九八八医院行IOL无缝线桥型巩膜层间固定术的患者14例(14眼)作为层间固定组,同期行IOL睫状沟缝线悬吊术的患者15例(15眼)作为缝线悬吊组。随访1年,检查并比较两组患者术前及术后裸眼视力(UCVA)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、等效球镜度数(SE)、角膜内皮细胞计数(ECC)、眼压及IOL位置等。结果术后1个月、6个月及12个月两组患者UCVA均较术前提高,差异均有统计学意义(均为P0.05),但术后各时间点,层间固定组患者的BCVA均优于缝线悬吊组(F=6.170、6.957、10.624,均为P<0.05)。术后层间固定组表现为远视漂移,缝线悬吊组表现为近视漂移。术后1个月、6个月及12个月,层间固定组患者SE分别为(0.59±0.30)D、(0.57±0.27)D和(0.64±0.29)D,缝线悬吊组患者分别为(-0.75±0.44)D、(-0.72±0.42)D和(-1.12±0.64)D。两组患者术后6个月ECC均较术前明显降低(t=8.579、21.929,均为P<0.001)。两组所有术眼术前眼压均在正常范围内,随访期间眼压平稳。随访期间IOL位置均居中,未见明显偏心及倾斜,无玻璃体、视网膜并发症发生。结论IOL无缝线桥型巩膜层间固定术与睫状沟缝线悬吊术后均可使患者获得较好的预后视力,都存在屈光漂移,但无缝线桥型巩膜层间固定术临床效果更佳。

目的观察Surpass Streamline血流导向装置(FD)在颅内动脉瘤手术中的应用效果。方法本研究为前瞻性随机对照研究,选取2021年1月至2023年7月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院普通外科二病区收治的86例颅内动脉瘤患者,男45例,女41例,年龄(65.23±5.25)岁,年龄范围为50~80岁。采用计算机随机分组法将患者随机分为常规组与FD组,每组43例。常规组采用血管内介入栓塞术治疗,FD组采用FD治疗,比较两组患者术后即刻数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查结果、围术期不良事件发生率、血管内皮功能[纤溶酶原激活抑制物(PAI-1)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、内皮素-1]、神经功能[半乳糖凝集素3(Gal3)、粒细胞巨噬细胞-集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)、神经肽Y]及预后情况[格拉斯哥预后指数(GOS)、改良Fisher量表(mFS)]。结果FD组患者的瘤体完全显影率[32.6%(14/43)]高于常规组[2.3%(1/43)],完全闭塞率[51.2%(22/43)]低于常规组[76.7%(33/43)],围术期不良事件发生率[4.7%(2/43)]低于常规组[23.3%(10/43)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,FD组的PAI-1[(12.31±3.24)μg/L]、t-PA[(3.42±0.41)μg/L]、内皮素-1[(50.38±10.31)ng/L]、Gal3[(5.45±1.33)μg/L]、GM-CSF[(8.31±1.26)×10^(3)/mm^(3)]、神经肽Y[(185.66±20.41)pg/ml]、mFS评分[(1.41±0.25)分]均低于常规组[(14.88±3.61)μg/L、(4.25±1.77)μg/L、(55.29±10.42)ng/L、(6.33±1.82)μg/L、(10.41±2.45)×10^(3)/mm^(3)、(201.47±20.45)pg/ml、(2.46±0.88)分],GOS[(4.61±1.32)分]高于常规组[(3.72±0.85)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Surpass Streamline FD治疗能改善颅内动脉瘤患者的术后即刻造影结果,对降低围术期不良事件发生风险、改善血管内皮功能、神经功能及患者预后情况均有积极意义。

目的调查四川省甘孜州棘球蚴病流行区家犬肠道蠕虫感染情况,为当地人兽共患寄生虫病的防控提供参考。方法于2023年4月在四川省甘孜州的道孚县,白玉县,德格县和石渠县四个棘球蚴病流行县的18个自然村养犬户院内收集新鲜家犬粪便,提取粪样DNA,通过PCR扩增核糖体的18SrRNA基因、线粒体的cox 1基因和nad 1基因进行虫种鉴定,产物序列在NCBI数据库中进行比对分析以鉴定虫种,统计家犬粪便的蠕虫检出率。结果本次调查采集家犬粪样道孚县48份,白玉县46份,德格县49份和石渠县47份,190份家犬粪便中有20份检出寄生虫DNA,寄生虫总检出率为10.53%。不同年龄段的犬只蠕虫检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.839,P<0.05),其中5~10岁的犬只蠕虫检出率最高,为10.87%(10/53)。虫种检出率为:狮弓蛔线虫4.74%(9/190),狭首钩刺线虫2.63%(5/190),Chronogaster typica和蛇形毛圆线虫检出率均为1.05%(2/190),Leidynema portentosae,四翼无刺线虫,Diplogasteroides luxuriosae和食道口线虫检出率均为0.53%(1/190)。190份家犬粪便均未检测出棘球绦虫DNA。虫种检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.22,P<0.05)。其中同时检出2种蠕虫的占10%(2/20)。家犬粪便蠕虫检出率德格县为14.29%(7/49),石渠县检出率为12.77%(6/47),道孚县检出率为10.42%(5/48),白玉县检出率为4.35%(2/46)。不同采样点的检出率之间无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.851,P=0.415)。狭首钩刺线虫在四县的检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.439,P<0.05),德格县的狭首钩刺线虫检出率最高,为8.16%(4/49)。结论四川省甘孜州棘球蚴病流行区家犬肠道内存在多种蠕虫感染,且部分地区检出率较高,棘球绦虫感染率为0,当地居民依旧存在一定的犬源性寄生线虫感染风险。

Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)are considered promising candidates for next-generation battery technologies owing to their outstanding theoretical energy density and ***,the low conductivity and polysulfide shuttling effect of S cathodes severely hamper the practical performance of ***,in situ-generated single layer MXene nanosheet/hierarchical porous carbonized wood fiber(MX/PCWF)composites are prepared via a nonhazardous eutectic activation strategy coupled with pyrolysis-induced gas *** unique architecture,wherein single layer MXene nanosheets are constructed on carbonized wood fiber walls,ensures rapid polysulfide conversion and continuous electron transfer for redox *** C-Ti-C bonds formed between MXene and PCWF can considerably expedite the conversion of polysulfides,effectively suppressing the shuttle *** impressive capacity of 1301.1 m A h g^(-1)at 0.5 C accompanied by remarkable stability is attained with the MX/PCWF host,as evidenced by the capacity maintenance of 722.6 m A h g^(-1)after 500 ***,the MX/PCWF/S cathode can still deliver a high capacity of 886.8 m A h g^(-1)at a high S loading of 5.6 mg cm^(-2).The construction of two-dimensional MXenes on natural wood fiber walls offers a competitive edge over S-based cathode materials and demonstrates a novel strategy for developing high-performance batteries.

This work aims to research the effects on the early responses of the air-backed plate subjected to the loading generated by the underwater explosion with aluminized *** loading characteristics of underwater explosion for ideal explosive(TNT),aluminized explosives(RS211 and RBUL) are obtained *** tested aluminized explosives have different energy output compared with *** on the Taylor plate theory,the early responses of the air-backed steel plate affected by the measured loading is *** analytical results indicate that the pressure curve of the shock wave within 1 time decay constant is the main factor affecting the kick-off velocity of the plate when cavitation *** velocity responses of the plate produced by the loading of RS211 and RBUL are obviously different with that of an equivalent TNT charge,which also indicates validity and suitability should be noticed in the case of substituting TNT for aluminized ***,the uncertainties in the responses of the plate produced by RS211 and RBUL are much larger than TNT.

FluxExplorer: A general platform for modeling and analyses of metabolic net-works based on stoichiometry

Stoichiometry-based analyses of meta- bolic networks have aroused significant interest of systems biology researchers in recent years. It is necessary to develop a more convenient modeling platform on which users can reconstruct their network models using completely graphical operations, and explore them with powerful analyzing modules to get a better understanding of the properties of metabolic systems. Herein, an in silico platform, FluxExplorer, for metabolic modeling and analyses based on stoichiometry has been developed as a publicly available tool for systems biology research. This platform integrates various analytic approaches, in- cluding flux balance analysis, minimization of meta- bolic adjustment, extreme pathways analysis, shadow prices analysis, and singular value decom- position, providing a thorough characterization of the metabolic system. Using a graphic modeling process, metabolic networks can be reconstructed and modi- fied intuitively and conveniently. The inconsistencies of a model with respect to the FBA principles can be proved automatically. In addition, this platform sup- ports systems biology markup language (SBML). FluxExplorer has been applied to rebuild a metabolic network in mammalian mitochondria, producing meaningful results. Generally, it is a powerful and very convenient tool for metabolic network modeling and analysis.
