Subarachnoid hemorrhage by a ruptured cerebral aneurysmremains the most devastating cerebrovascular disorderswith high morbidity and mortality (Suzuki et al.,2017), which are mainly caused by early brain injury anddelayed cerebral ischemia. Despite many experimentaland clinical research efforts, the mechanisms of earlybrain injury as well as delayed cerebral ischemia remainunclarified. However, recent works have suggested thattenascin-C, which is a special type of secreted extracellularmatrix proteins, is promising as a novel therapeutictarget against post-subarachnoid hemorrhage early braininjury and delayed cerebral ischemia.

Reservoir characterization is the process of accessing the viability of the reservoir with the determination of the physical reservoir parameters ***,permeability,lithology,formation thickness,saturation,*** data types *** data,well-log data,and petrophysical core data are manipulated individually or integrated together to gain a better insight into these reservoir ***,approaches like empirical,and model-driven deterministic methods including soft computing methods like machine learning（ML）have been established to determine these *** learning is a widely accepted and appreciated approach in reservoir *** machine learning algorithms are successfully employed and proven to be better performing than the conventional methods of reservoir parameter *** subpar performance of conventional methods and their time and capital inefficienc y aspires to machine learning usage in reservoir *** this study,reservoir parameters:S-wave velocity,porosity,permeability,and shale percentage are predicted using machine learning regression algorithms:Support vector regression（SVR）,Random Forest（RF）,and Deep neural network（DNN）.S-wave velocity is predicted using well logs and porosity,permeability,and shale are predicted using both well logs and seismic *** study makes use of the data from a tight sandstone reservoir in the Hangjinqi area of the Ordos basin in *** establishes the applicability of ML algorithms for a heterogeneous reservoir with a comparative ML regression model analysis.S-wave velocity is predicted from well log attributes:acoustic（AC）,density（DEN）,and gamma-ray log（GR）with a good performance by all three ***,SVR outperforms the remaining with an accuracy of 0.972 *** model performance is validated with a blind well test as ***,Permeability,and Shale percentage were predicted with inputs P-impedance,S-impedance,V/V ratio,and density.A

A study the with first principles calculation of the interfaces of the Ni layer or Cu layer on the Fe(100) surface formed with metal plating was *** or Cu atoms were shown to adopt the corresponding position to the bcc structure of the Fe(100) *** calculations showed that the interfaces of Ni(5 atomic layers)/Fe(100)(5 layers) or Cu(5 atomic layers)/Fe(100)(5 layers) had square *** orientation relationship of Ni/Fe(100) interface corresponds to fcc-Ni(100)//bcc-Fe(100),Ni[011]//Fe[010],and Ni[011]//Fe[001].Similar results were obtained for Cu/Fe(100) *** structure was supported by TEM analysis of plated Ni layer on Fe(100) *** adhesion strength of the Ni/Fe(100) interface evaluated by first principles calculation was higher than that of the Cu/Fe(100) *** experimental results of Hull cell iron plated with Ni or Cu supported the results of the *** results indicate that the first principles calculation,which deals with the ideal interface at the atomic scale,has the potential to evaluate the adhesion strength of metallic material interfaces.

The Halcyon O-ring gantry linear accelerator from Varian Medical Systems is delivered with a hardcoded beam-source model and Analytical Anisotropic Algorithm dose calculation algorithm as standard, while the Acuros XB algorithm is a purchasable option. The models in both algorithms are factory-configured and do not permit fine-tuning by the user. In this study, we compared the two algorithms for sequential boost RapidArc treatment planning of Head & Neck cancers using D98%, D95%, D50%, D2% and maximum dose to assess dose coverage of nodal and tumor planning target volumes (PTV_N and PTV_T, respectively), and cochlear D5%, parotid D20%, D50%, mean dose, and cord maximum dose to evaluate doses to organs- at-risk. The conformity index (CI), homogeneity index (HI) and total number of monitor units (MU) quantified plan quality. We found statistically significant differences in PTV_N D2%, maximum dose, HI, PTV_T D98%, D95%, D2%, Max, HI, and total MU. Statistically significant differences in Cochlear D5% and Parotid mean doses were also encountered. These differences may not necessarily be clinically significant, however. Therefore, we believe that both calculation algorithms are adequate for RapidArc planning of Head & Neck cancers.

Some new pyridazinone derivatives(3) were synthesized through addition of antipyrin to β- aroylacrylic acids (1) followed by cyclization of the adducts. Reactions of 3 with ethyl bromoacetate, benzenesulfonyl chloride, benzoyl chloride and POCl_3 give N-substituted products and monochlorosub- stituted pyridazines (4), respectively. The reactions of the latter with thiourea give unexpected dithio- derivatives(5), which react with phenylhydrazine to give pyrazolopyridazino pyridazine derivatives (6). Reactions of 2 with NH_2OH in ethanol and pyridine afford oxime and oxazinone derivatives 7 and 8, tespectively. The antibacterial activities of several compounds were screened.
