Saturation Estimation with Complex Electrical Conductivity for Hydrate-Bearing Clayey Sediments:An Experimental Study

Clays have considerable influence on the electrical properties of hydrate-bearing *** is desirable to understand the electrical properties of hydrate-bearing clayey sediments and to build hydrate saturation(S_(h))models for reservoir evaluation and *** electrical properties of tetrahydrofuran-hydrate-bearing sediments with montmorillonite are characterized by complex conductivity at frequencies from 0.01 Hz to 1 *** effects of clay and sh on the complex conductivity were analyzed.A decrease and increase in electrical conductance result from the clay-swelling-induced blockage and ion migration in the electrical double layer(EDL),*** quadrature conductivity increases with the clay content up to 10%because of the increased surface site density of counterions in *** the in-phase conductivity and quadrature conductivity decrease consistently with increasing sh from 0.50 to *** sets of models for sh evaluation were *** model based on the Simandoux equation outperforms Archie’s formula,with a root-mean-square error(E_(RMS))of 1.8%and 3.9%,respectively,highlighting the clay effects on the in-phase *** fre-quency effect correlations based on in-phase and quadrature conductivities exhibit inferior performance(E_(RMS)=11.6%and 13.2%,re-spectively)due to the challenge of choosing an appropriate pair of frequencies and intrinsic uncertainties from two *** second-order Cole-Cole formula can be used to fit the complex-conductivity *** pair of inverted Cole-Cole parameters,i.e.,characteristic time and chargeability,is employed to predict S_(h) with an E_(RMS) of 5.05%and 9.05%,respectively.

Improving Network Availability through Optimized Multipath Routing and Incremental Deployment Strategies

Investigation on Magnetorheological Effect of Novel Self-healing Magnetorheological Elastomers

Obg样ATP酶1促进人B细胞淋巴瘤Romas细胞生长的机制研究

目的:探讨Obg样ATP酶1(Obg-like ATPase 1,OLA1)基因在人B细胞淋巴瘤Romas细胞发生发展过程中的作用机制。方法:利用基因表达谱数据交互分析(Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis,GEPIA)数据库,对弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL)组织中OLA1基因的差异表达进行分析,并考察GSE181063数据库中OLA1的表达对患者生存期的影响。采用感染逆转录病毒的方法,在Romas细胞中构建OLA1基因稳定敲减(OLA1-sh)和阴性对照细胞系。为判定敲减OLA1对Romas细胞生长机制的影响,采用细胞计数法、CCK-8法、小鼠皮下成瘤实验以及Ki67免疫组化染色检测细胞活力和增殖,流式细胞术检测细胞周期及凋亡,TUNEL荧光染色检测细胞凋亡。通过TCGA数据库中48例DLBCL患者的差异基因,分析OLA1基因与细胞周期和凋亡相关基因的关联。RT-qPCR法检测细胞周期及凋亡相关基因,Western blot检测细胞周期及凋亡相关蛋白。结果:OLA1基因在DLBCL中呈高表达(P<0.05),敲减OLA1能显著抑制Romas细胞的增殖,阻滞细胞周期并诱导其凋亡(P<0.05或P<0.01)。此外,敲减OLA1还能促进Bax的mRNA及蛋白表达,抑制细胞周期蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶6(cyclin-dependent kinase 6,CDK6)、细胞周期蛋白E1(cyclin E1)和BCL2的mRNA及蛋白表达(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:敲减OLA1基因能够显著抑制人B细胞淋巴瘤Romas细胞的生长,其作用机制可能涉及细胞周期的阻滞及细胞凋亡的诱导。

Human monoamine oxidase B(hMAO-B)has emerged as a pivotal therapeutic target for Parkinson's *** to adverse effects and shortage of commercial drugs,there is a need for novel,highly selective,and reversible hMAO-B inhibitors with good blood-brain barrier *** this study,a high-throughput at-line nanofractionation screening platform was established with extracts from Chuanxiong Rhizoma,which resulted in the discovery of 75 active compounds,including phenolic acids,volatile oils,and phthalides,two of which were highly selective novel natural phthalide hMAO-B inhibitors that were potent,selective,reversible and had good blood‒brain *** docking and molecular dynamics simulations elucidated the inhibition ***(IC_(50)=103 nmol/L;SI=645)and neocnidilide(IC_(50)=131 nmol/L;SI=207)demonstrated their excellent potential as hMAO-B *** offset the limitations of deactivating enzymes associated with irreversible hMAO-B inhibitors such as *** sh-SY5Y cell assays,sedanolide(EC_(50)=0.962μmol/L)and neocnidilide(EC_(50)=1.161μmol/L)exhibited significant neuroprotective effects,comparable to the positive drugs rasagiline(EC_(50)=0.896μmol/L)and safinamide(EC_(50)=1.079μmol/L).These findings underscore the potential of sedanolide as a novel natural hMAO-B inhibitor that warrants further development as a promising drug candidate.

Ten ring-B aromatized ergosterols from Aspergillus spectabilis

Effects of cellulase-producing strains on the nutritional and soluble dietary fiber properties of whole wheat flour

Whole wheat flour is a food raw material rich in macronutrients， but its application in baking industry is limited due to the existence of a large amount of insoluble dietary fiber in bran. In order to make full use of this resource， we first screened twelve cellulase-producing strains， and then extracted soluble dietary fiber (SDF) from whole wheat flour after fermentation with 3 strains of Aspergillus sp. and 2 strains of Bacillus sp.， respectively. The effects of different strains on nutritional characteristics， SDF yield， structure improvement， and antioxidant activity of whole wheat flour were compared. The results showed that fermentation of whole wheat significantly increased the yield of SDF， the content of nutritive active substances， and improved the physicochemical structure and antioxidant activity of SDF in vitro. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM)， X-ray diffraction and liquidity characteristics show that the fermentation to make whole wheat SDF has more porous microstructure and crystallinity of lower molecular weight. Fourier transform infrared spectrum showed that there were differences in functional group types between C-SDF and F-SDF. These changes together improved the hydration performance and antioxidant activity of whole wheat SDF， including water holding capacity， oil holding capacity， cholesterol adsorption， DPPH， ABTS and hydroxyl radical scavenging， and lipase activity inhibition. Bacillus sp. sh and Aspergillus oryzae Y21 are ideal strains for fermentation of improved whole wheat， which has the potential of antioxidant properties while improving nutritional properties and food quality.

Adaptability of two cellulase producing strains Bacillus sp. sh and Aspergillus oryzae Y21 in whole wheat dough and impact on the quality of whole wheat bread

Compared to refined wheat flour， whole wheat flour contains higher nutrients， but its high content of dietary fiber can have a significant impact on the quality of the final product. Therefore， how to enable consumers to obtain health benefits from whole wheat flour and improve the processing performance of whole wheat products has become a concern. The purpose of this study is to apply two strains Bacillus sp. sh and Aspergillus oryzae Y21 with cellulase production capacity and study their adaptability in whole wheat dough. The results indicate that the addition of cellulase-producing strains enhanced the acid production ability of whole wheat dough， rapidly reduced its pH value and insoluble dietary fiber content， and significantly increased the water-soluble arabinoxylan and water-soluble dietary fiber content. During the fermentation process， the viscoelasticity of the dough decreased， free sulfhydryl content increased， wet gluten content decreased， and the degree of reduction was consistent with the degree of acidification. Moreover， the proteolytic activity of the dough was increased， and the hydrolysis of gliadin was the most extensive. Bacillus sp. sh showed a higher advantage and has been used in whole wheat bread making. Increasing the proportion of strain sh in whole wheat bread can improve the structural characteristics and texture of the bread. When sh (5 × 107CFU/g) is added to whole wheat bread， its hardness， elasticity， chewiness， and resilience can be similar to those of bread made from control group wheat flour， far exceeding that of whole wheat bread without adding sh. The addition of cellulase producing strains has obvious advantages in the development of whole-wheat dough， and also promote the development of whole wheat fermented foods as staple foods.

多种模式降水预报的稳定性特征研究

预报的稳定性是指对同一时段在不同时间发布的多时效预报结论的一致性,是模式预报质量的一个重要方面,较大的不稳定性会给使用者造成困扰。为深入了解业务常用模式的稳定性,使用相对标准偏差指标计算不同时效预报的降水量波动大小,并改进了Flip-Flop指数(改进后简称FF_(norm)),计算多时效降水量预报变化趋势的翻转程度,衡量预报变化趋势的稳定性,对2种全球模式(ECMWF、NCEP-GFS)、3种区域模式(CMA-MESO、CMA-sh9、HHUPS-ST),在中国6个气候分区中降水预报的稳定性进行对比分析,分为实况有降水和暴雨及以上降水2种情况进行了讨论。结果表明:实况有降水时,相对区域模式来说,全球模式的多时效降水预报的相对标准偏差较小,即模式降水量预报的波动较小;各模式对西南区的西部、东北区的东部以及华南区的南部预报的波动性相对较小,西北区的西部波动性较大。就多时效降水量预报变化趋势而言,2种情况下均为CMA-MESO、NCEP-GFS和ECMWF的稳定性较好,其FF_(norm)指数小于HHUPS-ST和CMA-sh9模式,其中CMA-MESO对西南区、华南部分地区降水量预报变化趋势的稳定性较为突出;CMA-sh9的指数最大,多时效降水量预报变化趋势稳定性较差;各模式对长江中下游地区的FF norm指数相对较大,多时效预报趋势的稳定性较差。有降水时,CMA-MESO随时效临近的降水量预报变化趋势稳定(单调递增、单调递减或不变)的频次最多,其次是NCEP-GFS,2种降水情况下,该2种模式的降水量预报均为随时效临近单调递增次数大于递减次数,且CMA-MESO单调递增特征尤其显著。以上特征能够为模式调试和预报决策提供参考。
