Deep-seated toppling in the upper reaches of the Lancang River,southw.st china involves deform.tions exceeding 100 m.in *** slope deform.tion is initiated by river dow.cutting and evolves distinctive characteristics w.th a depth of river *** this study,w. propose a system.for evaluating the stability of deep-seated toppled slopes in different evolutionary *** system.contains identification criteria for each.evolutionary stage and provides the corresponding stability evaluation *** on the m.chanical and kinem.tic analysis of slope blocks,the specific stage of slope m.vem.nt can be identified in the field through outcrop m.pping,in situ tests,surface displacem.nt m.nitoring,and adit and borehole *** stability evaluation m.thods are established based on the lim.ting equilibrium.theory and the strain com.atibility betw.en the undisturbed zone and the toppled ***,several sam.le slopes in different evolution stages have been investigated to verify the applicability and accuracy of the proposed stability evaluation *** results indicate that intense tectonic activity and rapid river incision lead to a m.xim.m.principal stress ratio exceeding 10 near the slope surface,thus triggering w.despread toppling deform.tions along the river *** considering the losses of joint cohesion during the further rotation process,the safety factor of the slope drops by 7%e28%.The self-stabilization of toppling deform.tion can be recognized by the layer sym.etry configuration after the free rotation of the deflected *** toppled rock blocks m.inly suffer sliding failures beyond the layer sym.etry *** factor of safety of the K73 rockslide decreased from.1.17 to 0.87 by considering the developm.nt of the potential sliding surface and the toesaturated zone.

m.unting evidence points to critical roles for DNA m.difications, including 5-m.thylcytosine （5m.） and its oxidized form., in the developm.nt, plasticity and disorders of the m.m.alian nervous system. The novel DNA base 5- hydroxym.thylcytosine （5hm.） is know. to be capable of initiating passive or active DNA dem.thylation, but w.ether and how.extensively 5hm. functions in shaping the post-m.totic neuronal DNA m.thylom. is unclear. Here w. report the genom.-w.de distribution of 5hm. in dentate granule neurons from.adult m.use hippocam.us in vivo. 5hm. in the neuronal genom. is highly enriched in gene bodies, especially in exons, and correlates w.th gene expression. Direct genom.-w.de com.arison of 5hm. distribution betw.en em.ryonic stem.cells and neurons reveals extensive differences, reflecting the functional disparity betw.en these tw. cell types. Im.ortantly, integrative analysis of 5hm., overall DNA m.thylation and gene expression profiles of dentate granule neurons in vivo reveals the genom.-w.de antagonism.betw.en these tw. states of cytosine m.difications, supporting a role for 5hm. in shaping the neuronal DNA m.thylom. by prom.ting active DNA dem.thylation.

To im.rove the phosphorus(P)recovery efficiency from.livestock w.stew.ter,a novel m.O doped m.ldew.d corn biochar w.th therm.l pre-puffing treatm.nt(m.-PBC)and w.thout pre-puffing(m.-BC)w.s synthesized and *** therm.l-puffing pretreatm.nt im.roved the effectiveness of m.tal soaking and m.O dispersion.P recovery tim. w.th m.-PBC(7 h)w.s significantly shorter than that w.th m.-BC(12 h).m.reover,m.-PBC show.d significantly higher P recovery capacity(241 m. g^(−1))than m.-BC(96.6 m. g^(−1)).P recovery capacity of the m.-PBC fitted to the Thom.s m.del w.s 90.7 m. g^(−1),w.ich w.s 4 tim.s higher than that of m.-BC(22.9 m. g^(−1))under colum. test *** m.chanism. involved in P recovery included precipitation,surface com.lexation,and electrostatic *** adsorption,both m.-BC and m.-PBC show.d relatively low.regeneration *** P loaded m.-BC(m.-BC-P)and m.-PBC(m.-PBC-P),the later particularly,obviously increased the available P content and prom.ted plant *** release of P increased w.th tim. in the m.-PBC-P treated soil,w.ile it decreased w.th tim. in the P fertilizer treated soil.A cost-benefit analysis revealed that therm.l-puffing pretreatm.nt greatly increased the profit of m.O doped biochar from.0.66 to 5.90 US$kg^(−1).These findings highlight that biom.ss pre-puffing is a feasible treatm.nt to produce m.O m.dified biochar and to recover P from.livestock w.stew.ter,and that the m.-PBC-P can be used as a slow.release P fertilizer.

Crystal m.rphology of m.tal oxides in engineered m.tal-biochar com.osites governs the rem.val of phosphorus(P)from.aqueous *** to our best know.edge,preparation of bio-assem.led m.O-coated biochar and its application for the rem.val of P from.solutions and kitchen w.ste ferm.ntation liquids have not yet been ***,in this study,a needle-like m.O particle coated tea w.ste biochar com.osite(m.C)w.s prepared through a novel biological assem.ly and tem.late elim.nation *** produced m.C w.s used as an adsorbent for rem.ving P from.a synthetic solution and real kitchen w.ste ferm.ntation *** m.xim.m.P sorption capacities of the m.C,deduced from.the Langm.ir m.del,w.re 58.80 m. g^(−1) from.the solution at pH 7 and 192.8 m. g^(−1) from.the ferm.ntation liquid at pH *** increase of ionic strength(0-0.1 m.l L^(−1) NaNO_(3))reduced P rem.val efficiency from.98.53%to 93.01%in the synthetic solution but had no significant im.act on P rem.val from.the ferm.ntation *** of m.HPO4 and m.(H2PO4)2(76.5%),ligand exchange(18.0%),and electrostatic attraction(5.5%)w.re the potential m.chanism. for P sorption from.the synthetic solution,w.ile struvite form.tion(57.6%)and ligand exchange(42.2%)governed the sorption of P from.the kitchen w.ste ferm.ntation *** to previously reported m.O-biochar com.osites,m.C had a low.r P sorption capacity in phosphate solution but a higher P sorption capacity in ferm.ntation ***,the studied m.C could be used as an effective candidate for the rem.val of P from.aqueous environm.nts,and especially from.the ferm.ntation *** the future,it w.ll be necessary to system.tically com.are the perform.nce of m.tal-biochar com.osites w.th different m.tal oxide crystal m.rphology for P rem.val from.different types of w.stew.ter.

资源描述框架(resource description fram.w.rk,RDF)作为一个展示、共享和连接网络上的数据的模型,已经被广泛地用在各种应用中.同时,SPARQL(sim.le protocol and RDF query language)作为一种结构化查询语言则被用来支持对RDF数据进行查询检索.随着RDF数据规模的日益增长,在现有RDF数据库上进行SPARQL查询处理已经超出了单机的处理能力.于是,人们需要设计出高性能的分布式RDF数据库以支持对SPARQL查询进行高效的处理.当前,已经有大量的工作来讨论如何搭建分布式RDF数据管理系统.对这些不同的分布式RDF数据管理方法进行综述,将现有的分布式RDF数据管理方法分成3类:基于云计算平台的分布式RDF数据管理方法、基于数据划分的分布式RDF数据管理方法和联邦式系统.基于云计算平台的分布式RDF数据管理方法利用已有云平台进行RDF数据的管理;基于数据划分的分布式RDF数据管理方法首先将RDF数据图划分成若干子图,然后将这些子图分配到不同计算节点上;联邦式系统的特点是数据已经分布在不同节点上,数据管理系统无法控制数据的分布.在每类分布式RDF数据管理方法的介绍中,将深入讨论以帮助读者了解各种方法的特点.

俯冲板块能够输送哪些物质进入深部地幔?通过什么载体?这些问题对于理解地球物质循环至关重要,但目前仍不明确。为了研究这些问题,美国宝石研究所和美国卡耐基研究所的研究者们对超深金刚石中的矿物包裹体开展了地球化学研究。样品是Ⅱa型(N含量小于5 ppm.)、大颗粒的金刚石,包括重量达到3106克拉的库里南金刚石。前人针对这些金刚石中的硅酸盐包裹体矿物(超硅石榴石和Ca钙钛矿)的研究显示其来源深度为360~750 km.

电极处加入CaCl_2溶液对高岭土电渗试验的影响

为了研究高岭土电渗过程中在电极处加入CaCl_2溶液对电流、排水量、界面电阻、土体电阻率及最终抗剪强度等的影响,开展了相关室内试验。结果表明:电极处加入CaCl_2溶液后,电流的减小趋势得到有效控制,电渗过程中电流大小与加入CaCl_2溶... 详细信息

为了研究高岭土电渗过程中在电极处加入CaCl_2溶液对电流、排水量、界面电阻、土体电阻率及最终抗剪强度等的影响,开展了相关室内试验。结果表明:电极处加入CaCl_2溶液后,电流的减小趋势得到有效控制,电渗过程中电流大小与加入CaCl_2溶液的量有关,也可能与阳极所加CaCl_2溶液所占比例或者与CaCl_2溶液加入的时间有关;排水量变大,本试验条件下电渗排水量提高了10.9%;电极处加入CaCl_2溶液对阴极处界面电阻的减小很明显;电极处加入CaCl_2溶液后土体总电阻率下降较为明显,而阴极附近土体电阻率的下降对土体总电阻率下降起主要贡献;阳极和中部土体最终抗剪强度提高比较明显,尤其是阳极土体最终抗剪强度提高了16.4 k Pa,但阴极土体抗剪强度无明显提高,因此可以考虑用反转电极的方法来加固阴极土体。该研究可为高岭土电渗试验提供新思路。
