The results of researches aimed to establish the optimum growing space and density of standing of plants at cultivation of cauliflower seeds in Uzbekistan are stated in the article. Researches were spent in the suburb of Tashkent with a mid-early grade ＂Domestic＂. In experiences were compared 5 densities of standing （31746, 35714, 40806, 47620 and 57142 pieces/hectare） received at planting of sprouts with row-spacing of 70 sm and distance between plants in a row 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 sm. Experiences were pawned in quadruple frequency with the area of an allotment 10 m2. 60-65 day sprouts were planted under film tunnel shelters on February 11-12. Film shelters were kept over plants till the end of march. Seed plants were grown up without formation. Experiences were accompanied by phonological control, calculation of leaves quantity, an establishment of average weight of a head, definition of quantity of the plants, which have given seeds, the account of a crop of seeds from a bush and of a unit of area. It has been defined that reception of seeds of a cauliflower at cultivation under film tunnels is quite possible in Uzbekistan. It is established that with representation of the big growing space the plants form more leaves, earlier and larger form the heads, develop the testicles acceleration and increase their seed efficiency. It has been revealed that the more plants thickness is, the bigger share of them does not give seeds. In this connection the greatest crop of seeds has been received at growing space 70x45 sm at which 31.7 thousand Pl/ha had been planted. It is proved that in the conditions of Uzbekistan it is possible to cultivate high-grade seeds of cauliflower with productivity of 127-147 kg/ha.

The possibility of determining of chromium (III, VI) ions was investigated in this paper. It is shown that the electrode on а basis of heаzlewoodite has high selectivity to chromium (III) ions. Also the stability constants of complexes, forming in system “Cr3+-mohr’s salt-Ca(OH)2-PVA ÷ PAA” were determined by potentiometric titration with ion-selective electrode.

In this paper, a novel gesture spotting and recognition technique is proposed to handle hand gesture from continuous hand motion based on Conditional Random Fields in conjunction with Support Vector machine. Firstly, YCbCr color space and 3D depth map are used to detect and segment the hand. The depth map is to neutralize complex background sense. Secondly, 3D spatio-temporal features for hand volume of dynamic affine-invariants like elliptic Fourier and Zernike moments are extracted, in addition to three orientations motion features. Finally, the hand gesture is spotted and recognized by using the discriminative Conditional Random Fields model. Accordingly, a Support Vector machine verifies the hand shape at the start and the end point of meaningful gesture, which enforces vigorous view invariant task. Experiments demonstrate that the proposed method can successfully spot and recognize hand gesture from continuous hand motion data with 92.50% recognition rate.

Objective:To evaluate the cytotoxicity and hepatoprotective potentials of extracts,fractions or isolated compound from the leaves of Feronia limonia(***).methods:Qualitative phytochemical analysis of extracts,fractions or compound was performed by means of thin layer chromatography and spectroscopic ***%purity of compound was measured by analytical ***,fractions or compound have been individually evaluated for their cytotoxicity effects(10,20,100,250,500,750 and 1 000 μg/mL).Based on the inhibitory concentration(IC_(50)) obtained from the cell viability assay,graded concentrations of extracts,fractions or isolated compound were assessed(10,20,50,100,200 μg/mL) for its hepatoprotective potential against CCl_4-induced hepatotoxicity by monitoring activity levels of serum glutamatic pyruvatic transaminase(SGPT) and serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(SGOT).Results:Results indicated that the methanol extract of *** was non-toxic and hepatoprotective in nature as compared with the petroleum ether *** acetone fraction of methanolic extract also showed similar properties but the subsequent two fractions were ***,the pure compound isolated from the penultimate fraction of methanolic extract was non-toxic and hepatoprotective in *** investigations(SCOT,SCPT) further corroborated these cytological ***:It can be concluded from this study that *** methanol extract,some fractions and pure isolated compound herein exhibit hepatoprotective ***,cytotoxicity recorded in the penultimate fraction and investigation of structural details of pure compound warrants further study.

A problem of pursuit in the controlled systems of elliptic type without mixed derivatives with variable coefficients was considered. The model of the considered system is described by partial differential equations. The players (opponents) control parameters occur on the right-hand side of the equation and are subjected to various constraints. The first player’s goal is to bring the system from one state into another desired state;the second player’s goal is to prevent this from happening. We represent new sufficient conditions for bringing the system from one state into another. The finite-difference method is used to solve this problem.

The electrical conductivity of pure CaTiO3 and that containing 0.5~5.0 mole fraction CuO as dopant were measured in the temperature range 291~773 K. The conductivity values varied as a function of temperature and dopant concentration. The activation energy in the lower temper- ature range depended on the impurity content while in the high temperature range it indicated a value of energy gap width. The infrared absorption spectra in the range of 100~4000 cm-1 revealed the presence of two main bands at 340 and 570 cm-1 which were assigned to Ti06 oc- tahedral normal mode. Bands in the range of 106~270 cm-1 were due to the vibration of anion TiO3-2. Some bands were observed at higher values due to the presence of lattice imperfections. There was a slight shift in band position with increasing dopant concentration which favors the formation of orthorhombic modification.

Poultry breeding in a traditional and open environment will carry a great potential of causing parasitic infections in poultry At the present study, 110 domestic poultry were gathered randomly from wet areas （Gorgan, minoodasht, Azadshahr, Ali Abad Katool, Kalaleh, Galikesh） and dry areas （Gonbad Kavoos, Agh Ghala） of Golestan province in 1388s. After dissecting, their bronchial tube and digestive system were examined for presenting of parasitic helminthes. Consequently, the rate of parasitic infection in domestic poultry was 92.73% which comprised： Heterakis gallinarum （18.18%）, Subulura brumpti （7.27%）, Acuaria spiralis （15.45%）, Capillaria sp （1.81%）, Ascaridia galli （48.18%）, Syngamus trachea （15.45%）, Syngamus trachea sp （2.73%）, Choanotaenia infundibulum （11.81%）, Raillietina tetragona （53.63%）, Raillietina cesticyllus （14.45%）, Raillietina echinobothrida （25.45%） Drepanidotaenia lanceolata （1.81%）. It is also necessary to cite that there is no relevance between helminth infection and age （P = 0.178）, species （P = 0.278） and geographical zone （P = 0.504）. Therefore, in order to reduce the parasitic infection, performing a directorial system beside the efforts for reducing its potentiality is extremely necessary.

This work aimed at isolation, purification and study of biochemical features of cellulolytic enzymes synthesized by Trichoderma harzianum UzCF-28 strain. Strain UzCF-28 revealed a high cellulolytic activity during submerged cultivation in the liquid culture on modified mandels nutrient medium, where wheat straw was used as a source of carbon. As a result of purification by precipitation with ammonium sulfate and further ion exchange chromatography, two isoforms of endo- 1,4-β-glucanase-EG II and EG III with molecular weight of 135 and 75 kDa respectively were revealed. The pH optimum for EG I and EG III was 4.5, while for EG II—4.7, irrespective of the applied substrates—either CmC or “Whatman filter” paper. Heating up to 40°C of EG III did not lead to its inactivation, and on the contrary, its activity increased by more than three times comparing to the initial activity of the enzyme, i.e. thermostability of EG III among tested enzymes significantly varied.
