Abiotic stress reduces plant yield and *** transcription factors play key roles in abiotic stress responses in plants,but the molecular mechanisms by which WRKY transcription factors mediate responses to drought and osmotic stresses in apple(Malus×domestica Borkh.)remain ***,we functionally characterized the apple GroupⅢWRKY gene ***-PCR analysis sh.wed that MdWRKY115 expression was up-regulated by drought and osmotic *** activity analysis revealed that the promoter activity of MdWRKY115 was enhanced under osmotic *** localization and transactivation assays indicated that MdWRKY115 was localized to the nucleus and had a transcriptional activity domain at the N-terminal *** analysis revealed that the overexpression of MdWRKY115 in Arabidopsis plants and in apple callus markedly enhanced their tolerance to drought and osmotic *** affinity purification sequencing sh.wed that MdWRKY115 binds to the promoter of the stress-related gene *** binding was further verified by an electrophoretic mobility sh.ft ***,these findings suggest that MdWRKY115 is an important regulator of osmotic and drought stress tolerance in apple.

Asymmetric reduction of the conjugated C=C bonds by the old yellow enzymes(OYEs)presents a promising field in the synthesis of chiral ***,few natural OYEs have been applied in large-scale applications due to the requirement of costly NADPH and low operational ***,a stable and efficient fusion of YqjM from Bacillus subtilis and glucose dehydrogenase(GDH)from Bacillus megaterium was constructed to stereoselectively reduce the conjugated C=C bonds in a self-sufficient continuous *** effects of the enzyme order and different linkers on the fusions were investigated by structural analysis and all-atom molecular dynamics *** best fusion YqjM_G_GDH gave 98% conversion of 100 mmol/L 2-methylcyclopentenone with an excellent ee value(>99%)in 3 h,while the mixture of individual enzymes only obtained 68% conversion after more than 8 *** improved substrate conversion of YqjM_G_GDH fusion was probably attributed to the increased flexibility of each fused enzyme and the sh.rtening of the diffusion distance of NADPH regenerated.A one-pot process was designed to purify and immobilize the fusion on the Ni2t-nitrilotriacetic acid functionalized magnetic mesoporous silica *** resulting immobilized biocatalyst not only catalyzed the asymmetric reduction of various α,β-unsaturated ketones(20 mmol/L)continuously with only 50μmol/L NADPt to initiate the whole process,but also retained more than 82%of the initial activity after seven cycles,serving as a good candidate for the industrial applications.

农业强国是社会主义现代化强国的根基,特殊的国情农情决定了我国要建设的农业强国既要有世界农业强国的一般特征,更要体现中国特色。新型农村集体经济作为社会主义公有制经济的重要实现形式,能够在中国特色农业强国建设中发挥重要作用,包括通过发挥组织动员作用打造农业强国产业体系,发挥制度牵引作用确保农业强国建设方向,发挥文化建设作用丰富农业强国文化内涵等。当前,我国新型农村集体经济面临发展动力低下、市场化运营机制不健全、收益分配机制不完善、文化功能发挥不充分等问题。未来应进一步激发新型农村集体经济发展的内生动力、完善市场化运营机制和发展成果共享机制、提升共同富裕带动效果、强化文化功能建设,加强中国特色农业强国建设的物质保障力、主体支撑力、价值驱动力和文化影响力,加速推进农业农村现代化。

慢性疼痛严重影响病人生活质量且造成巨大经济负担,现有的治疗方式不能很好的满足病人的镇痛需求。近年来,人们对于生物基因组有了更加全面的认识,同时精准递送系统的研发为基因治疗提供了有效手段,可以靶向递送抗伤害感受性分子或阻断痛觉传导。目前,已发现多种疼痛相关靶点,不同靶点介导不同类型的疼痛,为基因治疗慢性疼痛开辟了新的思路。新兴的基因疗法应用前景广阔,但也面临巨大的挑战。本文主要总结了与慢性疼痛基因治疗相关的离子通道靶点,为进一步寻找特异性靶点提供思路。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate blood pressure rhythm(BPR)in Yin deficiency syndrome of hypertension(YDsh.patients and develop a random forest model for predicting ***: Our study was consistent with technical processes and specification for developing guidelines of Evidence-based Chinese medicine clinical practice(T/CACM 1032-2017). We enrolled 234 patients who had been diagnosed with primary hypertension without antihypertensive medications prior to the enrollment. All participants were divided into Yin deficiency group(YX, n = 74) and non-Yin deficiency group(NYX, n = 160).Participants were professionally grouped by three experienced chief Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)physicians according to four examinations(i.e.,inspection, listening and smelling, inquiry and palpation).We collected data on 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) and YDsh.rating scale. We divided 24 h of a day into 12 two-hour periods [Chen-sh.(7:00-9:00), Si-sh.(9:00-11:00), Wu-sh.(11:00-13:00), Wei-sh.(13:00-15:00), sh.n-sh.(15:00-17:00), You-sh.(17:00-19:00), Xu-sh.(19:00-21:00), Hai-sh.(21:00-23:00), Zish.(23:00-1:00), Chou-sh.(1:00-3:00), Yin-sh.(3:00-5:00), Mao-sh.(5:00-7:00)] according to the theory of “midnight-midday ebb flow”. We used random forest to build the diagnostic model of YDsh. with whether it was Yin deficiency syndrome as the outcome. RESULTS: Compared with NYX group, YX group had more female participants with older age, lower waist circumference, body mass index(BMI), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), and smoking and drinking rate(all P sh.rating scores of YX group [28.5(21.0-36.0)] were significantly higher than NYX group [13.0(8.0-22.0)](P < 0.001), and the typical symptoms of YX group included vexing heat in the chest, palms and soles, dizziness, dry eyes, string-like and fine pulse, soreness and weakness of lumbus and knees, palpitations, reddened cheeks, and tinnitus(all P < 0.05). 挡风墙对风区隧道火灾排烟效果的影响研究

烟气是隧道火灾中的最致命因素。针对处于风区的隧道受环境风影响,火灾烟气无法有效排出导致隧道内热量积聚和人员受困的问题,建议在风区隧道出口设置合理尺寸的挡风墙。以标准的2车道公路隧道为例,基于对公路隧道火灾载荷的调研,借助FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator)软件建立典型的2车道公路隧道火灾模型,考虑风区10,20和30 m/s 3种横风速度,分别讨论有无挡风墙时的隧道内火灾烟气运动情况。无挡风墙时,横风会将烟气封堵在隧道内,造成隧道内热量的积聚,同时,隧道下部空间被烟气侵蚀,对人员逃生和救援工作产生不利的影响。进一步探讨不同宽度和高度的挡风墙对隧道内火灾烟气运动、隧道顶部温度、能见度及烟气层高度参数的影响,从而确定适合风区2车道公路隧道的最佳挡风墙尺寸。研究结果表明,隧道出口设置挡风墙可以有效促进风区隧道火灾烟气的排出,且能够大大降低隧道顶部温度。这是由于风流经过挡风墙时发生边界层分离,挡风墙内部形成负压驱使火灾烟气从隧道排出。当横风速度较大时,烟气倾向于全部从风区一侧排出,非风区一侧形成完全干净的空间,此时人员逃生和灭火救援可以从非风区侧进行。此外,挡风墙的尺寸并非越大越好,基于3个隧道火灾安全疏散指标,提出了优化的风区2车道公路隧道的挡风墙尺寸为4 m(宽)×8 m(高)。

基于2006-2019年全国31个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,通过构建耦合协调模型测度城乡基本公共教育服务均等化与乡村振兴的耦合协调水平,运用Dagum基尼系数、kernel密度估计和二次指派程序(QAP)分析两系统耦合协调的时空分异格局、分布动态演进及驱动机制。研究发现:我国城乡基本公共教育服务均等化与乡村振兴的耦合协调度处于勉强协调阶段,呈现“东高西低”的空间分布特征,“京津-长三角”沿线成为耦合协调度高值集聚区;耦合协调度的地区差异呈缩小趋势,地区间差异是总体差异的主要来源,东部、中部和东北地区两系统耦合协调发展存在极化现象;制度驱动、经济驱动、政府驱动对耦合协调度的地区差异具有显著的正向促进作用。因此,应重视基本公共教育服务融入乡村振兴战略布局;加强城乡基本公共教育服务均等化与乡村振兴耦合协调发展的省际协同建设;在创新发展中提升中西部地区城乡基本公共教育服务均等化与乡村振兴耦合协调发展水平。
