The Transformation of the Heterogeneous Materials under the Fatigue Deformation

The ob.ects of our paper are aluminum alloy samples (AASs) contained the different amount of Cu, Mn, Mg, Si and Li. We are modeling the features of microstructure of potential relief of an AAS and studying its transformation under b.th imposed fatigue deformation and wetted b. liquid metals (Ga;or Hg;Li;In). We illustrate the main ideas b. using only the “time series” allied with effective internal friction Q-1eff of an AAS. AASs like b.95 or 7075 are heterogeneous materials for which the more energy can b. ab.orb.d b. selected micro-regions of a tested sample. So micro-crack in the space of AAS and alarm state of AAS arises. Each micro-region will to contrib.te the Q-1k (the internal friction Q-1k b.long to k-th micro-region) to the effective internal friction— Q-1eff accordance with fit statistic . We find a numb.r of micro-regions—L and series gk & Qk from the experimental data like as the internal friction (Q-1)eff versus b.th the numb.r of cycles—N and the deformation—е. Series gk & Qk (k=1,2,3,...,L) present the microstructures of AASs. In this paper also is presented the original technology to forecast fatigue damage of an AAS. Here the fatigue sensitive element (FSE) used. We made multiphase heterogeneous mixtures (MHMs) which contents a variab.e volume of initial components. It is selected MHMs are using for produce FSEs. The present paper is aimed to estab.ish.the correlation of the FSEs microstructures changes and corresponding changes of the aluminum alloy microstructures at imposing the same spectra deformation on b.th of them. A change of FSEs microstructure investigated b. using their effective electrical resistance Reff data.

针对稠油水环输送的水环流动改进问题,提出稠油流动边界层在聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)水环作用下的模拟实验方法,基于自主研发设计的室内油-水两相流可视化环道实验装置,采用500#白油模拟旅大稠油,实验研究了稠油-水环状流外环水相中添加PAM前后的流型特征与阻力特性,评价了PAM对水环润滑的协同减阻效果,分析了PAM对水环流动稳定性的作用机理。实验结果表明:PAM对稠油-水环状流的流型特征与阻力特性均有显著影响,使环状流的分布区域缩小,其缩减区域转变为分层流和塞状流,当其为分层流时减阻作用丧失;当油相表观流速为0.23~0.90m/s时,PAM减阻率随含水率增加先迅速增大后缓慢减小,在测试范围内最高达35%。研究结果可为稠油水环输送工艺优化提供理论指导和技术支持,也可为稠油管输流动改进提供新理念与新方法。

IMPORTANCE OF MOIST AMb.ENT AND ITS HELICAL ENHANCEMENT EFFECT TO STORM INTENSITY

A crucial issue in evolution of severe storm, such as typhoon and even singlesupercell, is to diagnose and predict the sudden intensifying in storm. This paper describ.s anattempt to investigate the influence and effect of amb.ent moisture in the development of storm. Itwas mainly through a dynamic way to detect the helical enhancement b. amb.ent moisture. It was foundthat the correlation b.tween the amb.ent moistness and the intensity of rotating convective cellscan b. well analyzed b. helicity dynamics. The correlation b.tween environmental streamwisevorticity (i. e. helicity) and vertical velocity (storm updraft or downdraft) is a powerfulindicator to catch favorab.e or unfavorab.e conditions for storm evolution. For this purpose, athree-dimensional non-hydrostatic storm-scale model, Advanced Regional Prediction System CARPS) wasemployed in order to numerically simulate a well-documented case of Del City supercell storm indifferent kinds of environmental moistness. Moreover, such different kinds of amb.ent moistenvironment and the resultant different morphologies and evolutions in the storm clearlydemonstrated that the ab.ndant moistness in the environment that the storm emb.dded significantlystrengthens tb. storm intensity. In fact, the storm is emb.dded in much moist environment andtherefore larger instab.lity propagates faster than the one in the drier air. It further producesstronger low-level mesocyclone with a much longer lifetime. The stronger convection and twist in theupdraft indicates that helical enhancement effect b. moisture lead to stronger tornadic activity insevere storm.

研究对象统一和规范了所有政治经济学的一般性特征,中国特色社会主义政治经济学也必须符合这个一般性。研究方法、内容、范式和目的决定或赋予不同经济学流派的特色。中国特色社会主义政治经济学的特色有三个维度,在基本方法论维度可能有两个方面的创新或特色:一是发展和完善了的、本质主义与历史主义结合的历史唯物主义;二是有意识地从中华传统的、优秀的文化中寻找相关的、既符合人类合作性又切合中国作为公有制为主体的实际情况的文化元素,提炼成为经济学基本方法论的“主义”。在创建和完善中国特色社会主义政治经济学的过程中,需要处理好几个重要关系:一是处理好“一般”与“特色”的关系;二是处理好积累和传承与创新的关系;三是处理好通用学术语言与学术话语权的关系;四是处理好学理支撑与联系实际和服务现实的关系。

Dynamics of 7Li b.eakup and its influence on elastic scattering: a study of 7Li + 144Sm system

Effect of diode size and series resistance on b.rrier height and ideality factor in nearly ideal Au/n type-GaAs micro Schottky contact diodes

Small high-quality Au/n type-GaAs Schottky b.rrier diodes （Sb.s） with low reverse leakage current are produced using lithography. Their effective b.rrier heights （b.s） and ideality factors from current-voltage （I-V） characteristics are measured b. a Pico ampere meter and home-b.ilt I-V instrument. In spite of the identical preparation of the diodes there is a diode-to-diode variation in ideality factor and b.rrier height parameters. Measurement of topology of a surface of a thin metal film with atomic force microscope （AFM） sh.ws that Au-n type-GaAS SD consists of a set of parallel-connected micro and nanocontacts diodes with sizes approximately in a range of 100-200 nm. b.tween b.rrier height and ideality factor there is an inversely proportional dependency. With the diameter of contact increasing from 5 μm up to 200 μm, the b.rrier height increases from 0.833 up to 0.933 eV and its ideality factor decreases from 1.11 down to 1.006. These dependencies sh.w the reduction of the contrib.tion of the peripheral current with the diameter of contact increasing. We find the effect of series resistance on b.rrier height and ideality factor.

This study presents the fab.ication and investigation （PANI） composite films. A b.end of 3 wt.% OD with 1 of humidity sensors b.sed on orange dye （OD） and polyaniline wt.% PANI was prepared in 1 ml water. The composite films were deposited on glass sub.trates b.tween pre-deposited silver electrodes. The gap b.tween the electrodes was 45 um. The sensing mechanism was b.sed on the impedance and capacitance variations due to the ab.orption/desorption of water vapor. It was ob.erved that with the increase in relative humidity （RH） from 30% to 90%, the impedance decreases b. 5.2 × 10^4 and 8.8 × 10^3 times for the frequencies of 120 Hz and 1 kHz, respectively. The impedance-humidity relationsh.p sh.wed a more uniform change compared to the capacitance-humidity relationsh.p in the RH range of 30% to 90%. The consequence of annealing, measuring frequency, response and recovery time, and ab.orption-desorption b.havior of the humidity sensor were also discussed in detail. The annealing resulted in an increase in sensitivity of up to 2.5 times, while the measured response time and recovery time were 34 s and 450 s, respectively. The impedance-humidity relationsh.p was simulated.
