对完整岩石力学机制的研究有助于更好地理解与屈服有关的应力-应变关系。屈服准则研究方法包括基于实验数据分析和基于微观力学的研究。屈服数学理论的研究目标是对应力和应变关系的理论描述和对弹塑性界限的识别。本文主要研究完整岩石在不同尺度上的屈服。从Weibull理论可知,岩石强度随尺度增大而减少,这已经通过单轴压缩强度(UCS)的hoek-Brown方程得到证实。然而,围压能改变岩石强度及屈服。因此,本文利用直径为50mm和96mm的圆柱形砂岩样品在不同围压作用下的压缩实验来研究不同尺度下的岩石屈服,从实验中提取不同尺度下的屈服初始点并描述屈服面,最终给出简单数学形式的屈服准则。

Introduction: COVID-19 pandemic caused by the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 increasingly involves people worldwide. Probiotics can improve immune system functions via different mechanisms. We proposed that Synbiotic Lactocare? may also reduce SARS-Cov2 infection in high-risk medical staff working in COVID-19 hospital wards. Method: In a randomized, controlled trial, 60 hospital staff without any history of clinical or laboratory evidence of SARS-Cov2 infection were received either once-daily oral synbiotic capsule (Lactocare?) that contains 1 billion CFU/Cap of L. (Lactobacillus) casei, L. rhamnosus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium breve, L. acidophilus, Bifidobacterium infantis, L. bulgaricus, and Fructooligosacharide (Zist Takhmir, Tehran, Iran) or placebo with the same appearance for 30 days. They were followed for two months. Result: During the two-month period of this study, SARS-COV-2 RT-PCR test results were positive in three participants (9.67%) in placebo group compared to zero positive tests in synbiotic group. The differences were not statistically significant (p = 0.238). During the study, two persons (7 %) of placebo group had respiratory complaints such as cough, rhinorrhea and/or dyspnea, compared with one in synbiotic group (p = 0.492). Conclusion: This study showed that overall frequency of SARS-COV2 infection in participants receiving synbiotic and those receiving placebo did not differ significantly. however, 3 hospital staff in placebo group compared to no one in synbiotic group had SARS-COV2 infection. Prevalence of three plasmid-mediated quinolone resistance determinant qnrA, qnrB, qnrS and extended spectrum Cephalosporins determinant blaCMY, among eighty-five isolates of Salmonella spp. collected in the community between 2008 and 2010 was determined by PCR. Not only qnr genes but also bla genes were positive in twenty-four different isolates. PCR assay detected that 22 of 85 (25.8%) Salmonella spp. carried the qnrA, 1 (1.17%) of 85 isolates harbored the qnrB, 1 (1.17%) of them contained the qnrS, 1 (1.17%) isolate carried all the three qnrA, qnrB, qnrS genes, 24 of 85 (28.2%) Salmonella carried blaCMY and 5 (5.88%) isolates carried qnrA and blaCMY. Antimicrobial susceptibility patterns of isolates were as follows: 49 (57.6%) exhibited resistance to Nalidixic acid and none of them to Ciprofloxacin. 33 (38.82%) isolates exhibited resistance to Cephalosporins and 2 (2.35%) of them exhibited ESBL phenotype and 12 (14.1%) isolates resistance to Ampicilin. These results were confirmed by MIC determination test as well. having detected qnr and bla genes suggested that these genes spread antibiotic resistance among pathogenic bacteria.

AIM: To investigate the co-incidence of apoptosis, autophagy, and unfolded protein response(UPR) in hepatitis B(hBV) and C(hCV) infected ***: We performed immunofluorescence confocal microscopy on 10 liver biopsies from hBV and hCV patients and tissue microarrays of hBV positive liver samples. We used specific antibodies for LC3β, cleaved caspase-3, BIP(GRP78), and XBP1 to detect autophagy, apoptosis and UPR, respectively. AntihCV NS3 and anti-hBs antibodies were also used to confirm infection. We performed triple blind counting of events to determine the co-incidence of autophagy(LC3β punctuate), apoptosis(cleaved caspase-3), and unfolded protein response(GRP78) with hBV and hCV infection in hepatocytes. All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS software for Windows(Version 16 SPSS Inc, Chicago, IL, United States). P-values h Mann-Whitney test to compare incidence rates for autophagy, apoptosis, and UPR in hBV- and hCV-infected cells and adjacent noninfected ***: Our results showed that infection of hepatocytes with either hBV and hCV induces significant increase(P hagy(LC3β punctate), and UPR(increase in GRP78 expression) in the hCV- and hBVinfected cells, as compared to non-infected cells of the same biopsy sections. Our tissue microarray immunohistochemical expression analysis of LC3β in hBV^(Neg) and hBV^(Pos) revealed that majority of hBVinfected hepatocytes display strong positive stainingfor LC3β. Interestingly, although XBP splicing in hBVinfected cells was significantly higher(P how a slight increase of XBP splicing was in hCV-infected cells(P > 0.05). Purpose： There are some studies which showed neurofeedback therapy （NET） can be effective in clients with traumatic brain injury （TBI） history. however, randomized controlled clinical trials are still needed for evaluation of this treatment as a standard option. This preliminary study was aimed to evaluate the effect of NET on continuous attention （CA） and short-term memory （STM） of clients with moderate TBI using a randomized controlled clinical trial （RCT）. Methods： In this preliminary RCT, seventeen eligible patients with moderate TBl were randomly allo- cated in two intervention and control groups. All the patients were evaluated for CA and STM using the visual continuous attention test and Wechsler memory scale-4th edition （WMS-IV） test, respectively, both at the time of inclusion to the project and four weeks later. The intervention group participated in 20 sessions of NFT through the first four weeks. Conversely, the control group participated in the same NF sessions from the fifth week to eighth week of the project. Results： Eight subjects in the intervention group and five subjects in the control group completed the study. The mean and standard deviation of participants＇ age were （26.75 ~ 15.16） years and （2Z60 ＋_ 8.17） years in experiment and control groups, respectively. All of the subjects were male. No significant improvement was observed in any variables of the visual continuous attention test and WMS-IV test between two groups （p _~ 0.05）. Conclusion： Based on our literature review, it seems that our study is the only study performed on the effect of NET on TBl patients with control group. NET has no effect on CA and STM in patients with moderate TBI. More RCTs with large sample sizes, more sessions of treatment, longer time of follow-up and different orotocols are recommended.

The transverse structure of light is recognized as a resource that can be used to encode information onto photons and has been shown to be useful to enhance communication capacity as well as resolve point sources in superresolution imaging. The Laguerre-Gaussian(LG) modes form a complete and orthonormal basis and are described by a radial index p and an orbital angular momentum(OAM) index l. Earlier works have shown how to build a sorter for either the radial index p or the OAM index l of LG modes, but simultaneous determination of p and l is not straightforward and has not yet been realized. here we propose and experimentally demonstrate a scheme to accomplish complete LG mode sorting, which consists of a novel, robust radial mode sorter, an l-dependent phase shifter and an OAM mode sorter. Our scheme is efficient, scalable, and intrinsically crosstalkfree, and therefore has potential for applications in optical communications, quantum information technology, superresolution imaging, and fiber optics.

AIM:To determine the accuracy of tomography in the linear measurement of alveolar bone at maxillary sinus/nose ***:Two dry skulls each marked with 10 pairs of guttaperchas placed on buccal and lingual sides of the maxillary ridge were used in this in vitro *** distance between the alveolar crest and the sinus/nasal floor was measured on tomographic views,prepared by linear and spiral *** ridges were then sectioned so that each section would include one pair of buccal and lingual *** actual distances directly measured on the sections were compared to those of the equivalent tomographic sections(the magnification co-efficient was applied).Paired t-test was used to statistically analyze the ***:The measurement error with the application of linear tomography and spiral tomography wasshown to be 0.455±0.838 mm(P=0.029)and 0.17±0.78 mm(P=0.347),*** was a statistically significant difference between the liner tomography values and actual values(P=0.029).This difference was representative of ***’s test was used to assess the±1 mm error;73.7%of the linear values and 84.2%of the spiral values were within the±1 mm error *** Namara’s test did not show any significant differences between the 2methods in this regard(P=0.625).The linear values were significantly different to the actual values(P=0.029)but not to the spiral values(P=0.185).CONCLUSION:Spiral tomography has enough accuracy for the measurement of alveolar ridge *** linear tomography somewhat underestimates the actual values it provides satisfactory accuracy.
