Objective:To evaluate the protective effects of probiotic microorganisms on the reproductive and nervous systems of male rats treated with ***:Thirty-two rats were randomly divided into 4 groups and received normal saline through gavage(control),acrylamide 20 mg/kg body weight,acrylamide plus probiotic microorganisms(Lactobacillus acidophilus,Lactobacillus casei,Lactobacillus bulgaricus,Lactobacillus rhamnosus,Bifidobacterium breve,Bifidobacterium infantis,Streptococcus thermophilus and fructooligosaccharides,all mixed in sachets)20 or 200 mg/kg body weight,*** 30 days,the testis,prostate,seminal vesicle and cerebellum were removed,fixed and stained with hematoxylin-eosin(h&E).The Johnsen score was used to classify ***'s principle method was used to evaluate the total volume(in mm3)of the *** number of each intratubular cell type as well as intertubular Leydig cells in whole samples was measured using the physical dissector counting *** analysis and the grids were used to determine the volume of cerebellar layers as well as the Purkinje cell ***:The testis weight decreased significantly in the acrylamide-treated group compared to the other groups(Phe number of spermatogonia,spermatocytes,spermatids and Leydig cells in the acrylamide-treated group were significantly less compared to the control group(Phile they were increased significantly in the acrylamide+200 mg/kg probiotic group(Phe mean Johnsen score in the acrylamide-treated group was lower than in the control group(Phanges including congestion,vacuolization in the secretory epithelial cells,and epithelial rupture were observed in the prostate and seminal *** volumes of cerebellar layers were decreased in the acrylamide group compared to the control group while recovered in both probiotic treated ***:Probiotic microorganisms alleviate acryl

Tele-medical information system provides an efficient and convenient way to connect patients at home with medical personnel in clinical *** this system,service providers consider user authentication as a critical *** address this crucial requirement,various types of validation and key agreement protocols have been *** main problem with the two-way authentication of patients and medical servers is not built with thorough and comprehensive analysis that makes the protocol design yet has *** paper analyzes carefully all aspects of security requirements including the perfect forward secrecy in order to develop an efficient and robust lightweight authentication and key agreement *** secureness of the proposed protocol undergoes an informal analysis,whose findings show that different security features are provided,including perfect forward secrecy and a resistance to DoS ***,it is simulated and formally analyzed using Scyther *** results indicate the protocol’s robustness,both in perfect forward security and against various *** addition,the proposed protocol was compared with those of other related protocols in term of time complexity and communication *** time complexity of the proposed protocol only involves time of performing a hash function Th,i.e.,:O(12Th).Average time required for executing the authentication is 0.006 seconds;with number of bit exchange is 704,both values are the lowest among the other *** results of the comparison point to a superior performance by the proposed protocol.

Awareness of suspended sediment load (SSL) and its continuous monitoring plays an important role in soil erosion studies and watershed *** the common use of the conventional model of the sediment rating curve (SRC) and the methods proposed to correct it,the results of this model are still not sufficiently *** this study,in order to increase the efficiency of SRC model,a multi-objective optimization approach is proposed using the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm Ⅱ (NSGA-Ⅱ) *** instantaneous flow discharge and SSL data from the Ramian hydrometric station on the Ghorichay River,Iran are used as a case *** the first part of the study,using self-organizing map (SOM),an unsupervised artificial neural network,the data were clustered and classified as two homogeneous groups as 70% and 30% for use in calibration and evaluation of SRC models,*** the second part of the study,two different groups of SRC model comprised of conventional SRC models and optimized models (single and multi-objective optimization algorithms) were extracted from calibration data set and their performance was *** comparative analysis of the results revealed that the optimal SRC model achieved through NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm was superior to the SRC models in the daily SSL estimation for the data used in this *** that the use of the SRC model is common,the proposed model in this study can increase the efficiency of this regression model.

Effects of Pits and Mounds Following Windthrow Events on Soil Features and Greenhouse Gas Fluxes in a Temperate Forest

Pit and mound micro-relief(resultant microsites from trees uprooted by windthrow) could have regimes of microclimate and soil features that differ from areas of undisturbed soil. In an attempt to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the significance of pits and mounds on soil features and also the dynamics of greenhouse gas(GhG) fluxes at local scale, this study was carried out in a reserved area of Darabkola forest in Mazandaran Province, northern Iran. The age of a pit and mound was considered equal to the degree of decay of the blown down tree. Three microsites were distinguished, consisting of pit bottom(PB), mound top(MT) and undisturbed area(UA). Soil samples were taken at 0–15 and 15–30 cm depths from all microsites and analysed for soil physical, chemical and biological features. Our findings suggested that in context of forest ecology, pits and mounds following windthrow events should be considered as an effective factor influencing soil features(i.e., density, texture, water content, p h, organic C, total N, available nutrients and earthworm density/biomass) and especially GhG fluxes. Results showed that MT acted as a sink for N2O(-0.010 mg N2 O m-2d-1) and Ch4(-0.257 mg Ch4m-2d-1) fluxes and also produced lower CO2 concentrations(0.095 mg CO2 m-2d-1) than PB(0.207 mg CO2 m-2d-1) and UA(0.098 mg CO2 m-2d-1). As a consequence, a separation into pits/mounds would be important for a precise budgeting of greenhouse gases.

Formaldehyde(hChO)is formed through the oxidation of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and can cause human *** oxide and titanium oxide nanoparticles-functionalized nanographene oxide(Bi_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)@NGO)were used to rapidly remove the hChO from the air by a photocatalytic degradation-adsorption process(PC-DAP).The formaldehyde vapor in pure air was generated in a dynamic system within a chamber,and flowed over Bi_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)@NGO adsorbent inside a fixed-bed quartz reactor(FBQR)under UV irradiation at optimized conditions(250C).At atmospheric pressure,the flow rate and gas hourly space velocity(GhSV)were adjusted to 300 mL/min and 100-450 L/h,*** radicals of hChO and nanographene oxide(NGO)were generated through the UV-photochemical process,enhancing the chemical adsorption through the radicals’*** the other hand,the semi-degradation process by catalytic oxidation process converted some hChO into raw materials of CO_(2)and h_(2)O,while the unconverted hChO was physically absorbed by ***,the hChO concentration in the outlet system was measured by gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector(GC-FID)after derivatizing formaldehyde with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPh)and ***,efficient removal of hChO from the air,the removal efficiency of more than 95%,was achieved through physical/chemical adsorption and the *** mean removal efficiencies for hChO with Bi_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)@NGO,TiO_(2)@NGO,Bi_(2)O_(3)@NGO,and NGO were 98.7%,73.6%,61.8%,and 11.4%,respectively(n=10,RSDhe methodology was validated by spiking different concentrations of standard hChO into pure air.

In the present paper, the isogeometric analysis（IGA） of free-form planar curved beams is formulated based on the nonlinear Timoshenko beam theory to investigate the large deformation of beams with variable curvature. Based on the isoparametric concept, the shape functions of the field variables（displacement and rotation） in a finite element analysis are considered to be the same as the non-uniform rational basis spline（NURBS） basis functions defining the geometry. The validity of the presented formulation is tested in five case studies covering a wide range of engineering curved structures including from straight and constant curvature to variable curvature beams. The nonlinear deformation results obtained by the presented method are compared to well-established benchmark examples and also compared to the results of linear and nonlinear finite element analyses. As the nonlinear load-deflection behavior of Timoshenko beams is the main topic of this article, the results strongly show the applicability of the IGA method to the large deformation analysis of free-form curved beams. Finally, it is interesting to notice that, until very recently, the large deformations analysis of free-form Timoshenko curved beams has not been considered in IGA by researchers.

In this paper, an online optimal distributed learning algorithm is proposed to solve leader-synchronization problem of nonlinear multi-agent differential graphical games. Each player approximates its optimal control policy using a single-network approximate dynamic programming(ADP) where only one critic neural network(NN) is employed instead of typical actorcritic structure composed of two NNs. The proposed distributed weight tuning laws for critic NNs guarantee stability in the sense of uniform ultimate boundedness(UUB) and convergence of control policies to the Nash equilibrium. In this paper, by introducing novel distributed local operators in weight tuning laws, there is no more requirement for initial stabilizing control policies. Furthermore, the overall closed-loop system stability is guaranteed by Lyapunov stability analysis. Finally, Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Strain Geometry and Vorticity Analysis of the Deformed Radiolarian Rocks in the Abade-Tashk Area,the Zagros Suture Zone,Iran

Deformation in the Zagros suture zone is a result of the oblique collision of the AfroArabian continent with the Central Iranian *** types of folding and faulting are characteristic features of the study area and indicate the performance of a high strain tectonic regime in this *** distinguish deformation geometry during the collisional events,strain measurements have been carried out,using the R_(f)/φ method on deformed radiolarian microfossils,in the Zagros suture *** on the results,the strain ellipsoid shape is in the range of general flattening to plane strain(K=0.16 – 1.12).Measured mean kinematic vorticity number(W_(m)) in the deformed radiolarian rocks ranges between 0.50 and 0.87,which implies that exhumation of the Abade-Tashk area was facilitated by a general shear flow(35%hearhearhe amounts of Octahedral shear strain,the ellipsoid eccentricity,and strain ratios systematically increasing towards the thrust *** study of deformation in the study area shows that the Zagros suture zone can be considered as a transpressional zone.

Fricke gel dosimetry is a critical technique for accurate radiation dose measurement,leveraging the radiation-induced oxidation of ferrous to ferric ions within a hydrogel *** study aimed to advance the field by preparing and evaluating seventy-one Fricke gel dosimeter (FGD) samples with varying chemical compositions,focusing on the incorporation of benzoic *** gelatin-based samples demonstrated superior sensitivity,particularly for low-dose *** findings indicated that the sample without benzoic acid exhibited a 1.75 times higher sensitivity compared to the sample containing benzoic acid,with lower limits of detection at 0.04 Gy and 0.1 Gy,*** tests revealed temperature-dependent responses,with better performance observed under refrigerated *** was confirmed through consistent calibration curves across multiple ***,the dosimeters'responses varied with different radiation types,underscoring the need for specific *** study concludes that while benzoic acid slightly reduces sensitivity,it provides consistent responses across various radiation energies,suggesting its potential as a beneficial additive in diverse clinical *** research contributes to the ongoing optimization of FGDs for precise radiation dose assessment.
