Background:Risk perception and COVID‑19 anxiety in pregnant women restrict access to health services,cause pregnant women to resort to alternative channels such as the Internet,and affect prenatal care quality(PCQ)***:The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of risk perception and COVID‑19 anxiety in pregnancy on decision‑making via the Internet(DMI)and PCQ with multivariate *** and Methods:This cross‑sectional study was conducted with 406 pregnant women selected using the convenience sampling method in a training and research hospital,in *** data were collected using the information form,the perception of pregnancy risk questionnaire,the Coronavirus Anxiety Scale,the DMI Scale,and the PCQ *** data obtained were subject to descriptive analysis and the multivariate analysis of ***:Approximately 24.9%of the pregnant women were found to have a high perception of risk and 18%had symptoms of COVID‑19 *** women with high COVID‑19 anxiety and a higher perception of risk perceived the Internet as less influential for decision‑making(Pegnant women with a high‑risk perception had lower PCQ(Pe findings can be used to enhance mental health and resilience in pregnant women and to formulate appropriate intervention strategies.

Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)can be locally grown on custom-designed CMOS microheaters by a thermal chemical vapour deposition(CVD)process to utilize the sensing capabilities of CNTs in emerging micro-and nanotechnology *** such a direct CMOS-CNT integration,a key requirement is the development of necessary post-processing steps on CMOS chips for fabricating CMOS-MeMS polysilicon heaters that can locally generate the required CNT synthesis temperatures(~650-900℃).In our post-CMOS processing,a subtractive fabrication technique is used for micromachining the polysilicon heaters,where the passivation layers in CMOS are used as masks to protect the *** dielectric etching,it is necessary to achieve high selectivity,uniform etching and a good etch rate to fully expose the polysilicon layers without causing *** achieved successful post-CMOS processing by developing two-step reactive ion etching(RIe)of the SiO2 dielectric layer and making design improvements to a second-generation CMOS *** the dry etching process,CMOS-MeMS microheaters are partially suspended by SiO2 wet etching with minimum damage to the exposed aluminium layers,to obtain high thermal *** fabricated microheaters are then successfully utilized for synthesizing CNTs by a local thermal CVD *** CMOS post-processing challenges and design aspects to fabricate CMOS-MeMS polysilicon microheaters for such high-temperature applications are detailed in this *** developed process for heterogeneous monolithic integration of CMOS-CNT shows promise for wafer-level manufacturing of CNT-based sensors by incorporating additional steps in an already existing foundry CMOS process.

Conclusions:The PCR shows the highest detection rate(26%) of mycobacteria compared with culture and acid last *** majority of infections were with ***(18%) and this shows the importance of this mycobacterial co-infection in HIV positive patients in the region of study.

Silicoaluminophosphates （SAPOs） with different pore structures were synthesized through the implementation of polyethylene glycol （PeG） as a mesopores impregnation agent. Using PeGs with different molecular weights （MWs） and concentrations in the synthesis precursor, several samples were synthesized and characterized. Applying a PeG capping agent to the precursors led to the formation of tuned mesopores within the microporous matrix of the SAPO. The effects of the PeG molecular weight and PeG/Al molar ratio were investigated to maximize the efficiency of the catalyst in the methanol-to-olefin （MTO） process. Using PeG with a MW of 6000 resulted in the formation of both Zeolite Rho and chabazite structural frameworks （i.e., DNL-6 and SAPO-34）. Pure SAPO-34 samples were successfully prepared using PeG with a MW of 4000. Our results showed that the PeG concentrations affect the porosity and acidity of the synthesized materials. Furthermore, the SAPO-34 sample synthesized with PeG （MW of 4000） and a PeG/Al molar ratio of 0.0125 showed a superior catalytic stability in the MTO reaction owing to the tuned bi-modal porosity and tailored acidity pattern. Finally, through reactivation experiments, it was found that the catalyst is stable even after several regeneration cycles.

Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the top lethal infectious diseases worldwide. In recent years, interferon-γ (INF-γ) release assays (IGRAs) have been established as routine tests for diagnosing TB infection. However, produced INF-γ assessment cannot permit to distinguish active ATB from latent TB infection (LTBI), especially in TB epidemic areas. In addition to IFN-γ, interleukin-2 (IL-2), secreted by activated T cells, is involved in immune response against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This could be involved in the follow up of treatment response. The aim of our study was to determine IFN-γ and IL2 cytokines profiles of patients under antituberculosis treatment. Materials and Methods: A six months’ cross-sectional study was conducted at the Jamot Hospital of Yaoundé, from May to August 2021. Sociodemographic and clinical data as well as 5 mL of blood were collected from each participant. INF-γ and IL-2 were determined using indirect enzyme linked Immuno-Sorbent Assay (eLISA) according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and spectrum exam in combination with radiography and GeneXpert were used as standard. P-values Results: The results showed that men were more infected 14/61 (31.8%) with a high presence in active and resistant TB groups. The mean age was 41.3 ± 13.1 years with a 95% CI = [38.2 - 44.7], the age group with the highest infection rate was ranged between 31 and 40 years. The IL-2 and INF-γ means were respectively 327.6 ± 160.6 pg/mL and 26.6 ± 13.0 pg/mL in ATB patients, 251.1 ± 30.9 pg/mL and 21.4 ± 9.2 pg/mL in patients with resistant tuberculosis, while it was 149.3 ± 93.3 pg/mL and 17.9 ± 9.4 pg/mL in cured patients, 15.1 ± 8.4 pg/mL and 5.3 ± 2.6 pg/mL in participants presumed healthy (p γ and IL-2rates were observed between the different groups. Conclusion: Monitoring the serum levels of INF-γ and IL-2 would be useful for the follow-up of anti-tuberculosis patients, particularly in the both cytokines association case.

Discriminating barren and fertile intrusions is one of the main challenges in the search for rare-element *** comprising more than one element can make discrimination of productive and barren samples more *** diagrams distinguish samples by simultaneous means of positive and/or negative correlations between variables.A ternary diagram for S-type peraluminous granites has been obtained in this ***,a database composed of ta-bearing and barren granitic systems was created,then geochemical behavior of trace elements was studied,and statistical investigations were done using GCDkit software,which resulted in the Ga-(Nb+ta)-(Nb/ta)(Zr/Hf)ternary diagram which can distinguish the non-mineralized granites from productive *** ta-bearing samples,which are situated in the fertile field in the diagram,are those which have high Nb and ta contents,elevated Ga content and the lowest Nb/ta and Zr/Hf values.

This paper investigated the uniaxial mechanical properties of a new type of hollow sphere structures. For this new type, the sphere shell was perforated by several holes in order to open the inner sphere volume and surface. The mechanical properties, i.e. elastic properties and initial yield stress of perforated hollow sphere structures （PHSS） in a primitive cubic arrangement were numerically evaluated for different hole diameters and different joining techniques of the hollow spheres. The results are compared to classical configurations without perforation.
