Using the idea of Atanassov, we define the notion of intuitionistic Menger spaces as a netural generalizations of Menger spaces due to Menger. We also obtain a new generalized contraction mapping and utilize this contraction mapping to prove the existance theorems of solutions to differential equations in intuitionistic Menger spaces.

SAE1010 structural carbon steel,which has a low cost price and wide range of use in the construction industry,has been studied as dual phase （DP） steel subjected to appropriate heat treatment,and its mechanical properties have been investigated under various tempering conditions. Intercritical annealing heat treatment has been applied to the reinforcing steel in order to obtain DP steels with different martensite volume fraction. In addition,these DP steels have been tempered at 200,300 and 400 ℃ for 45 min and then cooled to the room temperature. Mechanical properties such as tensile strength,yield strength,reduction in cross-sectional area,total elongation,resilience modulus and toughness have been examined. Furthermore,fractographic examination has been done with scanning electron microscope （SEM） as well as metallographic examination of the steels. As a result of this study,it is found that mechanical properties of DP steel have changed according to the hardness and ratio of martensite phase. In addition,tensile strength,yield strength and resilience modulus of the steels have been reduced. In contrast,the total elongation,reduction of the cross-sectional area and toughness have been increased.

Histone acetylation/deacetylation is a dynamic process and plays an important role in gene regulation. Histone acetylation homeostasis is regulated by antagonist actions of histone acetyltransferases （HAT） and deacetylases （HDAC）. Plant genome encodes multiple HATs and HDACs. The Arabidopsis HAT gene AtGCNS/HAGlplays an essential role in many plant development processes, such as meristem function, cell differentiation, leaf and floral organogenesis, and responses to environmental conditions such as light and cold, indicating an important role of this HAT in the regulation of both long-term developmental switches and short-term inducible gene expression. AtGCN5 targets to a large number of promoters and is required for acetylation of several histone H3 lysine residues. Recruitment of AtGCN5 to target promoters is likely to be mediated by direct or indirect interaction with DNA-binding transcription factors and/or by interaction with acetylated histone lysine residues on the targets. Interplay between AtGCN5 and other HATand HDAC is demonstrated to control specific regulatory pathways. Analysis of the role of AtGCN5 in light-inducible gene expression suggests a function of AtGCN5 in preparing chromatin commitment for priming inducible gene activation in plants.

In this study,antimony production from a stibnite concentrate(Sb2S3)was performed in one step using a molten salt electrolysis method and borax as an *** reduction of the stibnite concentrate was performed at 800℃under galvanostatic conditions and explained in detail by the reactions and intermediate compounds formed in the *** effects of current density(100 800 mA cm^-2)and electrolysis time(10 40 min)on cathodic current efficiency and antimony yields were systematically *** the highest current efficiency,which was obtained at 600 mA cm^-2,direct metal production was possible with 62%cathodic current efficiency and approximately 6 kWh/kg energy *** the end of the 40-min electrolysis duration at 600 mA cm^-2 current density,antimony reduction reached 30.7 g and 99%of the antimony fed to the cell was obtained as metal.

介绍一种金属/合金的生产方法,用于恒电流和恒电位条件下由混合硫化物(Cu_2S,NiS)生产Cu-Ni合金,称为直接电化学还原(DER)。研究槽电压和槽电流等工艺参数对还原得到的化合物组成的影响,以生产工业所需的CuNi10, CuNi20和CuNi30等合金。在1200℃下采用循环伏安法(CV)考察Cu_2S和NiS在CaCl2熔体中的电化学行为。根据CV研究结果,Cu_2S的阴极还原是一步完成的,即Cu_2S■Cu; NiS的阴极还原则分两步进行,即NiS■Ni3S2■Ni。恒电流研究表明,在10A电流下电解15min,可制备出最高硫含量为320×10^(-6)的高纯CuNi10合金。扫描电子显微镜以及能量色散X射线能谱和光学发射光谱(OES)测试结果表明,在2.5 V电压下直接电化学还原15 min,可制备出杂质含量低(即硫含量小于60×10^(-6))的所选成分的Cu-Ni合金。

Phospho-olivine pristine LiMnPO4/C and yttrium-substituted LiMn1-xYxPO4/C(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05)were synthesized by a solution combustion *** effects of Y-doped on structure,morphology and electrochemical performances were *** powder X-ray diffraction pattern,all substituted materials adopt an identical structure to that of the LiMnPO4 olivine structure,suggesting that the yttrium ion was well inco rporated into the crystal lattice,without any changes in the host crystal *** electrochemical impedance spectroscopy provides clearly that yttrium-substituting reduces the charge transfer impedance and improves the lithium ion diffusion through the *** x=0.01,the material shows an excellent capacity and stability during charge/discharge *** initial specific discharge capacity can reach up to 156.84 mAh/g at C/20,with a coulombic efficiency of about 96.11%,which is 14%higher than that of the pristine *** results confirm that the cyclic stability and the electrochemical performances of LiMnPO4/C are highly improved by Y-doping.

Variation of vertical and horizontal drilling rates depending on some rock properties in the marble quarries

The main objective of this study is to determine the rates of vertically and horizontally oriented drilling processes in marble quarries and to observe the factors affecting the drilling rates in terms of physical and mechanical properties of the rocks. In situ drilling tests were performed in different marble quarries with different marble types and drilling times and penetration rates for a series of successive depthincrements were trying to be determined under vertically and horizontally oriented conditions. In order to understand the relation between the parameters that are investigated within the scope of this research, uniaxial compressive strength, Brazilian tensile strength, impact strength, Bohme abrasion strength, P-wave velocity, porosity, unit volume weight, Schmidt hardness index and brittleness index values were correlated with the drilling rates. It was noticed that the porosity and unit volume weight could be taken as the key parameters among them for obtaining meaningful correlation with drilling performance. It was also observed that the physical and mechanical rock properties are more relevant in vertical drilling than horizontal drilling.

Comparison of the arch forms and dimensions in various malocclusions of the Turkish population

Objectives: The aim of this study is to determine the distribution of morphological differences in the cli- nical mandibular arch forms seen in Angle Class I, II and III malocclusions in Turkish population and to examine the effect of gender on arch dimension pa- rameters. Material and methods: This study has been conducted on pretreatment mandibular study models of 600 individuals (362 girls, 238 boys) aged between 14 and 19. On the photocopies derived from these models, 4 linear and 2 proportional measurements have been made. The samples have been evaluated as square, ovoid and tapered (OrthoForm-3M Unitek) arch form templates. Results: The most frequent arch form encountered among all the groups was the ta- pered one (62.5%) followed by the ovoid (27.3%) and the square one (10.2%). Gender difference influences on morphological structure was apparent. Generally, compared with girls, arch width and depth were found to be more in boys. Conclusion: The most fre- quent arch form seen in Angle malocclusion groups was the tapered one, followed by the less frequent ovoid and square ones.
